Gets MOST of the car clean but the back of the car always comes back dirty. It's like nothing went back there to wash it.

FINAL UPDATE: Final take, still not happy about the scratches and I still believe the scratches were caused by the car wash, although it may have been something picked up from the car in front or something we did wrong. Regardless, Dean Honda handled it very professionally and although they didn't take any responsibility (which is understandable since we have no real proof other than we were able to prove that the car did actually go through their car wash), they did try to make it right for us. Kudos for the customer service response. UPDATE 2: The results of the detailing addressed most of the scratches. Not perfect, but much better. UPDATE 1: So far, the dealer has been very responsive and polite about the issue. Heading in there today so they can take a look Scratched the @#%$ out of my Prius. Going to seek recompense from the dealer or Honda.

I paid for the most expensive car wash offered and still came out with dirty windows, dust, fingerprints and bird poop all on my car still. Very disappointed with this service, I will be calling the management.

Didn't clean my car, still dirty

Terrible car wash. Didn't clean anything. Soap suds left on car, dryer barely worked, and most of all car was still really dirty. No wonder they give free washes to everyone. Will use free washes to rinse the car of salt. That's about all it MIGHT do.

24hrs and has an option to add salt remover film stuff for 3 dollars. Get a base wash for 6 buck. Has more options, but I didn't use those. 9 dollar wash with salt removal flim stuff that works made me happy.

I love the car. I have a 2007 acura tl. The only thing I don't like is the false advertising. They say when your a dean honda customer you get free car washes. I got like 5 or so. And now it's making me pay.

It does an okay job at cleaning the dirt off my car, but the lines can be outrageous with a wait up to 30 minutes or longer! Also, if someone pulls in behind you while you're in line, there's no way out, you're stuck!

I'm obsessed with your car wash!!! When I'm in the area I have to run my vehicle through!! Top of The Class with the wheel polisher.... I'll wait 20 mins if I have to for that bay!!! Thanks for keeping the pricing reasonable....

For a touchless car wash it did a pretty good job removing bugs and dirt from the car. Cost $9 for the mid-grade which you need if you want your wheels cleaned. DRIVE IN SLOWLY, REAL SLOW so the spray can hit your wheels and sides. One thing this did really well was drying the car.
