I have been here many times and even though I am happy using the vacuum and car wash itself I am disappointed in the service here. I have written a note leaving my number due to machines keeping my money and not giving me the item I purchased and have not ever heard back. I gave it some time thinking the issue was fixed and tried to buy something different and once again the machine kept my money without dispensing my item. Because of this I rate this establishment 3 stars ⭐️ needs improvement

This car wash went down hill big time over the last few years... Potholes filled with dirty water all over the place including just outside the automatic car wash.. Also the spot free rinse doesn't work... Find another place to wash your car.

Reasonably priced laundromat, and car wash. The self service wash is pretty standard. The automatic car wash is not particularly worth it. It seems to miss a lot of "small" spots on my vehicle and even with the tire wash included, the tires never seen to get cleaned.

Let me start off by saying I normally go to a laundromat in Kingston but since I was in the area I took advantage of the fact that I was there. First of all the lady tending the place had her suburu blocking the entrance IN THE MIDST OF HEAVY SNOWFALL. Second off, that same lady saw me clearly struggling to carry in my bags and just watched as I tried to open the door while standing 5 FEET AWAY. I mean I guess that’s ok when you have no manners??? The whole time I was there she was just standing there watching something on the television. Once I was leaving I kid you not she stared at me the entire time I was packing my things, and again did not at least offer to hold the door. I very sarcastically thanked her for her help and wished her a great night. Their prices are decent but if you don’t like to be treated like some sort of lowly person I recommend you to stay away from this place!

Prices are getting kinda steep. Used to be less than $2 to wash your car, now it's almost $10 by the time you're out of there. You're better off going to a full drive thru wash. It's cheaper! And they do it for you.

I love this automatic car wash but this time I paid for the full package at $11 and the tire washer turned on and right back off and didn’t even wash the underneath or tires because it shut off before I even got to the front tires .. tried to get on website to report it and it kept sending me to some tide advertisement
