I went to get a car wash, granted I didn't buy the most expensive wash but I'd expect it to be reasonably clean afterwards but it's still dirty, in fact you can still clearly see the making they made on the rear driver side window. Oil change? They charge almost double the reasonable rate for a basic conventional oil change.

Paid to have my car cleaned inside and out plus the wheel package...After going inside to wait on my car was called back out within 4-5 minutes opened the car and the floor Matt was still muddy I ask why they did not clean it he said I did not pay to have it done and I pointed out I did and they had washed and cleaned the passenger side Matt he just looked at me as I gave him his tip and just walked off... Very poor quality of work and very poor P.R.

The only reason I am not giving them one star is because they have a good car wash and "detail". I went in for an oil change and I feel a bit ripped off. I do not know much about cars so I trust those working on it. I told them I wanted to use conventional oil and they told me it required synthetic. I needed an oil change badly and do not have a lot of spare time. So I reluctantly agreed because I thought they were telling me the truth. After speaking with my dad and brother, they said that is not true and while it may be recommended to use synthetic, it is certainly not required. I called them to complain and they weren't very helpful and said that was my only option there in 0w30. I now know I can use 5w30 in conventional and be just fine. They didn't offer that as an option. So glad I have the option to choose a different place to have my oil changed from now on. The staff was nice while trying to up-sale me like crazy. I did get a free car wash out of the deal, only because it came free with the oil change, not because of my troubles. I just feel a bit taken advantage of because of my gender.

I have used Fast Lanes for several years and have found their service to be very good. On 6/24/16 while my car was going through the wash the brushes, or whatever you call the big washing strips, knocked my tail light off. I filled out a "Quality Control Incident Report" and the young attendant told me someone would call me. I expected to hear from someone associated with the business within a few days but have not heard from anyone to-date. The tail light replacement cost me $326.26. I figure I that I average taking my car through about every other week and my wife's car about every three weeks and I always get the $23 Wheels Plus. Using the new math that comes out at about $943 per year and like I said before I have been going there for several years. So someone from Fast Lanes needs to call me or I stop going there. I'll still file in small claims court, so you not only lose my business but you will still be held liable for the damages. Take care of it and I will stay your customer and write a positive review.

They will damage your vehicle then flat-out deny it was them, even when you hear the grinding metal sound as they guide you into the wash tunnel. Furthermore, they are so unprofessional that their management will actually YELL at you when you bring the issue to their attention.

Pretty good. Everytime I've taking my car there they've always done a pretty good job cleaning it so no complaints there whatsoever. I think they're pretty good. I wouldn't recommend getting the unlimited carwash packages because they typically close in the winter time early and aren't open when it's too cold which goes without saying but still.

Kind of pricey and seemed to never have the same crew working there. But you do get in and out fast. Car wash is fine but they don’t always pay a lot of attention to the detail on the inside of the car. Overall a good place if you are in a hurry but the quality control could be better.

I give Chris the regional manager a 1 star rating he has told me for 3 months in a row that my payment comes out on the 15th of each month first it was the 30th then the 25th and now the 12th and this time it over drafted my account for almost $80.00 after fees and he won’t call me to resolve the issue. the location itself is excellent never no issues w staff or management always friendly and never do a bad job this guy needs to go I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and the attorney general office on making a complaint against the company and Chris. Well day two I awoke this morning and came to my attention that I was charged again so again the wash with drew monies and over drafted me again. I was told again by Chris that he was sorry and that I will be receiving a refund x2 now sorry only goes so far. I spoke with Chris once again and and informed him that I will be contacting the office of attorney general and filing a complaint So I figured up what I have lost the past two days I have lost $153.90 from a $49.95 car then on top of this he says I will be refunded waiting to process now if my other checks bounce “there are 3 of them” there is another $81.00 in overdraft fees now if they wouldn’t have taken this out until they was supposed to there would be no overdraft fees and my account would have never hit a negative balance. Update: on 07/22/2018 I spoke with a Mer. Farris who is the owner of masters car wash who says they are doing everything they can to get the refunds back to the customers in a timely manner. Mr. Farris has the audacity to ask me if maybe I should cancel my unlimited wash package and just pay for my washes as needed I politely ended the call after I told him my finances was none of his buisness.

