For a 24 hour wash this is a very good place. I use the stall with the credit card payment option. Sure beats having to pump in quarters. Have never used the vacuum, just focused on keeping the exterior clean and does a nice job, well maintained.

Do not go to these guys if you actually want a trustworthy car wash. These people stole several items from my car including a Fenix flashlight, phone charger, and audio cable. I've tried several times to talk to the management here, and haven't gotten any response. Just a bunch of worthless thieves. GO ELSEWHERE.

DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A BLACK CAR!! My biggest gripe is that they would wipe the ENTIRE car off once it came out of the wash bay with the same rag... top to bottom, bottom to top, smearing all the dirt from behind your wheels and sanding your hood, trunk, roof, and sides of the car. My finish was covered in spider webs after 3 visits. They used to do a great job in 2014- early 2015 when I went to them regularly, then I noticed a lot of staff changes, and all of a sudden they became rushed and would give about 80-90% effort. They would leave small smudges on the windshield, overspray the wheels with tire shine and get it all over the rims, then it slings all over the car when you drive it.

Automated car wash did not get all the soap off, I asked the rap if he could turn on the hose just rinse the soap off and he wouldn't.... It'll cost you an extra two bucks plus extra time on top of what you pay for the car wash!

Just went there, no one around, then a guy walks up & I'm trying to ask him a question about a special & he mumbles something. I just backed up and drove off. I'll spend $$$ to get my car detailed but not by rude jerks. I'll head back to the regular car wash in Portland. Hire some more staff, so your staff isn't pressed for tome & rude to potential customers. His good looks aren't squat if he's rude.

Total rip off. Car wash is old and broken. Only begun the wash I paid for and didn't finish. Now I am paying again to use the spray wash to get the soap off so I can see the road. No staff on site and "managers phone" rings and can't receive messages... how convenient. RIP OFF!!!

Great place! They do a great job on the interior. A little more money, but worth it. I didn't like that they wanted to charge me extra because I had bugs on my car, but the Manager waived that for me. Their price was already high, and I wasn't going to pay extra to have them wash a dirty car!

I pointed out that a few spots were missed and the owner flips out on me. He was in my face and flexing his muscles and had his fist at his side. I wasn't even yelling he was, and his workers were apologizing for his behavior. Yes the car was cleaner but it's a white car so dirt marks are very noticeable. I told him I wasn't satisfied and just wanted the parts missed cleaned especially since I waited 2hrs for them to clean it. My car was skipped and sat in the same spot for an hour. We definitely won't be going back!!

This is my 3rd time coming to this car wash. I was greeted and decided to get the 26.00 package. (interior and exterior + $2 as it's a truck). Guy writes it down and a women opens the rear door and starts to prep. She says what about this dog hair. he needs to pay $5 more. I'm thinking what is she talking about I haven't had a dog in my truck. So I turn around and notice there are a few dog hairs on the seats. Very few dog hairs. I explain that i had a blanket in the truck that had dog hair on it and that I havent had a dog in the truck. The guy who greeted me looks and says there isnt much there and agree's to the $26 price. The women continue's to complain. She tells me its fine i'll just leave the hair on the seats. I said there is barely any dog hair there. She says I wont notice it when she leaves it then. At this point im done. I told the lady look i can go someplace else. She says why dont you then and slams the truck door. I am pissed at this point and pulled out of the car wash. The guy that greeted me then starts yelling at me as I pulled away. So I turned around and pulled in and he's screaming at me telling me to go ahead and call the owner.. he wont do anything.. (based on the reviews i've just read I BELIEVE IT.) Guy who greeted looked like he just kicked the Meth habit.. toothless as he was. Very disappointed, the first 2 times i was here i loved it. Treated very well.. and tipped very well. Now I need to find another place to get my vehicle washed. This place doesn't want my business.

Pretty good. I like the touch less car wash. Did not get my car spotless. But did an overall good wash for a quick clean. If I remember correctly, the self serve car wash is $0.25 per 30 seconds. The pre-wash solution really does make a noticeable difference in the overall quality of the self serve car wash, so don’t skip out on that! Frequently busy, expect to wait in line on a weekend.

