Very expensive for a car wash and the big rotating brushes ripped the tiny plastic antenna of the rear windshield. Just spend a few bucks in quarters and go do it yourself. Not worth $20.

My husband paid somewhere around forty bucks for a really spotty job. Pet hair still on seat, tons of spots they didn’t get into, and soap residue on the top of my car. I was unimpressed, but at least my car smelled nice?

It seems like there is a car wash every other block in Edmond. I've tried several. Rarely do I feel one is superior to another. Okie Express is certainly a level above most. It is clean and I never leave without feeling very happy with the wash. l tend to go weeks or months in between washes, so my vehicle gets very dirty. Other carwashes I've noticed does not really get all the neglected grime off. With Okie Express, I have never felt the need to follow up with another wash.

I have a full size pick up. Washed it great didn't get it completely dry. I get to go back and get it washed again in 5 days. All for 20 bucks. I was very happy with it. If you have little kids I'm sure they will love riding thru with all the different colors each stage has.

Mixed feeling, I bought a monthly pass and used a couple of locations in Moore, Norman and Edmond. I noticed that the wash chipped a bunch of paint off and scratched my cars here and there. Their brushes might run too fast, or they put too small amount of shampoo/water to wash a car during the process. If you have a black car, plz look around your car whenever it's washed. I'll need to find other car washes.

Best automatic car wash I've used in Edmond. It doesn't have as many frills as some other places (no hand-drying, detailing, etc.), but the quality of the wash itself is excellent. Caked on bugs, construction dirt, all that get washed off reliably, and the guys who work there do a good job of prepping your car with a pre-soak and taping off rear windshield wipers before you go into the wash.

Tried this place out on my new car and it was very nice. After getting the car wash, I went to the free vacuum portion. I saw that the car wash didn’t get off some stuff off the back of my car. (Which was partly my fault because I had put off going to the car wash for a while) Elijah came out to me and offered a free premium wash to make sure that gets off. They worked hard to make sure it was squeaky clean. By far the best car wash I have witnessed! Wish I could give 6 stars!

Don't waste your money. This place has gone downhill since I started using it a while ago. They don't seem to screen their employees very well. Today, the staff was less than helpful. They didn't even pre-spray the windshield like they normally do. Needless to say, there were still bugs on the windshield when I came out. Worse still, the guy who was guiding me in was TERRIBLE at it. He had me back up and try again. I have NEVER had a problem here before getting lined up. Does the staff working today understand that the driver cannot see the ground once they get past a certain point? I seriously had to roll my window down to talk to this guy. Not a pleasant experience. For $18 you would at least expect to have a bug free window, and a helpful and knowledgeable staff member to get your tires lined up on the ramps. Too risky to go here if you have a nice car that you want to protect.

I use this carwash a lot. It is has multiple types of carwashes that are reasonably priced. Also includes a free vacuum station to clean interior of your car, which also has a (1) carmat cleaning machine included, at the front (northwest ) corner.

I do not enjoy writing a bad review, but I was treated very dishonestly, and have given OKIE EXPRESS several chances to make this right. They refused. Their car wash ripped a piece of trim off the top of my SUV. The attendant brought out AT LEAST 12 similar trims, but none fit exactly, SO WE KNOW THIS HAPPENS OFTEN at Okie Express. A man named Zack filled out a report and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned as asked and spoke to a Keagan, he said Jose Roubert, the manager, was on vacation and would call me when he got back. Two more weeks passed. When Jose never called I took my CX-7 over again. First they claimed no report had been filed. But I had a photo copy. Then they checked their cameras, claiming they only had pictures from the last 30 days. (Keep in mind, the delay was on them!) So I asked to speak to an owner. The man (a Steve) who called me a couple of days later said they were not going to fix my trim because it was my word against theirs. My only recourse is to write truthful reviews online. All this could have been avoided by paying $74.49 to repair the damage Okie Express did.

I'm a big fan of okie express car wash to begin with and this place is another reason why I like them so much. They have one of the best car wash set up I've ever seen. I personally recommend joining their car wash club, you pay a set fee every month and you get unlimited car washes all month. Honestly, I have the $34/month package, and if I go at least once a week I get more than my money's worth. Like I said, they have the best wash ever, and the staff are always amazing and friendly. The staff makes sure they give you the best service for your money. Go on out and give these great group of people a shot. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Best automatic car wash in town! Our cars always come out clean. The wax finish works well. The free vacuums are very strong. Better washes come with a free basic wash good for 5 days, so our cars are always clean. This is the only car wash we use, and our cars always look great!

After reading the reviews I had to check multiple times I was at the same place listed. Bunch of kids running the carwash, bought a managers special wash that included special attention to big areas yet the 4 guys were so deep in conversation that only one side of my car received that attention. There are no towels as other have stated there were. We asked. Vacuums were not working and there was no signs. Was about 15 cars waiting for car wash, lined moved pretty fast, but every car was trying to use the vacuum and they were all broken. For 20 dollars, I could have got a similar car wash elsewhere for half the cost. I am not a fan of red carpet, but even there I could have done the drive through service for 14 dollars cheaper and got a better wash and they would have hand dried my car, something I didn't get at okie.

I have been this to place multiple times. It was convenient to where I live and I liked the free vaccums. When they first opened the washes weren't bad. But the last 4 were horrible. My car hasn't been clean when I got it home at all. And this is a 2015 Impala that I have had for 4 months. It hasn't had time to accumulate much dirt or bugs. I always come home and clean it again. I started going to Boomerang who are much more professional and do a much better job. Today I was at Walmart and decided to just give Okie Express one more try. Fail again. This time I walked over and said something to one of the guys working. Went into the office thinking there might be a manager type. Hopefully the guy I spoke to was very low level. He actually told me that it wasn't their job to get my car clean. Seriously. Exact words. He asked what car wash gets your car clean. I listed at least 3 others in Edmond and he said that wasn't his problem and that I should go to another car wash if I wanted my car clean. At that point I just started laughing and walked out. What more could I do. How ridiculous was that....

Best automated car wash in Edmond by far! I never have any complaints with how clean my vehicle is at the end of the tunnel! They are constantly updating their products and machines to provide the best possible clean for your vehicle. The facility is always very clean, and they have ample free vacuums with trashcans to clean out your interior as well.

Horrible customer service. They let a truck go through that didn't fit, which caused a four car accident. There is at least 5 grand in damage to the front hood of my car. The manager wasn't on duty so the person in charge had me complete documents and said I would get a call from the manager that would have to look at the damage tomorrow. I will never be using this carwash again.

What can I say but I am a fan. Consistently the best for a drive through car wash. Quick, lots of soap and materials, doesn't get skimpy as time goes on like other drive thrus. The vacuum and quick floor mat cleaner are awesome as free. Great suction and the tips they use for the vacuum rocks, allows for better and quicker cleaning. The automatic floor mat cleaner is a HUGE time saver.
