You have lost our families business. It is super frustrating to pull in to use vacuums and then have to sit behind drink orders at dutch bros, because they are using your exit lane. That is terrible customer service. Also, having to get out of our car to input the debit number is unacceptable.

Broke off my fixed antenna, owner would not take responsibility for his machine damaging my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. No integrity what so ever. Instead he sends some young boy out with a lame typed letter saying wear and tear causes this to happen. BS in my opinion! Nothing posted outside stating this either. $89.00 to replace antenna. BEWARE! (If you value your vehicle not being damaged) DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

It was a pretty good car wash. It doesn't clean the passenger side from the trim and below very well on my Chevrolet Equinox 3.5 stars. On my Kia forte it is near perfection 4.5 stars.

Been here many times, had the best experience recently. My husband was not the quickest in getting the car washed after a long road trip (5 hours both ways). The front of the car had a massive amount of bug carcasses glued to the paint, bumper, and grill. The attendant worked his magic for over five minutes getting all of that crud off. The different washes do what they describe. Yes, the prices have gone up but so has minimum wage and these guys don't work off tips. It's not just a machine wash, the attendants give your vehicle a pre-treatment. Word to the wise, since they share a parking lot with Dutch Bros.: don't try to vacuum or shampoo at peak coffee drinking times (morning commute, lunch, after school lets out), you MIGHT have a wait to get out of the lot. Other than that, it's fast and convenient.

I use to come here all the time. I really don’t like how now Dutch Bros line goes through the side of this car wash. I came to vaccum my car here and I had to wait for the Dutch Bros line to get shorter in order to park into a car vacuum spot. I will no longer be coming here.

Our favorite car wash in Salem....the staff treats you well, they have on nice outfits, they give you a wet wipe to clean your dashboard (LOVE THAT!), and they do a good job cleaning your car! Just beware that you don't accidentally get in line for Dutch brothers.
