I went to the Foam Factory for the first time today. I got the Newtown special and they did beautiful work. The inside was spotless. They got all the cracks and crevices and even got some stains out. The outside looked great. The guy I dealt with was so nice and polite. They have a waiting area with two sofas and some chairs. It's a quiet comfortable waiting area which I love and it's right on an adorable street with tons of shops and restaurants so if you want to kill time there's plenty to do. They told me it would take 2 hours. They were ready for me when I arrived and in a little less than 2 hours my car was ready. I definitely will be back.

Brought my 02 Mazda Protege in for a much need interior detail. Zeke was friendly and professional. They were accommodating with my schedule which I appreciated so much. The detail tech that worked on my car did an amazing job bringing the cars upholstery and carpets back to life. Money well spent and would definitely recommend

Awsome work..... Being a single parent with 3 kids always on the go.... My car was a HORRIBLE MESS.....thanks 2 these guys the inside of my car looks brand new.... I so did not think it would come out that good...car was dry when i got the car back...not wet at all.... I have never had anyone detail my car so perfectly.... And the customer service was wonderfull... I wish i was able 2 give them an even bigger tip... The shops on the street were fun 2 go in as well....THEY GET 20 STARS.... THANK U....

I went with the Newtown Special. Overall they did a very nice job on the outside and most of the inside. They didn't get to the passenger seat, but overall I"m happy with it.

Want your car to look new again...then go to Foam Factory. They do a great job, it's by appt only, and the additional cost you pay is for your car being done by hand.

Take your car here for top notch car cleaning. I first discovered them through Groupon, and they really made my 2012 Camry shine. My son said it was like being in a new car again! Glad to see they moved from Newtown to Morrisville, which is much more convenient to me. Zeke, your guys are fantastic at their jobs!!

Just picked up car. Got the IN n OUT package. Car is 2 months old. Picked up with dirty marks all over front and windshield. Streak marks on dashboard. Mark handled the car I said something to him his response "thats tree sap, thats a scuff mark" 1. No scuff mark on the car when I dropped it. 2 the whole point of washing the car is to get the dirt off that includes tree sap. 37 bucks for Hand wash that got half the car clean. Fyi I live in a condo complex I dont park under trees I park infront of the building no room for trees there. Those marks are dead bugs from driving the damn car. Now I am going to be spending more money to get the car clean of every thing left behind. Before I made my appointment with them I emailed them telling them how old the car was and what it needed THEY recommended the package I bought!

"What did you like about it?" HA! What a joke! Honestly dropped my car off for a 10 am appointment. Called to check on it at 1 and was told everything was fine. At 4:15 they called me and said it would take over night and I'm a crummy person for using a living social deal on an unclean car. The "deal" was still over $70 and it's not like I wasn't going to tip them. The guy was so rude and perhaps you should have looked at the car before you close in 2 hours.

Absolutely terrible customer service with false promises and lies. I had originally scheduled an appointment for a car detail but I had to reschedule due to an emergency. The owner told me on the phone that I could reschedule for free this time but typically they charge a fee. I thought that was nice of him. I get to the car wash and then the problems started. I showed up on time at 4.00pm for my appointment to be told that they may not get to my car until 6pm and that my car would be ready around 8pm. I was upset because I had scheduled a time, left work early only to find that my appointment was pointless and that I did not need to leave work early. I arranged for someone to pick me up and then received a call that my car would be ready at 7pm, I again changed plans and went back at 7pm because they were closing once I left. I inspect my car only to find stains on panels and the arm rest drawer not to even be cleaned. The employee told me they ran out of time. They must have ran out of time because they wanted to go. I aceepted it and did not want to fuss. As I asked for the key, I was told there would be a $20 reschedule fee, I explained to him that his owner waived it for me. He made me talk to his owner on the phone who gave me attitude and said that it didn't matter what he said before. I refused to pay but they held my keys hostage and left me with no choice. Terrible customer service and improper job, I did not get what I paid for and was lied to.

