It's an ok wash but not a good one

Good place to go but to all those commenting on scratches it is an automatic car wash you run the risk of scratches if you cherish your paint then hand wash your car or go to an water only wash (no brushes) if you dont care as much then this is a great place. Personly have never had any new scratches though.

Took our newer truck through there Monday, noticed a huge brush scratch down the side - called them three different times leaving voicemails wanting a call back and nothing. Drove down there Friday after never getting a call back and spoke with their GM who was absolutely terrible to us. Not only speaking to us rudely, he called my husband a liar and after saying that's unfortunate we won't be giving them our business anymore he continued to say "well we're doing just fine without you". So unprofessional. Would NEVER send anyone their way. Still going to purse with "Rusty", apparently the owner. This is certainly no way to handle business. Their GM should be fired.

Inconsistent. Sometimes they do a good job of precleaning bugs and dirt. Other times they barely spray the car off and I have to wash it again once I get home. This past time, not even the windshield was clean. I bought a multi-pack of washes, so once they're gone, I think I'll try the other place and see how they do.

Best car wash in town! Great local family owned and operated business. They always do good by their customers. Hand scrub every vehicle before they go through the wash, my vehicles always comes out looking sharp. Only car wash I'll go to in town.

One of the better car washes in town. Safer on different size vehicles than others. would give it 5 stars but it just never quite gives a complete clean. I'm always having to wipe down missed spots, but again better than most... good when in a pinch or to lazy to do it myself.

I go here regularly, and I'm always happy with the service. I highly recommend the coupon book if you're a frequent visitor. It's something like 10 washes and 1 free wash. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star review is their drying system. It doesn't really work. They do provide towels to dry your car with. They are not microfiber, however.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I took my BRAND NEW car here to get washed for the first time, and it left with scratches down the sides, on the hood, and on the back of the car. The men who work there are rough on your car with their brushes. They are also extremely rude. To top it all of my car came home still VERY dirty. I called to complain and the man who worked there just told me I was wrong. I went and got a professional opinion from a paint and body shop... they said the carwash was certainly what damaged my paint job, and then advised me to never use automatic car washes. I will now be spending hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to fix my cars paint job. Thanks suds n shine.

Its really annoying when a business advertises they are open and you plan your day based on that only to arrive 15 minutes after the open time and they are not open. People inside but everything is locked up.

I have used this car wash occasionally over the years and have felt the service was very friendly and they usually do a good job. My only negative experience was a week ago when an employee was using very foul language and when I rolled my window down to ask him not to speak that way because the customers can hear him, he got mad and then used foul language about me. Hoping the owner will remind all employees that respect and friendly service is the expectation at all times.
