I came to them with a check engine light on my 996. Initial investigation indicated a air oil separator. They did the work and I was happy. The engine light came back on. Turned out that my MAF I purchased and installed myself was bad. They worked with the place I purchased it from and were able to return it. While on the lot there was minor lot damage to the car. They are repairing it now, along with a detail. Why then a 4 star review? Because every step of the way they were courteous and kind. They took the time to explain the issues and they resolved each one, even when they were in part my fault. They did not do everything for free. They did not give away the store. But they did work to resolve the problems quickly and with professionalism. I would trust them with my car in the future, not sure what more I can say.

Not only did Andrew accommodate my schedule both to come and see this car, and also to get it ready for me to pick up (a 3+ hour drive one way for me), but he and the management also made me a very fair deal on a great car. That might be all one would expect when buying even a higher end pre-owned car, but after the sale he and his associates next door continued to assist in making the transaction right when I continued to have questions. Anyone can sell a car, but standing by a sale and a customer after is priceless. I’d be going to the Moreno Group again next time I’m in the market for another higher end car.

My car was picked up and a loaner delivered to my house, and my car was fixed, cleaned and delivered to my home in short order. What else can you ask for? They were dependable and available, both things that unfortunately cannot be said for the other Porsche dealer in Cleveland at this time.

I recently bought a pre-owned 2018 Porsche Cayman GTS from Michael, and could not be happier with the car and the service I received! That is especially impressive since I live a little over 700 miles from North Olmsted, Ohio. Michael told me from our very first telephone conversation that it was his goal to provide me with the highest quality experience in purchasing my car and he definitely delivered on that promise. He made the entire experience easy and pleasant. He arranged to take my 2014 Cayman in on trade. With just a few photos and the VIN, he offered me a very fair price for my trade and structured a great deal for me. He arranged for the shipping of both cars which went flawlessly. The cars were delivered/picked up within a couple of hours of each other and on time as promised. My car arrived in immaculate condition. Absolutely showroom new! Michael made the entire process as easy if not easier than if I had visited a Porsche dealer in person. He made himself available to answer all my calls. He used voice, text and email to communicate with me and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. The paperwork was handled via FedEx and my car was delivered straight to my driveway. Prior to my purchase, Michael used FaceTime to let me “meet him in person” and gave me a real-time tour of his showroom as well as a complete real-time visual inspection of the 718 Cayman. I must admit, I had reservations about making a purchase at such a long distance and without seeing the car in person but my concerns are long gone now. Michael and Porsche of North Olmsted are top notch people and I would not hesitate to do business with Michael again!
