First and foremost I'm both amazed and extremely happy with the service I recieved at Epic Auto Detailing. Long story, made short, the condition of the paint was in diar need of some serious work. Years of brush scratches from hunting trips to just outright neglect left the exterior, like i already said in poor shape and looked pretty bad. The results of those guys expertise and astounding talent, completely blew me away. Far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Epic Auto, the results defianately live up to their name. I brought in my black Toyota Tacoma after coming home from doing 4x4 trails in Moab, Utah. I had gone through a lot of brush and did a lot of rock crawling so there were pin stripes that ran down the entire side of the truck. Asked Jorge (owner) to do the best he can to remove all the scratches. I left my truck with him for two days to come back to a truck that looked as good as when I bought it; if not better! Jorge himself is an extremely cool guy and his staff is very nice also! Will be referring others to him and bringing my truck back for any future detailing. I took my car to Epic so they could look at my car and give an estimate on detailing it and polishing out dull patches of paint. One of the owners, Jorge Benavides, told me no problem they could make the entire car shine all over with no dull patches. I had them come to my house to do the work their since they offer a mobile detail service. About half way through the other co-owner Johnny Hernandez, who came to my house to do the work with another employee, told me he couldn't get the dull patches out of the paint on my car. They finished the detail job and still charged me the full $300. I emailed them 4 times and called and left voice messages twice saying I wasn't happy and asking them to do something about getting the car to shine all over as promised. Their website also states they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of their detail work. They have not replied to any of my 4 emails or phone calls where I left voice messages. I sent emails to them on 8/15, 8/20, 8/28 and 9/8 of this year 2018. John got in touch with me and explained they moved the business to Gresham so they were without email for a while. He told my to bring my cat in they would attempt to get the dull patches out of my paint again and if it didn't work they would give me a partial refund. Jorge tried again to polish out the dull patches and said the car would need a complete paint restoration to get the dull spots out and it would take two days. Since the business is now a long ways from my house after their move I agreed to the partial refund so I am satisfied now that I got the refund.

I do not recommend epic auto detailing at all they do half fast work, I saw all their advertising and pictures for the express auto detail for $100 and was really impressed. So took my car in and I’m highly disappointed pretty much all they did was vacuum and wipe down everything, something I could’ve done in 10 minutes and they took 2 hours, didn’t get in the cracks of anything and didn’t even vacuum down the trunk all the way either. So do not waste you money here cause it’s all fake advertising they will not do that good on your car 100% guaranteed. Go spend your money wisely on a real auto detailing business

I took my 2010 Nissan Altima to Epic Auto Detailing the other day for a full exterior and interior detail. The car has been outside under a large pine tree and was covered in sap, pine needles, moss and dirt. After picking it up, it looks like new! I will be back!

Brought in our 2013 Jeep Wrangler and 2008 Dodge Ram for interior details, I cannot say enough how awesome they did. The Dodge has some goat & dog pee in the back seats, as well as stains in the headliner, they got those out no problem. Jeep had some dog pee as well, and again, no issue. The trim inside both vehicles looked brand new, and the colors had been completely restored to the seats as well as the trim. Can’t wait to go in for an exterior detail and see what they can do!

They took my car for a drive! I had high expectations for Epic Auto Detailing based on all the positive reviews. I had the ceramic coating put on my Roush Mustang. When I was driving home I noticed my odometer had gained about 11 miles from when I had dropped it off at their shop. I know this because I specifically looked at the odometer when I dropped off my car. When I called and asked if someone had driven my car the answer was no. The owner claimed no one drove my car and it never left their property. I asked how does he explain the mileage on my car then? He repeated no one drove my car, that he would not have any free time to drive my car and that besides, "it's not the kind of car I would drive anyway" (sarcastic tone). I asked if anyone else had access to my car and he said no. There are at least two others who work in their shop. The owner said maybe I made a mistake. I reminded him of our conversation when I dropped off the car and I had mentioned the mileage on it. I wish I had a data logger in the car and could prove the car was driven while in their possession. They can claim no one drove my car but there is no other explanation for the change in mileage on my odometer. Buyer beware!