Excellent car wash. Coming from California I know carwashes rather well. The guys and gal working at United Carwash are courteous, thorough, have integrity, and are trustworthy. They pay close attention to details, offer quality washes, and have pulled out and returned to me phone cables and other items that I thought I had lost from underneath the seats while cleaning. I only trust these guys with my car.

Was looking for a drive-thru car wash late at night. The automatic was already closed sadly so i just used the self serve. Work quickly and efficiently to get the most bang for your buck. Took about 10$ for me to fully wash a hatchback.

Very disappointing. i don't think they actually did a hand wax. A few days later the car looks like it did before I brought it in. They slathered armor all over everything so I had to wipe everything down before I got in. The floor was poorly vacuumed and no cleaning on floor boards and corners. I paid $85 for the equivalent of a drive through wash. Don't waste your money.

Went to this place to get my car washed waited 2 and a half hours to get my car cleaned. As I was waiting I noticed a customer was asking the owner if they could clean some extra spots on her car that was missed when all of a sudden the owner flipped out and started to get in the ladies face. He looked like he was almost going to hit her in all honesty. I didn't know if I should call the cops or not because of how his behavior was towards a paying customer. The lady stayed calm and then he started to bash her on how dirty her car was to everyone out loud. I seriously couldn't believe the behavior of the owner, he was acting like no child would. If you go to this place beware of bringing up anything to the owner since he will probably try to pick a fight with you.

I was really surprised to see any good reviews for this place. I’m with the people who are saying there was no one there, in some ways it was difficult to figure out what you were supposed to do, it charged more than staffed carwashes and it was a little difficult to find. I really would go somewhere else if I were you.

I am astounded by how well they made my convertible look and they even got me in same day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a good top cleaning and some detailing done. Super nice guys and they work very quickly.

A decent touchless wash. A little more rough with the close proximity rinsing than I care for, so avoid if you have chips or dents. Poor drying, and left water spots in a few areas. Didn't clean the lower portions of the car as well, and missed a few spots on the rear of the car. Overall, cleans the car great, but I'd rather wash more carefully and thoroughly at home.

Took my new oversized Ford Raptor to these guys because I recently added some accessories and was in need of a good cleaning since several of us were sweating all over the vehicle and using goo-off to remove old items. Finding a place that is brushless and large enough for this vehicle can be a pain, but for a few bucks more than the auto-washer machines I not only got a killer cleaning, but wax and hand drying. Staff was fast and friendly, explained the options as I'd never been there, and even offered me a customer card that offers a free wash after a few visits. Thanks guys, I'll be back again!

Spent 17 dollars on the touchless carwash. The carwash malfunctioned and didn’t work. so I tried emailing the owner telling him what happened. Received no email back. Bad business at this car wash. Stay away!

It’s nice to be able to not worry about having particles of dirt attached to brushes create tiny marks on your paint. The water only automatic car wash is awesome in that aspect. However it’s not a bucket and hand wash type deal where the faint tint of dirt is eradicated completely. The best car wash is still had with your own efforts. I am also not crazy about the products not intended for use on glass being sprayed on the glass or wipers. The wipers I just installed collected a film that gets smeared on my windows. The window itself also shouldn’t fall victim to having unnecessary product thrown on it. I think a nice solution to this would applying some coverage to the wiper blades during the wash and immediately using windex on your windows post wash. Bring your duct tape and windex and enjoy getting a paint safe wash.

Automatic car wash hit my fairly standard bike rack on back of Honda CRV and stopped mid-wash leaving my car covered in soap. No one was around to help deal with the issue so I went to a manual bay to rinse it off myself. Then the manual bay overcharged by almost 3x!!! I called the next day to get a refund on my credit card which they said they would do but never have. NOT TO BE TRUSTED if you encounter any issues from my experience. Very disappointed.

This place is great. These guys do a thorough job of cleaning my car every time. I've been there about a dozen times and I am always satisfied with the attention to detail. They even removed the glue left over from my Oregon temporary tag, which I could not get off my back window no matter what I tried.

I took the $22 premium full service. They did an okay job, missed a big spot on the windshield, but fixed promptly when pointed out. For some reason the person washing the car kept the engine running for 15-20 minutes before starting the cleaning job. That was weird!

