The way they worked with us with our two children was great. This was by far the best car buying experience we had. On our way home the front headlamp bulb burned out. Sales and Service departments are awesome! Just purchased my second used Lexus from them. In both cases the whole process was not only painless, but a real pleasure. In neither instance was I buying "late model" but the attention and care I got made me feel like I was a guy buying his annual brand new LS. This most recent purchase there turned out to be an issue with the car that didn't show up til the papers were signed and I was off the lot. That didn't matter--the service team went to work and solved the issue while the sales team took care of the bill. While I'm hoping not to be in the market for another car for some years to come, I will definitely be back to Germain Lexus of Dublin.
Germain Lexus runs a service department like no other I’ve experienced—they’ve clearly set remarkably high standards for themselves and this translates to a customer experience that could be described as downright enjoyable. Clean, friendly and most of all, customer-focused. I was especially impressed by being told at the outset how long the service would take, as well as being notified at several times during the visit that the work was progressing. I’ve never experienced car care like this and I like it. A lot.
My SC400 is older and parts are hard to find. Jeff searched everywhere and in the end came up with an alternative to replace the part need. He did a good job of keeping me informed of the status of the work. Everyone in the service department is friendly and professional.

Flawless service once again. I had my 10K check-in and I requested a loaner so that I could leave it over night. Nicely greeted when I arrived in the evening with a warm clean loaner car and met again upon my return with my own car - warm and clean. The cherry on the top was that Germain had even topped off my gas tank. I wish all service experiences were that awesome.

We've had both routine maintenance and warranty work performed and each time, they are friendly, transparent, honest, and extremely helpful. Also, the use of technology to electronically inform on the progress of the car, request/recommend service & approval of work, notification when the car is ready, and ability to view the invoice is extremely helpful. This is especially beneficial as a working person who is often not available for calls during the day. Highly recommend!

I have come to expect nothing less for my Lexus than the ultimate best with the Germain Family of Dealerships. And I don't mean just in auto sales, maintenance and service, but the best treatment in any area of customer care. My service this week was spur of the moment and at the Dublin Service Center for the first time. I found the same immediate attention and care to every detail as found at the Easton Lexus location. I was not scheduled for service but was received as if I was the only customer being served that day. An intermittent problem was definitively solved and my routine service completed. I really don't have any idea or expectations of how the Germain Family of Dealership could improve upon the excellent record I have experienced. I am grateful.

The service at Germain Lexus of Dublin is superb. When I drive my car into the garage, I am greeted immediately and escorted to my Service Coordinator's desk. He is waiting for me, explains what will happen, and has paperwork ready for me to sign; then he escorts me to my loaner car to make sure all is OK with it. He communicates with me throughout the day about the repair, and calls as soon as my car is ready. When I come to pick up my car and return the loaner, they magically have my paperwork ready without me having to even give my name. My Service Coordinator is Josh Welch and he is outstanding. This is my third Lexus and the service experience is the #1 reason why I keep buying this car.

Due to fog driving from Toledo to Columbus, I was running about an hour behind my scheduled appointment time. I had called ahead to let service know I was running behind and when I arrived they got me right in, performed the necessary six month service check and had be on the back on the road in a little over one hour. Great service and treatment.

She was not pushy and never bugged me. She would check in from time to time just to keep me updated. That made me feel good and special. .Todd and Sal, the office managers, were extremely accommodating. When I was ready to purchase my lexus, they took very good care of me. The staff at Germain Lexus will make you feel like your their only customer. They will take there time and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you want or need. They will not let you continue a sale unless you are completely satisfied. for example: After signing for my suv, I realized it didn't have a particular item I wanted. I was willing to settle with it stating it wasn't really a big deal. They wouldn't have it. They made sure I got everything I wanted. Had my RX350 in for routine maintenance last week and was extremely pleased with my service. During the maintenance, a couple other issues were discovered that required repair. Nonetheless, my car was repaired quickly and was soon back in my possession running smoothly and perfectly despite being 7 years old and having over 140,000 miles on it! I highly recommend Lexus and especially the wonderful service I have always received from the nice people at Germain Lexus of Dublin.
Mike always takes care of the maintenance and any issues with detail. I even had a recent stone chip in the windshield that Lexus was able to have repaired by an outside company while doing the 30,000 mile maintenance. The service department will keep you coming back and is unbeatable !