The first time I went here, I was very happy. In and out very quickly, friendly staff, not too expensive. So I decided to go back today. Everything went pretty smoothly again until the bill came. There were 3-4 guys helping. One of them asked if he could check the in-cabin filter in which I said sure. It was pretty dirty so I asked how much it would be to replace and he said $8 so I said yes. When the bill came, the manager wanted to charge me $80! I asked why it was so expensive and he said the air filter was $30. I proceeded to tell him the other guy said $8. He basically said no and the only option was to take out the filter and put the old one back in. At this point, I needed to get back to work and I didn't want nor need the embarrassment of 4 guys watching them remove the filter and put the old one back in. My husband called and spoke to the manager who basically said the same thing and that I could bring it back up there to get a refund and my old filter. Again, I would rather pay $30 than be subjected to that. I hate that men at oil change places try to take advantage of women. It is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER be returning to this place.

Just a terrible place to give your money to. Watched the entire time they worked on my car. Paid for the $30 package. They tried to give my truck back without wiping down the exterior, wiping the door panels, cleaning the back window. Did a lousy job wiping the dashboard and only wiped down the top. Did not wipe down the part facing you (radio, vents, steering column, etc). Did a lousy job vacuuming. It's terrible to pay to have your vehicle washed, get in and say, damn I need to get my car washed. All while they knew I was standing there. Don't support business that do not give you what you pay for. They put ZERO effort into cleaning my vehicle and even after mentioning all they didn't do, STILL did a lousy job.

They left dried wax deposits on my hood. My interior still had red dirt. My doors and mirrors had wet spots on them. There is still dirt and debris on my hood and my trunk. Not sure what I payed $28.00 for. Very unhappy with my service and will never return.

I am just leaving the Dodge dealership in Kingfisher. I live North of Crescent. I brought my truck into the dealer because it had a pretty sizeably oil leak. Now that I’ve waited for 2 hours I’ve found out that the oil leak was caused by a loose oil filter. I pay this place a premium for their service and I like the car wash, but come on. A loose filter? I don’t understand. Will I return? I doubt it, which sucks.

I just got my car wash and it was best package they offer and my inside of my car looks horrible!! I had to ask them to wipe the doors and steering wheel down again and still looks horrible!! I had a bad experience before and thought I'd give it another try and same experience!

I have a membership here. My wife went through to have our car washed, tons of bug guys etc (typical Oklahoma summer) all over the front windshield and grill, Frank went above and beyond to scrub them off before she went through the wash. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Employees like Frank that take that extra step towards customer service make places like this worth it!

Terrible service. I stopped in for a quick oil change on a pretty slow Saturday afternoon. After quite a while, they told me that my oil filter was on too tight and they couldn't take it off. They wanted me to go somewhere else, unfortunately they had already bent and damaged my oil filter trying to take it off. I told them that I wanted them to keep working and get the oil filter is because I didn't want to drive to a different place with a damaged oil filter. It took them another 30 min to get there job done and they charged me extra to take off the oil filter without disclosing there extra cost up front. I will not be going back again.

They are amazing at their car washes but when they detail it’s like they sometimes don’t even care about it unless you have a nicer vehicle. Last time I went they said they were done and they didn’t even get really anything, didn’t even look detailed inside or whipped down. I had to do it myself

I've used this location several times and never felt compelled to write a review, but I had an exceptional experience that I wanted to share. I pulled in, asked if I could leave the car while I went for a jog and then pick it up when I was done. They said it was no problem and I've done this before, typically over lunch...I'll go grab a bite while they work on the car. Tonight, I didn't realize what time it was OR that they closed at 6:00. I didn't get back to the lot until 6:30 and there was Mark, sitting in an empty Fast Lanes parking lot, waiting for me with my keys. I had no idea they closed at 6:00, but rather than leaving my keys somewhere, he stuck around well after they had done all of the closing duties. I've always had a good car wash and clean car when done. Tonight though, I was impressed by the above-and-beyond service from Mark.

