Very few places (if any at all these days) hand wash vehicles before they go through the automatic wash, it is very appreciated and makes the car cleaner. Haven't had any issues with scratches and customer service has been great every time I've been there. My husband and I tried 2 other local car washes and our cars were still dirty afterwards, this is one of the few places we actually look forward to taking our cars to to get cleaned.

Horrible place! The girls told me to pull my car up and they weren't paying attention. They caused my car to hit the railing and messed up my tire. Instead of saying sorry the blonde girl rolled her eyes at me at least 5 times and was extremely rude. Never again will I go there!

Took my new car thru this car wash and now it is all scratched up. Very disappointed! I should have known better than to take my car here.

Normally happy with the service here but apparently someone was having a bad day there or something and became disrespectful to my husband because he slowly crept forward once the previous car had moved into the car wash. I didnt catch the employee's name, bald guy, middle aged with tattoos. We have been coming to this car wash despite moving away from the area but it seems like perhaps the people they're choosing to employ might be going downhill.

I messed up so bad! I was slowly rolling forward staring at the left wheel slot and got a well deserved scolding from the young man trying to spray the front of my car on the right as I nearly rolled into him. The car wash works fine and the workers are busy and efficient. Don't get tunnel vision like I did! And if you get a well deserved scolding, own it.

Took my 07 jeep commander to have washed they scrubbed it down and went through wash, left got to Jack in the box got out to put antenna back on and my fender flare was gone! Went back and it was there, one guy said he had told the other guy it was lose NO ONE told me I would not have had the wash done at that time and they were extremely rude about the whole situation I do not suggest this place and I will not send any of my friends here nor will I ever go there again

Great place I just wish the entry into the wash wasn't such a tight turn from being in line... Plus, places like this usually hand out a small pack of wipes for your dash, etc... I didn't receive one, maybe it's something they don't do... I usually tip pretty good, yes, even at a drive thru carwash...

I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to this car wash for many years. Today I decided to try their express detail he had made an appointment for Thursday. When I dropped off the vehicle I instructed the owner son who does this work that there is an antenna on top of the vehicle that is used for 911 communications. if they decide to run it through the car wash it will need to be removed. It’s a magnet mount simply pull straight up and it’s gone. The owners granddaughter who is barely 18 years old was allowed to get into my $70,000 Chevy Silverado diesel pick up truck of which she could barely drive. She pulls into the car wash entrance not removing the antenna. I ran over to the truck and told her it needed to be removed by simply pulling straight up what does she do she grabs the cable and rips it across the roof horizontally scratching my roof and damaging the antenna. it’s a magnet mount simply pull straight up and it’s gone. Expect rude service and the possibility of being chased off property while being flipped off if you disagree with them. And they always miss around my rear license plate.

It's cheaper than a lot of car washes but they don't give you a wipe for the inside of your car. They also knocked the passenger side wing mirror out of place. The vacuum ran for a good long time for just a dollar and it did a great job.

My husband car is broken! The brushes were so tuff the took our back light off the car! And then when we brought it to the managers attention, he tried to say it wasn't the carwash. I calmly asked for them to review their footage and help me repair my car. The owner then sends me to a place on main St. to "fix it" the guy lied to us and told us he repaired it... we just got pulled over because the back light was hanging off again! So then the Cop and my husband are looking at the light, no evidence it had ever been repaired probably because the owner of the carwash was "paying for the damage". CROOKS, LIARS.... BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Can you say lawsuit!

I took my car to Amigos III LLC today, and they did a wonderful job! They scrubbed the front and back of the car really carefully, they treated me with kindness and respect. I do recommend this business. Thank you Amigos!