If I could give this dealership a 10/10 I would. I purchased a used LS460 from their pre-own department. They gave me a great price on the car and gave me what i was looking for as a trade-in for my previous vehicle. My sales consultant, Marvin was great. He was honest with me and straight forward about the vehicle. The finance guy, Clint, was straight forward as well in helping me understand and choosing my payment options. I left with a beautiful LS460. The vehicle was used with 80K miles, which I had no problem purchasing with the amount of HIGH miles on it. I had an issue with the vehicle a few days later where a light came on for the 1st time. i took it back for them to look at. I was given a loaner. Come to find out, which neither myself or dealer would have known it would have gone out at the time of sale. But a sensor went out. i worked with the pre-own Sales Manager, John, who is great; was able to be fair with me and explained they would take care of the sensor. John wanted me to have a great experience with the car as they want me to be happy with the vehicle that was purchased from Germain Lexus of Dublin. I'm never intimidated by the process of having my car serviced. I'm always greeted by a service associate as soon as I drive in and Jeff Passa has my paperwork ready with the loaner car and explains what service is taking place and confirms they will notify me immediately of any issues and request my approval before moving forward. Just had both my Lexus ES and my wife's IS in for service and a recall on the airbag. Josh and Mike were both very professional. Not always happy about the cost and the items that needed fixed but can't do much about that. This experience was the principal reason I returned to Germain Lexus of Dublin when my lease was ready to expire. In late 2016 I received a call from Eva Castaneda. When I took my 2015 RX in for service, Eva took me for test drive in a 2017 RX (the 2018's were not yet available. I found Eva to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not aggressive. This was the beginning of a very enjoyable buying experience. I have purchased about 15 new automobiles over the past 47 years, and Eva was the best salesperson of all I have encountered. The check engine light was on our 2012 car. After taking the car to Lexus and speaking with Adam the service consultant he assured me it was probably a minor thing. The next day I got the call -- we needed a new gas cap! Whew -- great to hear the good news
My 2014 IS 350 F Sports radio stopped working. Was told it was an issue with the amp. I questioned why a 60k dollar cars radio would stop working 4 years after buying brand new. They told me they would contact Lexus and request to see if the charge could be covered. 1000 dollars, for a new sound system, and Lexus "apparently" came back and declined reimbursement. I'm in my car 30k or more a year...needless to say, BMW thanks you. Lexus and this dealership will never see another penny from me, and I buy new cars every 5-6 years. Please save your canned automated response. The very definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face. Again, BMW thanks you.

