Again, the BEST place to buy a used car !! When we had some rain and a quick overnight freeze the other week, my son and his girlfriend slid down a hill and totalled their car into a tree. Fortunately no one was hurt. After taking care of the remains of the car, my son needed a car to get to work on Monday and it was now Friday. So I called up Tom Kerns at Apple Subaru to see what he could do for us. Tom sold me a great used Forrester a year and a half ago and I was very happy with Apple and Tom's service. It was already 5pm on Friday and Tom said he was leaving at 6, but would look for something for my son while we drove over. When we arrived Tom had several cars to show us. My son ended up with a beautiful used Kia Sorento with leather seats and all the bells and whistles at a good price. Tom stayed until 8 pm to help us. And then he came in the next morning at 8:30 to help my son complete the paperwork and financing. My son is very happy with his new used car. I knew where to come for a great deal. Tom Kerns at Apple Subaru. Tom is very no pressure and very friendly and goes above and beyond to find the right car to meet your needs. He is also a great guitar player in a band called Stone Biskit. Great cars and great music. Thanks Tom !!

I bought car at 10.9% interest rate and didnt tell me until I was in finance office. Then I was haggled into buying extras that when I wrecked into jerk that stopped car in middle of 83. The GAP INSURANCE didnt pick up the difference and all the extras werent refunded like suppose to. Shame on them and Honda financial messed my credit up because I was in coma and didnt pay monthly payment for 2 months. I was dieing, how in the hell could I make payments being single. Shame on them. 2 car payments drops credit score atleast 100 to 200 points. Mfrrs.

I use the car wash several times a week. Well worth the monthly membership, but wouldn't be worth paying for an individual wash. Your car doesn't always come clean the first time.

Once again, Stephanie Cole in service did a great job taking care of my vehicle. Had to get an oil change and brakes (about to flip 140k miles) and they did a great job. She was able to get a loaner for me when we found out it would take a little longer.. much appreciated! The tech (didn't get a name) did good work and went above and beyond. As always Chris Wenzler in sales was a true professional and said hello and asked how things were going, even though I bought almost 6 years ago. It's great to see a dealership that cares long after the sale has been made. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Apple Honda for my son which was a birthday gift as well as his first car. Matt was our salesman. I have bought many cars for myself in the past (some at Apple and some other places) and no one has ever treated myself and my family with so much respect. Matt was in no way pushy. He was the most patient salesman I have ever dealt with. From financing, explaining options, keeping us updated on the process, he was awesome. He texted daily to check in with us on the progress of our approval and was willing to assist with all questions we had ( and I had a lot)! When test driving, we heard a noise and instead of ignoring it like most would, he immediately asked if we heard that and offered to get it checked through service upon our return. He explained things thoroughly and seemed to care about our satisfaction. He even followed up the next day to ensure my son had a good birthday and is enjoying the car. He ensured us that we will find a car and get financing squared away promptly because we have a birthday to worry about. That made us feel great that he cared about the pressure we were under. My family cannot stop talking about how helpful and patient he was. If you go to Apple Honda, you have to request him! You will definitely have a great experience. We are extremely happy with the car and our experience. My next car will be through Matt!

Worst expierence I've ever had. Sales rep wrote me up for a new car, with about 4k miles manager says he used wrong vin yet everything he showed mr and typed up matched the pricing of that car vs another car with 200 miles. Only had 1 color in stock when asked if they could check locally to have one traded shipped they said nothing exisited. Sales manager then as a very poor sales pitch told me to be color blind to the color as it is on the outside and i would be inside the car. Ended up finding a really great dealer in Harrisburg. Never will i shop at apple automotive.

