I've been here a number of times and had mixed results. Today, Sunday January 21st, 2018 at exactly 4:50 PM I had my worst experience and as a result I will not got here again. Normally the kids scrub your car before sending you through the machine since the machine isn't perfect. Today the girl in charge of this task was extra lazy and did exactly nothing. She should be fired!! I asked if I could use the brush to clean and she said she wasn't allowed to let me. My dogs could have scrubbed my car better. My car is still dirty!!

Had my rear windshield wiper ripped off my car while going through this car wash. Employee asked for my info and stated owner would call. Never received phone call. Will never use gain.

Very disappointed with the wash. Paid for the premium service and wheels only half washed and the passengers door panel didn't look like it got touched. Quality control is an issue. Word to wise, check it before you leave and make them do it again.

Wow. So impressed. Super friendly awesome service and fast. They even come to your window to offer service ootions, give istructions and process payment while you wait. Only place i have ever see that offers rags to wipe down car. Their extra option offers hand wipe rim cleaning and interior wipe toweletts.l highly recommend.

Very disappointed. No wet towel, no towel dry at the end. I've heard about how great this place was, and about these services. I was the only car there so being too busy wasn't an issue.

And the best part is it saves me time from having to wash it myself so I can focus on serving my senior clients. This is the only car wash I use in Salem. It's very reasonably priced and my sparkling clean car represents my business well!

I've never had a $7 car wash by people who actually cared that my car got clean. They scrubbed it before with brushes for like a minute making sure to get everything, and even checked my car with a rag after the wash to get any missed spots. Totally my new quick car wash place!

I was a loyal customer for years. Every time I came to town I went here. If you look on the website it says "Salem's Premium Carwash". Apparently SUPER WASH doesn't apply to washing wheels, as if a car is separate from wheels. After I kindly asked them to wash the wheels, they kindly answered that they don't do that. And when I asked to run the car through car wash again, because the wheels are still dirty. The answer was "our boss is a stickler about materials". So they wanted me to pay again. Wow !!! Defenatly not coming back. Plenty of hack carwashes in town at competitive rates.

I’m giving them two stars just for the fact they have always been very nice an pleasant over the years we have used them, but otherwise I would give zero stars, I’m extremely unhappy with this car wash, they never fully clean the car, my husband took the car in last week on Friday to be cleaned an they did a horrible job, I decided today a week later I would also stop to have it cleaned since it’s always on the way for us, an I specifically asked them to please clean the back of the suv as it’s always dirty would be appreciated, he said oh yes no problem! An it yet again wasn’t done, we have gone to them for about 5 years an it’s never clean. I won’t be spending any more of our money there anymore unfortunately, I can get it cleaner doing it myself for no cost!

Paid for a Premium Wash + $5 extra for the Hand Wheel Wash, because I know the machines don't always do the best job. When I got home and took a look, the wheels were still filthy. What a rip off.

Monthly rates are the way to go if you wash your vehicle more than twice a month. It is a bit hard to get on and off Commercial Street some times of the day.

Have gone to this car wash for a number of years but now they are not giving you what you pay for the last three times I have gone in and paid for the extreme car wash at 14 dollars a shot, I find that the job is down right crappy and the tires do not get the treatment that they advertise.the last time I went in I complained about it to the technician they washed the 4Runner and the tires were not done again , I went back and complained they told me that the machine that does that was down which I know is false because it is done manually. Bottom line watch what you pay for.

This was our first time, so we are most likely to give them anther chance. The staff seemed friendly enough and our car was clean. However they missed some. The grill was still dirty they didn't dry the front bumper, a few other spots missed. They didint do the wheels at all. Maybe they do not think wheels are apart of a car wash. We had to touch her up when we got home. But overall we were happy. Everyone has an off day now and then.

Great carwash! I've used the Unlimited car was deal that was $20/month. It's a great deal if you're going to do at least 3 car washes a month, then it just pays for itself. Really friendly and great service.

I would give negative stars if I could. Don't use Willamette Mist Car Wash. I went in with a good tire, and came out with a hole ripped in the sidewall. When it happened the employee called the owner, who would not even come in to see what happened. The employee told me the owner would contact me about accidental damage. Owner never contacted me. I had to track him down. Then, he basically said that his machine puts through 1000's of cars a day, so there is no way it could have caused the problem. I'm just out to get some money. So...now...flat tire...and they are unwilling to do anything about it....so I'm out at couple hundred bucks for that car wash.

Great low priced wash. Remove your antenna if you have a '89-'99 Tahoe, Suburban, Silverado, or Sierra. Maybe others. Antenna on our '90 Chevy truck, '99 Tahoe, and '99 Sierra gets bent out towards the passenger side whenever we forget to remove it. I still go there though since it's a still good wash at a reasonable price. Especially with the $5 no dry offer. It's perfect if you're about to hot the road or the weather is questionable.

Great wash if you want a membership look no further great location they keep the machines clean and that keeps my car clean and scratch free they dry really decent for it being free virtually and the inside wipe with the premium wash works great for in between armor all! Thanks great peeps!!