I used my Groupon today at the Foam Factory. The attendant was polite and respectful the detailing was not great. $75+upcharge small SUV plus $5 for trunk (that wasn't even vacuumed) plus tax. This price isn't bad if the car looked detailed and not just a $15 local car wash job. The back hatch door jam has dirty water run off and the seat tracks between the console and seat weren't cleaned at all. I have weather tech throughout the car so the floor surface area isn't that much! Disappointing!

Convenient location and very busy. Its getting a little expensive at $15 to $30 for a car wash. The wash was average and the vacuum and window cleaning needs improvement.

i am blown away by the negative comments. Bought groupon; made appt online. dropped car off early; was ready at time promised. Car looks great - had a ton of dog hair; as far as I can see they did an excellent job of removing it. I was pretty happy. Oh & each time I called and spoke with someone, they were professional & polite and the same when I picked the car up.

I went with the Newtown Special Groupon coupon. As i entered they have explained me of what is included as part of the coupon. The person explained to me was very friendly and transparent. Overall they did a nice job on the outside and most of the inside. I am happy with their work.

They are very rude and don't care about the customer service... I have taken appointment after long time of having coupon on Groupon as they weren't able to give me earlier dates.. I think they're biased! I was late to my appointment due to traffic and it was really big deal with them. I apologized for it but it was of no use... I was given 2hrs of detailing car wash and I was 25 minutes late as per my scheduled time. The person Rick told me that he has to rush and can't do anything and will finish the job now remaining 1.30 minutes. He has lot of attitude and no respect for his customers. Secondly the detailing is not at all good.. it's like normal car wash! There was lots of spots with dust and marks... Even I have taken their Newton Special for small SUV @ $85 from Groupon, Rick advised me to add another service of Express Wax @ $10. I agreed to it but it was worthless!!! He give me bill copy of $15.70 of additional services of Wax services and asked me to pay minimum TIP Charges of $14.25 and so total of $29.95 (over and above of $85 at Groupon purchase). I wasn't in mood of paying tip due to bad service and rude behavior but he told me that it's mentioned on Groupon that customer have to pay TIP charges and I also need to pay it!!! I was having no choice but paid the total amount with Tip charges for a normal car wash with such rude behavior and bad customer service! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!! Beware of Groupon deal before going to such services....

I see rude customer service is their thing. First appointment with my moms car, the workers were over an hour late. Second appointment with my car, I was over an hour late, difference is while I was understanding, the owner on the phone was rude and condescending. They still “squeezed” me in without explaining that they’ll rush on my car and instead of giving it an actual DETAILED clean so instead of rescheduling me and doing good work they did the bare minimum. Two weeks now was supposed to get contacted and nothing. There’s better shops out there, don’t deal with this place.

I get that it sucks to have to have an appointment canceled. Unfortunately things come up that are outside of anyone's control. That's life. However it is incredibly unprofessional to be rude to the customer on the phone. Very unprofessional. It's a shame because my plan was to try to bring it the next day. After this interaction they have lost more money and my companies future business. I hope the owner takes note.

The owner Zeek is very professional and exceptionally friendly. The website is also we'll designed and easy to use to schedule appointments. I got a wash, wax and interior detail and my car was crisp and clean afterwards. When I arrived to pick it up, Zeek showed me every section of the car. Everything was clean, even under the hood. He answered all my questions patiently and was genuinely glad to have me as a customer. After having bad experiences at other auto cleaning services, I was glad to finally find an establishment who would treat my car with the care that I expect from a professional.

I made an appointment for an interior detail and an exterior wash for an SUV. I didn't mention my Groupon because I asked for what was exactly on the Groupon. I figured once I got there I'd tell them it was a Groupon (just because I've had problems with merchants not making an appointment after I mention I have a Groupon). I get there and no one is at the counter. Two people in front of me were waiting for 20 minutes and no one even knew they were there. I left my keys with a note. Then I get a call that they can't take my Groupon because they have no appointments available. I had to drive all the way back to pick up the car and the guy at the counter kept lying to me. He said there were no appointments available which was obviously not true because I had an appointment. He said what I wanted would have taken more time than the Groupon but wouldn't do just what the Groupon was. Never offered to make another appointment or even clean it and have me pay extra. He was extremely rude and not customer service based. He told me to call Groupon for a refund. I would not recommend it due to the horrible customer service. If you are going to charge that much, you better treat your customers better
