Spiffy car wash in Madras has been the cleanest car wash I've been to in central Oregon the owner is genuwyne any questions you ever have to ask hes right there to answer .they always have somebody on site taking care of the place and keeping it clean as a well taken care of car wash should they get a 5 star rating all the way around anytime I need to clean my car or my vehicles. Or vacuum them out nothing is broken down it is always working keep up the good work thank you for your participation in the city of Madras as a business owner Sincerely Gary singer

I put in $7 for a car wash and the nozzles didn't work I got no return on my money. I did a police Report to contact owners and local madras city police don't even know who the owners were. Do not use the machines will take your money. Very bad services

Luckily only wasted $2.00 on this place. Attempted to use a vacuum, turned on for 5 seconds, and instantly shut off. After all the terrible ratings it's no wonder the owner still hasn't provided contact information.

Most of the car wash stalls don't work and the vaccuums hardly do their job. Its a good place to put $5 worth of quarters and get no results.

Don't waste your money , this place is a joke. After $7 my pickup was still dirty. Do yourself a favor and burn your money if you're thinking of using this place, at least you might get some warmth on a cold day. Or better yet donate it to a good cause. The only reason I gave it one star is because Google won't let me give it less.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I should have read the other reviews before I squandered my money. What a rip off. Don't go here and waste your money. There isn't a phone number or any contact information so this is a scam of a car wash. I put $7.00 worth of quarters in and was graced with a trinkle of water, I tried switching to high speed soap and sill the water just spit out. I had more water leaking out of the nozzle than out of the tip. Consequently I got wetter than my car. I tried switching modes and finally after wasting $5.00 I got high speed water. I rinsed with what little time I had left on the timer. I certainly wasn't going to give this place any more money after being ripped off. I get a better car wash for less money at the automated car washes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Vacume barely worked and carpet shampoo took money and then didn't have the chemicals in it to even shampoo. Just blew air out. Would not recommend using this place.

Good folks who strive for professional customer service. After a glitch with the soap dispenser, the owner returned my email and worked hard to correct the situation. Very responsive owner. On another note, the credit card payment machine automatically places a $10.00 hold on the card which goes away after a day. I was a bit concerned after checking my activity but as the owner correctly told me, that is merely a hold until the proper amount is charged.

Don't waste your time or money here! Overpriced and crappy to start with, we don't think any actual soap came out, but then it turned off with money/time still left twice, the second time halfway through and would not give our money back. Absolute scam!

Dear customers, We’re in the process of getting verified with Google so we can respond to reviews. We just took ownership of Spiffy and are doing major upgrades currently. Good feedback and I will make adjustments. The vacuums run for 5 minutes and test each one weekly. The new credit card readers are being installed now. Please remember you need to push the stop button on the reader as shown not the switch at the panel. Instructions are posted in each bay. We look forward to completing the upgrades to better serve you and doing much needed maintenance. We have increased the wash times of the upgraded bays. The vacuum doesn't run very long and there aren't any signs up telling you how long you have to vacuum. The credit card meter kept running after we moved the dial to stop and headed to the vacuum. Luckily, we saw the car wash continue to change us when we went back to get our floor mats.