Terrible place. I went to Masters Car wash Feb. 12th to change the oil in my newly purchased car. After I paid $92 for the oil change, I checked my receipt and there was a note stating that I had a leak in my oil pan. When I brought this to the oil techs attention he said "oh yes there is a leak, just check the oil everyday." Who wants to check their oil everyday? I was disappointed that I was not told about the leak at all, and only became aware of the leak after I had already paid, and only because I read the receipt. If they had let me know beforehand like they should have done, I would have opted to wait on the oil change and had the leak fixed first. Now they wont refund my money, and I have to fix the oil pan seal which means I'll need to drain the oil and put new oil again. Terrible place to change your oil. It's under new management now. Don't waste your money. Update 1 : I took my car in to Bob Howard Toyota and look what they found on the top of the battery .... the oil cap. It seems someone forgot to put the oil cap back on. Absurd, Chris I want my money back!!! Update 2: I went in to Masters Car Wash at Quail to talk to Chris the "Manager". I had to go to another this location to see him, which was far out of my way. Chris was not willing to give me a refund. Chris offered a $50 gift card "in good faith" and said that was all he could do. Chris- the oil change that I had to drain was $92, what is $50 going to do for me? So I decided to leave. As I was walking towards my car, Chris opens the door of the building and yells out to me "If you were a man you would not post stuff on the social media. Men talk face to face." Very embarrassing for me by the way, as there were other people in the parking lot. Newsflash Chris, I spoke FACE TO FACE with your associate initially and voiced my concerned,nothing was done. I spoke on the phone with you, and you were not interested in helping. I came in and spoke with you. The only time you reacted was when something was posted. If posting on social media about bad businesses makes me a woman, then I''m a proud woman.

I always bring my car to Fast Lanes for my oil changes, and I stay for the complimentary car wash and basic detail they include with my oil change. For a paltry $45, I am greeted with courtesy and professionalism, guided into the oil change lane, asked to turn lights on and off for checks, provided with an efficient oil change with a new filter, given any fluids that need topped off, provided with a small window cling indicating when my next oil change should be, sent through the automated car wash box, then I pull around to the vacuum lane and wait in the comfortable indoor lobby while my car is thoroughly vacuumed, the dash and interior is wiped down, my floor mats are washed and dried, and any remaining trash is thrown away. I have two dogs that frequent my back seat, and there wasn't a single hair remaining after the team was finished. They page you back to your car and offer an air freshener spray if you'd like one. The entire process from start to finish is efficient and professional. I've never had to purchase wiper fluid, transmission fluid, or anything else, because they take care of it for me. I keep their small folder in my glove compartment and receive a discount every 5 oil changes. Highly recommended.

Job is done pretty well some other's like red c wash went their for years was not happy very often with some cashiers they give you attitude men or women cleaning the car some Times they wouldn't even do under the mats I paid for that to be done wouldn't do tires well not cool. Fast lane is not like this as far as I have found in the last year

Very convenient and fast service, although it seems to be going downhill. Often some features on the drive thru carwash aren't working properly to get full coverage on our vehicles and the staff thinks it's fine to leave those untreated areas unwashed or at least wiped down....I find myself spending 5min at home on the cars myself.

Need to get a car wash pass. With the pass you can go everyday if you like and wash your vehicle. There are different tears and the staff is always friendly. Plus several of them are easy on the eyes lol.

Spent 30 bucks and the back was hardly vacuumed or wiped down. The car was pretty dirty but it didn't look like they tried after the windows. the package I received where supposed to wipe the interior of the car they just did the dash... extremely disappointed considering there are so many other car wash places to go to I will X this location.