I've had my 2007 Mustang for eleven years and had never had it detailed. I'd been looking for somewhere to take it for a thorough detailing but wanted to make sure I found the right place. Luckily, I happened to see an advertisement for Epic Auto Detailing's Grand Opening in Gresham so I messaged them to ask some questions. They were quick to respond and friendly so I booked an appointment. When I got there, they took a look at my car with me to discuss what I was wanting and I left it there for the day. I had been worried about the job being rushed, but they took their time and did an excellent job. When I picked up my car, they looked it over with me to make sure everything looked good. The only thing they had forgotten was to vacuum the trunk, but they took it right back and finished it. My car sparkles again almost like new, something I didn't know was possible on my car that had tons of fine scratches. Inside and outside look wonderful. I was so happy with the job they did that I've now booked an appointment with them to get my windows tinted, something I've wanted done for years. I highly recommend Epic Auto Detailing.

-Update, they came out and made it right. Recleaned both cars, I hope to use them again soon. Disappointed this time around, used Epic in the past and was very happy with their work. When I first had someone out I believe he was one of the owners and he took his time and did a really good job on the boat. This time around I had them detail the paint of the same boat and two cars same day. The detailers were late and left the boat with unpolished wax, also left and both cars with too much tire shine on the tires to the point where the cars are covered with spots now of tire shine from it flinging off after driving. I think the guys that did this call may have been in too much of a hurry. With the growth of the company quality and detail of work has been left behind.

Fortune cookie review: NO BUENO. I would not recommend. I needed an exterior detail on a black convertible Mercedes. When I scheduled the appointment, we specifically talked about the challenges of working on a black car. I was assured they would use a multilayered clay process, and he volunteered they had a special cleaner with a protective ingredient for the top. When they arrived, they were very friendly and helpful moving a car with a dead battery around. About 45 min later they told me they were done. I thought that was very quick. I looked over the car and it basically looked like I took it through the car wash instead of a $200 "detail". Everything I pointed out was somehow a "defect in the paint" and he kept holding up a tool that looked like an oversized metal electric toothbrush with a triangular head with some sort of cleaner on it, telling me "it was the best in the business and cost $800". He ran over a small area of the hood to demonstrate the water stains could not be removed. As I walked around thr car pointing out at least a dozen trim areas the had been overlooked. I opened the trunk and the jam was filled with dirt and leaves. He told me "they don't clean the trunk". The best and final was the covertible top. Imagine you gave your two year old a rag with armour all, and asked them to clean your dashboard. The VERY new top was streaked all over. He told me my top was "old". We argued about that and in the meantime his assistant he applied some "give a damn" to his rag and the top looked perfect.

Got a quick response when booking ! Very punctual employees. I got told it would take 2 hrs for full express detailing and they called me exactly after 2 hrs to pick up my vehicle, very satisfied with that. Pleased with their customer service. Overal, car looks brand new & clean!

I had a pet smell issue on the used car that i just bought. And Honestly one of the coolest and kindest experience in EPIC AUTO DETAILING. Everyone was nice and friendly, informative and straight to the point. Job got it done and done it well.. the interior looks great and smells good. Had a 9 am appointment and Epic never got a chance to do my tint. I told Johnny if they can get it done and he said YES they can but never did. This is the 2nd time I make the appointment and turn out awful service. 1st time Johnny cancel saying his reception double booked. So I let that one go and try to give him a 2nd chance. Johnny had that look on his face that he didn't care about his customers. Customer service was awful. I will never bring my car here again. Johnny is a joke. Don't believe anything he say. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I can not recommend Epic enough. I had another detailer come out and do a TERRIBLE job. Johnny from Epic came out and fixed their mistake. He even showed me some stuff that the others had left behind that I would have never noticed. Great attention to detail, and my car looks amazing now. He was quick, kind, and professional. Definitely a great place to get your car detailed.

The people here are very friendly and super nice. I took my car to get the interior detailed and the headlights restored. The head lights came out great! The detail, well at first it did not feel like I was getting my money's worth out of it. But after expressing my "complaints" they were quick to take care of it. Customer satisfaction at its finest! Had my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ in for a full interior detail and headlight restoration. The interior looks amazing. Have black carpets and they have never been blacker. This shop knows there stuff they are very professional and not only friendly but dog friendly too. They have tented the windows on both my wife's car and my truck. Today I picked up my truck that was in for an exterior detail and ceramic coating. The color pops in the sun light and will now be protected from the rain and all of the brush that has been leaving pin strips in the paint while offroading. My 2017 Honda Accord hadn't been cleaned in the year that I've owned it and let me say, when I took it into Epic Auto for it's detail it came out looking like it was fresh out the dealership! They get into every nook and cranny. I have 2 large dogs who shed and their is no trace of pet hair anywhere in my car anymore.