Spent a solid 15 minutes washing my car and as it dried all the dirt was essentially pushed around and very much still a dirty mess. I have a brand new 2017 car. Should come out spotless. Owner assured me his chemicals were the best and hog hair foam brushes are the best. No refund offered. I don't give a rip when my car is not clean. Sorry fellows lost a customer.

The self serve car wash has always pretty dirty; I'd always watch my step to avoid tracking in mud. More than once there have been non functional selectable steps. Once there was no soap brush, so there was nothing I could do but cancel and face the minimum $3 charge. I called the posted phone number and explained, there was no soap and thus I was charged $3 for nothing. I was simple told that he would take care of the soap and that was all he could do.

Went and had the new car washed which was fine till we went to have them clean the intior. They stole a vape off the key ring and act like they didn’t take anything from our car. It didn’t grow legs and walk off on its own. Tipped them 10 dollars for them to take items out of my car

Worst car wash experience ever. It didn’t work and the employee on duty couldn’t reset it without a key that he didn’t have. We then waited 20-30 minutes while he ran up to the bank to get us a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.

No attendant, just a machine. ATM slot didn't work, so I had to put in a $20 for a $10 wash. It spit back $10 in quarters, which were blocked by metal panel so had to grab around 5 quarters out at a time. Drove into the auto carwash bay. After wash, rinse & dry, the soap suds drained onto windshield (see pic), so I had to waste $2 more in quarters in a manual bay to re-rinse. Then of course it wasn't dry. And after all that, there was still dirt that didn't come off. Don't waste your time and money at this cheesy place.

Some of these negative reviews are almost comically BS. You want someone to fully detail your car for $26? How? What business could possibly pay two or three employees to work all day passing out meticulous $26 detail jobs? I use them for all of my vehicles and they always do nice work. I tip the people for doing an excellent job, and I pay the extra $5 for dog hair (they do an awesome job of removing it). I think some of you have an absurd notion of what you should get for $26.

I have lived in Tigard for about a year now, and I only knew of 1 car wash place on Main St in downtown Tigard. Which I like the place but they are always busy and there nothing like cleaning your own vehicle, at least for me anyway I like to know it's been done properly. I've only ever used the car wash portion, I say that because there are vacuums that are easily accessible before or after you wash your car. The main thing I enjoyed about this particular case way is, I didn't have to use quarters! They have the option for you to pay with quarters but they also have a card reader that makes it so much easier. The place is well keep kept for the most part, both times I have gone all of the nozzles have worked perfectly and nothing was empty and or ran out. I took my time and spent about 15 min pre washing my car, then scrubbing, then the conditioner, wax and tire cleaner, all ended up costing me 10.00$ so let's just say I'll be coming here more often!

It's better than a regular car wash for deeper cleaning, might be a littler more expensive but I live in an apartment and don't want to wash my car at people's houses. On 2.18.19 I was there from about 6:19 to about 7:03 and it cost me 18.50 at a leisurely pace

After reading all the horrible reviews on Beaverton Car Was I decided to take my Jeep to United Car wash in Tigard...They just finished the Diamond Special on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It looks like a new vehicle!!! Outstanding job. Service was great, the people that worked on it were very personable... I would highly recommend this business in Tigard

These people are scammers. The self wash stations barely even work and the wax, don't even expect to get wax! I mentioned the wax was not working they said they would give me a credit and fix it. He said he fixed it and applied a credit. It was not fixed! They said they could move me to a different bay and apply a credit of two dollars because it was the bay that was the problem so I moved to a different bay. It then became an issue to get the credit and the manager or whoever this POS was decided to get aggressive and so I said I was going to report him to the BBB he then got more aggressive and started throwing a temper tantrum like a five-year-old child so I proceeded to leave I will never ever wash my vehicle there again and I highly recommend that you find a better place to wash your vehicle yourself then to go to these scamming POS scum who have NO customer service skills or know how to act like a adults.

Always use to come here. The guy was very nice and did an amazing job. They recently changed the car wash to automatic without any employee present. It was horrible. The machine kept messing up. Left the car half soaped and the machine said the wash was done and to exit the car wash. Now i gotta go find another car wash and pay another $17. Unfortunately never coming here again.

Charged TWICE and manager would not resolve it. LOOK over your account if you use this place. I had a random deduction from using my debit card. The first visit I chose the 9.00 wash and was charged more and a few days later another deduction came out from this same company. NOT GOOD!