Service at Apple York is terrible ! I will never buy another car there nor will I recommend Apple to anyone. I won't even go back for my free oil changes.i will not use names but the Service Manager was rude and did not want to listen to anything i had to say, he had his mind made up and his own version as to what happened before i even got there. I will not even go back for my free oil changes ..They can stick those you know where. This all started with me taking my car (2016 Chevy Sonic) in for inspection and oil change. While it was there I asked them to take a look at my bumper which I noticed was popped out on each side. The bumper is a whole other story let's finish with the inspection . I was told my car was ready so I went in on a Saturday to pick it up. Once I got there I was told the oil was changed but it won't pass inspection! I was confused, this is a brand new car that I only had about 7 months. I was so angry, I was told that somehow the emission reset itself and that I would need to drive it around to see if it resets. Even though one of the mechanics drove it 40 miles with no luck..I asked why would this happen, something has to be wrong. They kept saying a dead battery could cause it. I told them repeatedly I NEVER HAD A DEAD BATTERY. Well after being talked to like I was stupid I took the car home, in the mean time I made arrangements to drop the car off at collision center to fix the front bumper. Boy this gets really good now! About a week later I dropped it off for the bumper and for INSPECTION AGAIN. I got a phone call from collision center saying that I would have to put this through my Insurance. .I never hit anything..there were no scratches, dents or paint.. It looked as though the bumper clips popped out. I went back and forth with them and they insisted that I did this to the bumper. They even had the nerve to ask me who painted the white around the headlights! The freakin car came like that, they tried to insinuate that I messed up the bumper while removing headlights. This was a nightmare! I was told I needed a new bumper and it cannot be fixed. I picked my car up a few days later and as soon as I looked at it I could tell they were messing with the bumper and never put it back the way it was when I dropped it off. I was infuriated. .it looked terrible! ! (By the way it finally passed inspection and never got a explanation as to why it took 2 weeks to pass) by now I was so frustrated. .when I went to service to get my keys I explained to.........that the bumper looks like crap now and I need someone to at least put it back to the way it was when I dropped it off.. I was told there was nothing else they could do and handed me a $1300.00 estimate for a whole NEW BUMPER! I was beyond upset and almost in tears. I had words with them and may have dropped the f bomb a few times but this was so unbelievable. I ended up taking my car to Mike at Red Lion Body and Fender. It took him 5 min to tell me all it needs is new bumper clips and will cost less than 100 bucks. He could not believe that Apple didn't just put these on for me. 1 hour and 100 bucks later it was all fixed. I want to know why Apple said this could not be repaired and needed a new bumper. I was told that this could have been like this from purchase..I can never prove this This is a fine example of how these big dealerships just want to sell you a car and then want nothing to do with you.I will NEVER buy from them again. That $100 repair was worth losing a customer over I guess.. I had so many people shocked that Apple was not willing to put these clips on and tried to sell me a new bumper. Once again I guess they just assumed I was another dumb woman..

When another dealer was being greedy and not even attempting to discuss the current special offers, which I already knew about, available for my vehicle of choice this dealer was up front, honest, and offered them right off the bat without me even having to say anything. Very nice, friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Even went out of their way to get the exact vehicle I wanted from another dealer, coincidentally the dealer I went to 1st, and the exact vehicle I had test driven at said initial dealership. Could not be happier with or suggest highly enough to others to go here.

I went to Apple Honda to look for a used 2016 Honda accord. After testing driving several cars through the course of 3 wks i ended up getting a brand new 2018 Honda Civic Ex. I absolutly love it. My car salesman's name was Greg. He was very patient with me and did not pressure me in anyway to purchase. Which was a huge relief for me. He also provided me with his cell & email so through the wk as i saw different cars get posted online. I was able to email or text him right away with any questions about the car right now and he has always answered me back within a matter of minutes

Let me explain why I gave them just one star. It was because they made the buying process fairly easy. That's the only good thing. They are lacking the other 4 stars because they were dishonest and I got screwed over BIG TIME. I took a car out for a test drive and the brakes were squeaking. Tom, who ended up selling us the car told us that the brakes were squeaking because it had been sitting on the lot and the squeaking would go away. Let me tell you, it did not go away. After 2 months we called him and told him that we were displeased primarily because they told us to contact them before leaving a negative review. He told us the most he could do was give a free brake check (which we can get anywhere). We lived and hour away so I decided to get it done here instead of driving all the way there for something I could get done for the same price in my hometown. So we took it to a shop and they had told us there was an issue with the caliper and the rotor. Not to mention, we needed new brake pads and whoever sold the car to use had to have known that. Oh, I forgot to mention, the repairs costed us $900. We had a warranty for the car and of course that wasnt covered. So thanks. You duped us. I wish that was the only issue we ran into, but it wasn't. The salesman, told us there was only one key for the car. He said to call a dealer to get another and it would cost around $100 to get another. We loved the car at the time, so it was no big deal. We called three dealers. Each said to get the keys done, it started at $300. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Then I left this review on Facebook. They quickly responded and apologized saying they would call and make up for it. I had hope. One month later, I heard NOTHING from them. Then I took it upon myself to message them and they blocked me. THEY BLOCKED ME. This place is a joke. Don't ever step foot in this place, it's clear that they just want your money. Once you drive off their lot, you're screwed and they DO NOT CARE. I'm telling you this because what they did to us was awful and cost us $1,200 ($900 + $300) within TWO MONTHS of having the car. These people are the most dishonest I've ever met. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs, no matter what deals they have.

I love Apple Honda. The customer service is amazing. Bathrooms are clean. Children's playroom. The experience is always delightful. You can watch TV and enjoy a free bottle of water. Their service department doesn't pull punches, they give the news straight up.

Overall the experience was good, however they tend to be slower than the estimated time for service. Estimate was 1 hour 15 minutes. Actual time was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Oil change, tire rotation, a recall fix and car wash. But waiting area is clean and inviting.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't play all the old car salesmen games Thorton Chevrolet does. Granted all salesman can't really be trusted, but these guys make an effort to be professional and not play all the games with numbers. I have only been to there service department once. Will say the hour and ten minutes for an oil change is border line ridiculous, but I will write that off as just a unusually day. They did wash it for free... but that took an extra 20 mins.