Germain Lexus of Dublin has been my favorite car dealership/maintenance since 2001. All personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and Lexus is my pick of all vehicles I have owned. The Maintenance Department goes beyond being super. When my Lexus needs mileage check ups or some sort of maintenance, I am always satisfied! I love Cassie. I had a safety recall appointment with Germain Lexus of Dublin on September, 18th. The service I recieved was an excellent, Josh Welch took great care of me by explaining necessary procedures what have to be done to keep my car in safe condition. He provided me with beautiful 18Rx350 model to drive home and I loved this car. Now I cannot stop thinking about getting it ! Terrible lot to do business with....only time the are concerned with calling you back is when you're buying. The service dept also is terrible as they had done a few questionable repairs to car so it would appear fine during test drive. The salesman we dealt with is Kevin Campbell and I would suggest avoiding him at all costs. After the sale we had issues instantly with the vehicle and could not even get a return call...however when they want to sell me something they can email...BUT they also do not respond that. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere....no way I'm going back. Lies, cover ups, pushiness when buying...you can however get all those things at Germain Lexus of Dublin!
The service department are always welcoming with a smile and kind gestures as you step inside. I recently got my oil and brake/rotors done by them and they took care of me and my car. They expedited my loaner and the same day I drop my car off and got my car back within a couple of days. Fast and efficient in a friendly manner plus help me unload/load my kids car seats. One thing from a 5 star this time is my loaner was a bit dusty from the snow/salt when picking up (other times loaner were always clean). I know sometimes it may get busy so its understandable but overall my experience with them is well received. Price wise for repairs, when owning a lexus expect a bit higher than normal view of the bills, but the quality, refinement and top notched team of lexus does match the price overall, so don't be scared. They will take care of you and your car. My bill came out lower than i expected at the price estimate which is good news! save money is what everyone wants. Thank you Germain Lexus of Dublin.
I have been close to the Automotive business for 22 years, working with dealerships around the country. I can honestly say, the service I received from Germain Lexus of Dublin is unparalleled. The purchase process was seamless, the delivery of my vehicles was thorough, and my RXL itself is a lot of fun to drive. So much so, that when my husbands lease was up, I recommended he get one too! I recently went in for my first Service Appointment (complimentary, of course) and they take excellent care of their customers. I was in and out of there, in a loaner, within 10 minutes of my arrival. I also live in Dublin, and I am here to tell you, the free car washes is a BONUS! I go a couple of times a week, my car is never dirty! If you have never driven a Lexus, especially from Germain Lexus, you owe it to yourself to experience their professionalism.
My husband, Roy owns a beautiful 2008 Lexus 460 sedan. A gorgeous driving machine! Over the years, I have accompanied Roy on service appointments and have been impressed with the consistently great attitude and follow-up. We'd spoken of getting a new hybrid SUV to drive around country, but after my beloved sister unexpectedly died a few weeks ago, Roy bought me the new hybrid 450RX. While nothing will ever replace my sister, this is an amazing gift that brings a smile to me. I dropped my car of at the Lexus of Dublin Service Department late this afternoon. Everything was handled smoothly, could not have been better. After arriving home I suspected that I had left my wife’s purse in the car. I contacted the service department, Elizabeth cheerfully sent someone to find my car and check for my wife’s purse. It was six minutes until close when Elizabeth confirmed that see had my wife’s purse. I told Elisabeth that I was twenty minutes away and really needed my wife’s purse. I asked if someone could stay after close so that I could retrieve the purse. Without hesitation Elizabeth said that she would wait for me in her car in front of the service department. AVOID DUBLIN, GO TO EASTON! So I gave two stars due to my first experience with this location’s service center, they were kind and helped me understand what was going on with my sensors since I have only had my car for about 6 months and just moved to Ohio from Florida so I’m acclimating to the winter and all of its craziness. The second experience I just had was terrible...I called because my Lexus Enform app has been acting up since I updated it and it told me to call the dealership so I did. The service center told me there’s nothing they can do for me and they’d have to transfer me to technology and charge me $160 fee to run a diagnostics test which I thought was ridiculous especially since I have a 2018 and have only had it since the end of June. Decided to get a second opinion and called the Easton location, they were so helpful and told me it would be free of charge because my car is basically brand new and they know the app has been giving problems recently. I understand now why everyone I meet with a Lexus tells me to go to the Easton service location.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I came in with only an idea of what I wanted and Mark helped bring it all together. He was very attentive and funny which made him easy to talk to. We built a great rapport with him right away. In fact Every associate we spoke with was extremely welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and he spent many hours with me as I test drove a few SUVs. He worked with me until I found the perfect truck for my tall family and me. I've been a Lexus customer since mid 90's, and one of the best things about Lexus is their customer service. Mike S. has been an excellent adviser on my car issues, even when I was out of state....called him about an air conditioner issue, and he talked me through it after making certain I'd pulled off the highway. If service is an hour or so long, and you choose to stay, the waiting room is always well appointed, designed for customers' comfort.

I called ahead and booked an appointment to view and purchase a certified Lexus RX 350 F sport vehicle. I arrived within my time frame as I was coming from 3 hours away. I received two emails and a voicemail confirming my appointment from the dealership. One of the contacts was made by the used car manager who informed me that he would be handling my visit for the day. Upon my arrival, I was told I had to wait as there was a couple test driving the vehicle I just drove 3 hours to drive myself. I was made to wait 30 minutes and the couple bought the car! To make matters worse, my salesman did not show up as he was home installing Christmas lights. It would seem my patronage was not valued at this dealership. I called Lexus and reported this ( this was to be my 6th Lexus and I own 3 Toyota’s ). An offer was made good if I would purchase another vehicle which I reluctantly did. I never received follow up calls to apologize for the wrong that was done or a call thanking me for my purchase. I would not recommend this dealership.

