The drive-through car wash is pretty standard, but I love that this is a place I can go to that will vacuum the inside of my car. They also do the inside windows, but it always leaves streaks.

I have visited this location primarily for car washes in the past, but needed a shampoo for my van. Yesterday (6/24/19) I was told that the shampoo service would cost $50.00 on top of whatever detailing service I wanted. The clerk whom I did not catch the name of, said if I wanted a shampoo and detailing done, I needed to empty my vehicle of anything on the floors and the seats. I asked what time they closed and they said in 2 hours. I said I would be back shortly and they replied that would be fine. About 15 minutes later I returned to find the manager saying that they couldn't get around to my van and I would need an appointment. The manager, Neil, was very professional in explaining to me why they couldn't get around to my vehicle and I explained to him that I was not very happy and making a trip back to the car wash when it wasn't needed. Neil was nice enough to take $5 off the final cost for the inconvenience of making a trip back to the car wash as his associate did not communicate that they can't do my van yesterday. I prepaid for the service (Platinum Detail Service and Wash for $29.99 as well as the obvious shampooing I needed done) and left for the night. I came back today for the service to be performed. This morning, I was calculating in my head and I realized that the price that Neil charged me for the shampooing was not what the associate originally had quoted me for my van. Instead it was $60. Also when they got done performing the service they tried to send me on my way without putting the car through the car wash. I then had to spend an additional 2 minutes cleaning out the cup holders that still had dirt in it. Instead of offering to get it for me when I asked for a rag saying that they missed some stuff in the cup holder, they handed me a rag and continued having three Associates working on one car. When somebody finally did asked if everything was fine and I told him that I just finished up cleaning out the cup holders, they asked if it had came out I said yes. They gave an attitude saying well at least it came out cuz we spent two hours and we wiped it down pretty good. If you miss a spot and a customer points it out, not only should you offer to help get that spot cleaned, you should not have an attitude with the customer about it. When I finally went through the carwash, at the end of it there was nobody there to wipe down my car so I had to get out and adjust my mirrors. When I looked back there was somebody helping the car behind me wiping down their car first. I had to remind them that I needed my car to be dried and tire shine done. Instead of helping me who came out of the car wash first, he helped the other car and told me to wait. Another associate ended up helping me out about 2 minutes later. Pros: Shampooing got done and looks great! Manager was professional and communicative! Cons: Lack of communication Poor customer service Attitude problems with staff towards customers Lack of professionalism Inconsistent prices What really saved you guys from getting a lower score on your review was your manager Neil. His professionalism is what saved you guys from getting a one-star, maybe two stars. I hope that in future you guys can make some changes and I can possibly have a better experience next time.

As far as I know, this is the only car wash in Eugene that does a thorough hand pre-wash and full interior cleaning and vacuum. The quality is always top notch, and quite frankly, pleasantly surprising. I will never go anywhere else. Well worth $25 for gold or $30 for platinum washes.

Call owner about having windows done in my car on the inside. He says yes it will be done if I go to the gold plan which was $25. I said good going out of down soon and need them done bad. I will never come back to you as your guys it a horrible job and I had to ask them to do back window which they had not done before then said car was ready. Yes you clean and vacunm great but windows NO. Now I will have to try myself to get the mess fixed. Thank for the Bad expereince

