Conveniently close to the house. Price is decent but always coming out with bugs all over car, wheels with marks where their machines cannot clean them correctly. When u ask about it they do nothing to fix it. Honestly there are other places that take little more pride in cleaning your vehicle when u pay for their monthly membership. I've given the membership 2 months to see if things where just because someone is having a bad day but no that's not the issue. Also what's the deal with employees being on their phones as they spray your car down. Wth. Not very professional. Maybe that's why the car is not cleaned properly.

Highly recommend! I seen this place had many great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations. I joined their Unlimited Wash Club membership from day one. Very great value, my car always comes out spotless, they even towel it down completely afterwards. The detailing service is fantastic! They even have a nice, cool waiting area while they detailed my car! All the staff were very polite and respectful, one even took his time to completely get rid of an annoying black spot in the back driver-side door that would never go away. It's now completely clean!! Hands down, this is the only place I trust with all of my vehicles, even started having my family take them here, we're all very happy with the Unlimited Wash Club membership!

If you're using the self service washes DO NOT pay with a credit card. They will double charge you for their service. Unfortunately they do not offer any warning signs or disclaimers that use of a credit cards will be charged more than paying with cash. There must be a $5 minimum for card usage that is not posted. If you pay cash it's $2.50 for 4 minutes, but they charge your card $5. I understand there are credit card transactions fees the business endures and establishments often time have card minimums, but these need to be posted. It took multiple trips for me to realize I was paying double for the self service wash and I hope this review helps others from being cheated. Why not just provide 8 minutes self service cleaning if a card is used? At the very least they should make this policy clear by posting it in the self service bays. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: This was absolutely at your location in Fort Washington. The credit card statement even notes Fort Washington for all the incorrect transactions. I have since started using cash to get the same service for half the price and wanted to warn others. I will gladly provide any addition credit card details (last 4, name on card, etc) whatever is needed for you to investigate on your side. I hope this is something your business will take seriously and take steps to correct. I'm not concerned with being reimbursed for the money I lost, I'm more concerned with you getting your systems fixed so others will be charged properly. I hope fixing this doesn't require me to take an additional trip to your car wash to fix. I will be more than happy to update my review once this issue is corrected.

Disapointed this is the first and last time. Got in line at 615 was told to late for the Express detail 22$ RIP off wash only. I watched the guy in front of me took 10 minutes to vacuum Done at 6:23 no one else in line. No I wont speak to manager Rich it's pointless. ohh well

Been here 4 times now. The exterior wash is fine, but here’s how every visit has gone now: “Hi, can I do a Super + Interior?” “Can’t do interior right now.” Your workers were sitting watching youtube when I pulled up - how is an interior not an option with 4 workers sitting around?

Humanity's last chance if there is one

Been going here for 20 plus years.. unless it's a crazy nice nice day, ie; it's been raining or cold for a week and suddenly it's sunny and 50 degrees Fahrenheit in December chances are it will be packed, however they're pretty good at getting spot of traffic through the automatic wash and still able to give your car a pretty decent wash, provided it's not the first time you're getting a car wash in a year. For "regular" (weekly or there about) washing needs Clean Machine is a good choice. IN the recent couple of years the cost for a BASIC wash has gone up considerably.. if you regularly like to get a wash, consider the MEMBERSHIPS here, if you get a PLUS WASH at least 3 or more times a month you'll pay about 20 bucks a month for a year with the basic membership and can also have the car vacuumed and wiped down. You could even GO EVERYDAY... if you wanted to!

Best car wash around. Great price. Hard working friendly staff. They haves cleaned my mini van with two car seats and weather guard mats. They remove everything wash and clean and put back again. They take their time till everything is cleaned. I have gone after camping after a day at the beach sand all over and they have cleaned it all. I've been going there for years after couple of friends recommended them. I tell other people about this car wash and they thank me for telling them about it and they go back over and over. If you want a clean car go there. Today I went to the beach and I have a van full of sand with 2 car seats. Can't wait till they clean my car tomorrow while I wait in a nice clean waiting room watching tv.

If you are really concerned about your car's paint, don't go here. For most vehicles, it's probably fine, but on the strength of the reviews, I bought the unlimited package and took my brand new Focus. The paint was perfect before it went in. Came out with formerly black (now gray) top bars due to abrasion and a gouge at the top of the car CLEAR THROUGH the clearcoat.

Customer for 5 years now. This place is by far the best car wash I can find and I say that very honestly. In my opinion, its slightly on the pricey side, however, for someone who loves to keep his car clean, this is the best place to go to. Good job to the management and employees who run this place. I hope you guys keep investing in new equipment which is critical to retaining your customers and try your best keep the costs low.

Standard car wash, not much else to say. They recently upgraded their vacuums for the self-cleaning garages which is the main reason why I go. Also, if you have a car that is low to the ground you will scrape the bottom pulling in and out of the facility. They really need to update that.

Really the only place I'll wash my cars. Staff is super nice, the car wash itself seems gentile enough on your car and their unlimited wash subscription is hard to beat. They also have self-wash bays that are clean and user friendly. Sometimes the credit card swipers don't work and you have to switch bays. They also do full details for a competitive price and they do a really nice job.

I drive an f150 pickup. The attendant on the passenger side never remembers to fold in my mirror. This concerns me since I don’t want it to get damaged. Today the same thing occurred so I honked my horn and pointed to the mirror. They stopped the line to fold the mirror and one of the attendants smartly said that “I should get my foot off the brake and not be so worried about my mirror” Excuse me? I used to like this car wash but I think l will be looking for anew one. the attendants need to pay attention to doing their job instead of being rude to the customer. Perhaps if they spent 40 or 50 k on a vehicle they would understand.

Lots of wash options starting at $10. I did the $13 wash. It was supposed to include a wheel wash, but it didn't seem to work very well. A few dirt spots were left on my hood, so I had to clean them with a rag myself. It's a good place for a basic wash, but I think it's a little overpriced for the quality of the wash.

Best carwash in the area! Fast,efficient, and customer service is top notch. They go out of their way to make customers happy. I go weekly, and would definitely recommend this spot to others! The unlimited package is totally worth it!