This was my 40,000 mile maintenance visit but my first service here as I recently moved to Dublin from New Jersey. As in my dealership in East Hanover, N.J., this service was extremely well handled and I was very impressed with the staff here, starting with Joshua, and the beautiful waiting room. We had no intention on buying a car when we came into the Lexus dealer. Mr. Marc Honick greESated us and we chatted a little for him to learn about me and my wife. We drove a Certified ES 350. After Marc explained what a Certified Lexus entailed, we were sold. Marc was not high pressure at all. It was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We are a customer for life.
As usual the maintenance team was great. I have been bringing our 2017 RX350 to Germaine since we brought the vehicle from them. Their service department is in a separate facility from the sales department. Having toured the maintenance area I was impressed with the facility.
We bought a used Lexus RX 350 from Daniel and Kevin last week. Boy is it a nice car. They were straight shooters and very patient with our questions. We drove over 200 miles to make the purchase. It was the best deal we could find.
I never get anything but good service and friendly people. A comfortable waiting room with hot coffee and a warm cookie make for an easy wait while my car is serviced and comes back clean and ready.
Adam Daehler did a wonderful job of taking care of me and making sure to explain everything in detail. I felt like I was the only person he had to take of that day. He is truly knowledgeable about what he does and how to take care of the customer.

Melissa introduced me to my new Lexus RX 350, and it was an enjoyable experience. She was calm and reassuring as I asked questions and tried not to be overwhelmed by all the amenities. Clint finalized the paperwork, and Christina patiently gave me my first crash course in how to navigate the cockpit. Everyone was cordial and welcoming, so now I am looking forward to many happy future visits.
My wife wanted to thank Joshua for taking such good care of her in her time of need. She was very upset with her flat tire after hitting a curb too hard and not being able to contact me to come and decide what to do. She called Lexus Dublin and Joshua told her not worry. Joshua had the car towed in and took care of the tire replacement and alignment. My wife says "I am so glad I own a Lexus from Germain." You clearly have a team that is result oriented. Thank you and your wonderful team for taking care of my wife when I couldn't come to her rescue.
Very dissatisfied; I will not return to this dealership. I made an appointment for a very specific reason (warning lights on the dashboard) but what I received was a ridiculous proposal outlining more than $8500 in service recommendations for a 13 year old vehicle that is not worth $8500. At least two of the 'recommendations' were redundant, doubling the cost of those items. Most had absolutely nothing to do with the issue that I made the appointment for (new tires, brakes, cabin air filters) at stupid high prices that I would never have done at a dealership. The only reason that this review is not one-star is that the Technician took the time to explain to me why the report was written as it was, and to zero in on the one or two items that 'he would have done if it was his vehicle'. That was at least useful, although the prices quoted were still far too high (and duplicated). The inside service advisor was completely useless. Employees may be just following procedure, but the procedures need to be changed. They wasted their time and mine inspecting and recommending many things that I did not request and would not go to them to have done. If they had simply asked me at the outset, "Do you want us to check your tires, brakes and filters?" I would have said "No", saving us both time and aggravation.

Mike had a loaner ready when I arrived. Listened to all my concerns and told me to go enjoy my day while they looked at the car. Sent me a text detailing their thoughts and informed me that one of the new tires I had just had installed was outside of specs. I returned and took the car back to the tire dealer and had the one tire replaced. Mike at Germain told me that when I got the tire replaced, he wanted to see it again as there appeared to be some serious balancing issues from the tire dealer's equipment. I was able to get the tire replaced and returned to Germain the same day. Mike took it right in and had the balance checked. He even took me back to the shop and showed me how far off the balance was on the brand new tire that was just installed. Germain balanced it up and now the car rides like new again. Mike and the Germain team are great and have won my business going forward. Kudos to all.