First off, this is what the car wash has to work with. I did not wash this truck for 2 years and I have a Siberian Husky that went to the dog park on a regular basis the first year-and-a-half I had this truck. There was a lot of dog hair a lot of dirt and was generally just very messy, but in my opinion, not worth the amount of time it took to clean this. So this is how that day went, I ordered the most expensive wash they had on the website and it said it would take two hours to clean and $99 and up it was the VIP package is how they advertise it. I requested an appointment for 10 a.m. at the Springfield location. I got a confirmation saying the location I needed to head to was the Eugene one. I probably should have checked before I went but it turns out the website doesn't always send you to the correct location that it makes your appointment or so the Eugene location told me. The hiccup number one. I had to the Springfield location they are very nice very agreeable very pleasant to talk to very efficient just what I was kind of expecting. Nobody told me anytime so I assumed it was going to take the two hours that the website said I come back at noon dance Billy started on my truck even though I'm paying for the VIP package I talked to someone and they told me and if I needed it at a specific time to let them know. But as of right now it wasn't going to be done until 3 or 4 as I'm telling him that's I had an appointment at 1 another customer comes up to him and immediately pulls his attention and he goes and finishes out with them and walks away from me that was hiccup number to my day was already shot so might find three or four he knows I need it that's what he told me to come back fat I'll just come back at 3 or 4. Instead of going back I give them a call at 3 and whoever answered the phone was very shocked I was asking if my truck was done. I told him the other gentleman said three or four and when should I expect it to be done disappoint says 1 hour. I lose track of time and I end up giving them two hours and I don't get back to the car wash until about 5:15 ish. They're still not done with the truck at this point the friend I was driving around with ask them if they're going to be done anytime soon because so-and-so happened and we drop this truck off at 10 in the morning. Mind you this was a whole different crew than this morning and it look like the person that was working on my truck was in a supervisor position he said he was just getting out the rest of the dog hair and it's pretty upset with his crew for letting the truck sit that long. It takes about another half an hour but he is done with it and Rings me up at just the base $99 he also sincerely apologizes multiple times that it took as long as it did it shouldn't have taken that long and the communication between the two Cruz was not clear in any way. Now the review for what they actually did to my car, all the dog hair is gone there is some sticky stuff that I couldn't even tell you what it was is clean no dirt the chairs do look shampoo so the interior for the most part was very well done which in the beginning of the day I get stressed by I needed the interior focus more than anything but I didn't think they take that completely literally the exterior looks like all they did was running through a basic car wash and then left it for 7 hours in the Sun and didn't touch it again I personally would not recommend going to this car wash specifically this location I'm not entirely sure about Eugene but if you insist on going here because the prices are very good and the customer service is friendly I have a couple of pointers. For what be very specific on what time you need this truck done if you are planning an appointment around getting this done be very adamant that their website says 2 hours you give them two hours. And for two, make sure you know exactly what is included in the package and hold them to what is supposed to be done

The best car wash in town, they do a spectacular job every time I come in. They are VERY thorough, precise, reasonably priced, and I now wouldn't dream of lifting a finger for my car's hygene. Not with the superior service of Emerald Valley Car Wash. Thanks again guys!

I lost $20 a week ago inside my car. Got a car wash and an interior cleaning. Car is fresh and clean in and out! (Smells good new car scent). Picked up a friend and happened to find the $20 bill I lost a week ago in the car. Knowing the fact that the $20 bill was still there after my car got cleaned, tells me that they are honest people there. I also had lots of other valuables in the car and they worked around them without touching a thing! Great honest service!! I would highly recommend!!!

They have a full service menu to fit just about all your car care needs w prices easy on the budget. I was referred by a coworker that was happy with a job you had done on her car. I brought my car in on Saturday, July 21, 2018 and stressed many times that the inside windows needed cleaned very badly. I paid for the platinum, I believe, $29.99. This was early afternoon. by the time I got all my errands completed it was early afternoon, when the sun was shining into the windshield that I saw the horrible job that was done on the windows. The middled did not get done at all, The streaking was terrible, It was such a struggle for me having to do them myself. My last visit.

Unfortunately- I can't give a review of this car wash since they were not open at 9:25 when I got here. Those are the two employees next to the closed business waiting for it to open. Update: Manager showed up at 9:42 as I was about to leave.... Apparently there was a miscommunication...which happens in life. I then became more interested in how the situation was handled. The manager seemed to avoid me and when it came time to pay- I was charged full price. I asked the employee if he requested a discount and he said he did but the manager would not give me one. I then went and found the manager who said the employee never asked.

Always use you guys. My wheels in this case remained filthy and seemingly untouched by the brush in the car wash or your pushbroom. Rest of the car looks great but tires and rims look pretty bad...

Horrible....I paid $25 and could of done this myself. Dirty windows, door handles, around the edges if windows and molding, wheels. Inside door jams dirty, superficial wipe down on the inside if car. The list goes on. Attended tells me that is just how it is and walks away. Did point out manager. He also started to argue, finally went in and wiped some areas down Will never use you again, you actually owe me money!

They scratched up the interior shiny parts of my 2018 Honda. I cried, it's terrible to look at. Bought it brand new, it was still perfect until they "cleaned" it! The manager acknowledged that the damage occurred there. The very smug owner told me that I couldn't prove that they did the damage and walked away. He also said that they "win in small claims court all the time with cases like this." So they're damaging lots of vehicles and do not care to fix the problem. Never let them near the interior of your car!!!

I will not be returning! The wait was very long 45 minutes, I stood and watched as they pull my car up with door open after I had drove it through the wash, no one working on it for a good 15 minutes. Then a Cadillac pulls up behind my car, obvious a special customer! 10 minutes is all they worked on my car, I paid for platinum detail, got the vacuum, did not get windows clean, cup holders were barely wiped out, dash was not clean, even when I pointed it out. Air freshner, what is that? I found a square pad between driver seat and shift. They couldn't get my car out of the way fast enough for whomever this Cadillac driver was. I happen to drive a very nice car, not a piece of junk as it was treated! Never going back, waste of money.
