If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my truck to get washed. It got damaged due to their equipment malfunctioning. When I tried to get the video footage of the incident, they refused although I was able to get an officer to see it. Now I'm waiting to see if the insurance company can sort this out although the owner is a complete waste of time since he acted like it was our fault for coming there. Now I refuse to take any of our vehicles there and we would go thru their car wash 2 times a week, if not more. Poor customer service all around. This place is a joke.

Worst service ever. NEVER bring your car here or they’ll mess it up. The day after my oil change, my battery light was flashing and the next thing you know, it didn’t start. Supposedly, they did a check up and everything in my car is good. I called them about my dead car and they said “it’s in our policy we only do a visual check it’s not our fault”. Thank you SO much you f****** up my car

I stopped by for auto lube services. There was no waiting area, but a sign pointing me around the side of the building. I pulled up and waited, and waited, but no employee acknowledged me. After 10 min of waiting outside in the cold, watching them work on another vehicle, I left. I'd like to rate their services, but I wasn't offered the chance!

Went here.... saw the employee scrub down entire car infront of me then pressed the button then my turn came paid for the highest dollar wash ran my card pressed button scrubbed the left side then back and was too far into the wash for him to reach my car. Everytime seriously. I wish I can pay half the money since I get half the quality everytime.

Worst car wash I've ever seen Car still dirty, wet and soapy. Went around again to get another rinse, the employee was rude and told me to have the lube shop employees spray it off at the end. First and last time I'll ever go there.

I took my car there on Thursday 24 August 2017. My car had blue smoke coming from the engine. Thinking a little oil spilled. I thought nothing of it, until Friday the smoke was worse. Now I find out I no longer have a dipstick. Funny I had one on Thursday. So I had to buy a new one from the dealer. I went back there on Saturday to ask for reimbursement for the new dipstick and a car wash. They said no. They said they drilled out the old dipstick. In my opinion, the employees are liars and thieves.

My daughter got her oil changed here a couple weeks ago. Shortly after, her engine started smoking. Went to mechanic who showed her THE INCORRECTLY SIZED filter they tried to install. Oil had been flooding out all over her engine, and could have burned up! She went back into them to show them the incorrect filter, trying to get her expense refunded, they were very rude to her and tried to blame the mechanic! We will never be back again, and I used to go there every other month!

I wanted to post my experience with Canby Car Wash and Auto Lube. I have continuously reached out to managment for a resolution since August and so far no practical solution has been offered to resolve the problem. On July 27 I took our truck to Canby Auto Lube for a routine oil change. We have taken both our vehicles here for several years and have never had any issues with this company. In the days after our oil change we realized our truck was leaking a significant amount of oil (1-2 quarts per week). After closer inspection my husband and I seen that the oil was coming from around the oil drain plug and the plug appeared to have been cross threaded into the oil pan. I took the truck back into Canby Car Wash and Auto Lube and met with the assistant manager, Jackie. She informed me the plug was cross threaded and she would contact me after she first spoke to her manager, for the time being I could come back to the shop for a free oil top off as needed. Jackie contacted me and informed me they would be replacing the oil pan on our truck and we arranged for the repairs to be made the following Tuesday. On the day the repairs were scheduled to be made a gentleman who introduced himself as the manager contacted me and informed me that Napa had made a mistake and ordered us the incorrect oil pan and we would have to reschedule the repairs for the following week. I was understanding, I still wanted to give the business the opportunity to correct their mistake so I agreed. I phoned Canby Auto Lube this last Tuesday and spoke with Chad and informed him I would be in to have the oil pan replaced. The assistant manager Jackie called me back and said she was sorry but they were not equipped to replace our oil pan due to the fact that with our model of truck the motor would need to be lifted in order to remove the oil pan. She also informed me they called other shops in the area and the cost was near $2,000. She offered me a couple of temporary fixes instead. I went into Canby Auto Lube to talk to a manager directly. I spoke with a gentleman who was a manager and he again offered the temporary repairs, I called my husband so he could explain the repair options to him as well. My husband expressed to the mangager that he was not in favor of a temporary fix and emphasised he would prefer a permanent fix (replacement of the oil pan). The manager agreed. After he ended the phone call with my husband the manager informed me he would talk to the owner and get in contact with me later that afternoon. He also told me the individual who was responsible for the damage to our oil pan was terminated, and he was also responsible for a number of customer complaints including damaging the motor of a vehicle owned by Enterprise. I waited patiently, but after two days going by without hearing back, I took our truck in today to have our oil topped off, as the truck was 1 1/2 quarts low. The assistant manager Jackie topped off the oil. I asked her if their was any news from the owner about repairing our vehicle. She immediately denied that we were ever customers and said there is no record of our truck ever being in their computer system. I informed her I have paperwork from all of our oil changes and she stated this conversation was over and abrubtly walked away. I called and asked for a manager and was hung up on twice. I dont want to bash this company in any way as this is our first ever negative experience with Canby Car Wash and Auto Lube. I feel I gave them every opportunity to make this right, and they refused to do so. I just wanted to share our experience and hope it saves someone from the same headache.

They raised the prices on their "Simonize" wash by 20% and it's the absolute worst car wash I have ever had. Neither bumper was mopped down, nor the side bottom panels, which wasn't noticed until I got home. Thanks to Windex and paper towels, 15 minutes later I actually had a clean car. Thanks for nothing!

They are quick, fairly expensive for a quick lube. My Subaru was $53 for oil and air filter (after a $10 off coupon). Of course they try to upsell almost everything. Not a bad place in a pinch, or if you're too lazy on a Saturday morning like I was.

I am a long time customer of the car wash. It has become clear that the quality has fallen dramatically. Our family cars both SUV and passenger cars come out of the wash and dry still dirty. Especially on the back window and tailgate areas. In addition, the drying function is a joke, windows and car bodies still soaking wet.... We are off to Wilsonville for our next wash!!!

I have always had a good experience here, I bring all three of my vehicles here for oil changes and car washes on a regular basis. I live locally and want to support local businesses. The technician on my most recent visit was rude and abrasive. Very uncharacteristic of the treatment I have received in the past. I this was just a bad day and service improves.

I went in for an oil change and after I found the price I stated that I was going somewhere else the older man wearing a baseball cap decided to become rude with me and acted like a 3 yrs old because he didn't like the fact that I was going somewhere else. When that happened I told him that if he had something to say then say it to my face. He didn't like that either. So the pissing match commenced. I will never again take any of my vehicles there nor will I ever recommend them. This is the kind of employee that you have representing your company? Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I treat others like they treat me plus some. The guy in question is named Steve Canby car Wash's manager. Way to represent Steve!

Do not trust these people. Years ago I had my truck checked out and they stole money from my center console. The manager even met me to pay back the money. I went there recently and the employees were laying on the couch playing on their phones. Never again will I go there or recommend them. Terrible customer service and they have no idea about their product they dispense. They hire people with zero knowledge. Wouldnt even give 1 star.