Terrible wash. Front was was still covered in bug debris. When truck was sitting in the interior cleaning lanes, one of the workers got in and closed the door and sat there for no less than 5 minutes. I started to walk over to ask if something was wrong. The guy popped out of my truck and came walking over to me. I asked if there was anything wrong. He said nah I was just listening to George Carlin on your radio. The interior cleaning was just as bad as the exterior. The windows were still dirty and the dashboard was only partially wiped down and dressed. The vacuuming was mediocre. They didn't get the ashtray or the cup holders in the front and back and the door pockets were missed. Price was $28.

This place was complete garbage, staff was nice, but services offered were not good at all. I took my seats to get shampooed and all they did was spray some tuff stuff looking stuff and scrubbed it. It literally came out looking exactly the same.

We took our truck in before we left for a trip to West Va. I needed the oil changed, the truck checked over, and a car wash which was complimentary with the oil change. The oil change went great, the guys were super professional. I upgraded my car wash to an ultimate. My wife and I had our cars cleaned here quite frequently but it had been a while since we had been here because we had moved. That's where the break down happened. With the ultimate package you get a pretty neat car wash but not today. I was paged back to my truck in about 5 minutes. I was greeted by a girl who offered interior scent package. I was asked it my truck looked okay. I walked around the truck and discovered that hardly anything had been wiped down, the wheels were a mess, the windows were still water spotted, the chrome bumpers had not been dried down, the step sides had not been dried, the door jambs were not wiped down and the interior had not been vacuumed. I started to point this out to the young man who was standing there. He wiped the back of the step side off and turned away. I said what about the door jambs. His reply was I'm not doing it as he grinned at me, he said go see a manager. You are done. I couldn't believe what I was told. To my regret I did raise my voice, I sought out the manager and I was still angry that this young man addressed me like he did. The manager upon his inspection ask me "What is wrong with it?" This question only raised my emotion higher because if he couldn't see it then it was pointless to point it out again. I regret calling the kid a punk when I left and I regret for getting so upset over a car wash. But then this is their business, cleaning cars. Again I say I'm sorry for my reaction and to the young man who grinned and said you weren't going to clean it I apologize for my reaction and word to you. No you did not push me physically but you did push me verbally. I could tell by the manager's reaction that this must be normal procedure at your car wash. Of course the whole group laughed at me as I got in my truck to leave and no I didn't need to go through the car wash again, to me that would have been fruitless obviously. I was wished Merry Christmas as I left with a sarcastic tone but its okay. I was wrong to be so upset as I realize this is the entitlement generation I am dealing with I should expect this type of work quality. God bless, Merry Christmas truly from my heart, and have a good one. The silver F150 will not be returning, there are other car washes. Dawson, out!

I have had an issue LATELY with service quality that I have been accustomed to since I first started coming in 2012! Windows not cleaned, tires weren't fully dressed and minor other imperfections that use to NEVER get overlooked! For my pockets this place is moderately prices, but for the work they were doing and the customer experience I always encountered that made me feel at home it was worth every penny! Plus I tipped the guys because they're just that good! So instead of settling for this I called store manager Dave! He apologized and said come see me! I couldn't recognize his voice over the phone but we definitely recognized each other when I stepped out my vehicle.... Dave said, you never complain about anything and I definitely can see how we dropped the ball. Dave the personally took care or the mud under the fenders, steps and made sure everything was perfect like the good old days! Communication goes a long way and so does having a person like Dave whom tales prise in his work! I bet his crew steps up their game now! I can't wait to be go back! Thanks Dave...........

I regularly have my vehicle serviced here, they are extremely thorough and honest. They have never tried to upsell me or tell me that my filters are bad when they aren't and I always appreciate that! I always get a wash and the detailing and love that my car is always spotless. I've had a great experience at the Broadway location and will only have my car serviced by them!
