I visit their other location more frequently than this one. But we happened to be in the area and the car is always in need of a wash, so we stopped by this morning. Things run just as smoothly here. I have to say that this location does feel more spacious - not such a tight/cramped turn at the drive-through. We enjoy our monthly pass and will continue to visit!

Thought I would give the wash a try since I have a couple coworkers who are monthly customers and that is something im interested in. Went through the wash and everything seemed good. Then I noticed the customer behind me pointingat my car, me thinking they just liked my car, thought nothing of it then when I got to the vacuum I walked around to look at the job and bam, the whole rear of my car still covered in soap!!! Not happy!!! Went into the desk and got the manager. Show him my car he says " Well you'll just have to get used to that because of the way our car is made!" Well let me point out that I have gone to SEVERAL other automatic washes for my car and have not had this problem before. After observing other cars clif diffrent make and models come out with the same issue and a manager with his head up his butt I believe I will not be back especially to that location.

I don't leave reviews but this place is so legit. Prices are low, vacuums are free, and it does a hell of a job. I drive way out of my way in my sweet ass 09' stock civic 4 door just to get my chipped paint bearing beauty scrubbed by these brushes. 5 stars.

Prices were fantastic and the wash looked great. It would be a full 5 stars but...BUT...like many other places the back of the car was almost completely missed in the wash. If you're going to expect me to pay for a full car wash I expect the full car to be clean. Since this seems to be an issue a few places though...don't hold it to hard against them, they're definitely my favorite place to get a wash!

Didnt even clean my black escalade.. Left streaks I got the middle grade wash didn't expect much for 10$ but I got robbed. I'll never return, I'll continue going to my car wash since they opened back up after remodel. Ive been to touchless car washes that do better than this.

I've been using Flying Ace Car Wash for over three months now. I wash a black Lexus SUV and a black Honda truck. This car wash is excellent. The on site management is both effective and efficient. The site vac service offers easy access and multiple bays for quality interior cleaning. I subscribe to the monthly service. This company offers easily the best vehicle cleaning service in the south Dayton area. Count me as a very satisfied customer!

Getting way to busy. People taking their car thru several times in a row creates long wait times. The bad of having a monthly unlimited program. Also, people who dry their cars and you cant vacuum while they do that. Several times I cant get a spot due to people using both vacuums at the same time.

Unsure if my RAM 3500 would fit through the wash, I called ahead of time to verify if it would or not. A manager who seemed interested in my concern checked and told me it should be fine. Sure enough, he was right. I signed up for the unlimited wash membership and am happy with the wash. I don't think any automatic wash is perfect, but this one does a pretty good job on my truck. The price and quality are both good enough to keep me coming from Lebanon, Ohio when there is really nothing else in Centerville that I need. Thanks for the good experience washing my big truck.

If you plan on staying in the area long term, investing in a monthly car wash plan is awesome! It's affordable and it's unlimited washes for the month. I use the service at least once a week. They also offer a towel exchange service. So if you purchased a microfiber towel with them, you can exchange it for a new one whenever you need a new one. Friendly staff and affordable high quality washes!

The vacuums are FREE. Please never take that perk away! It definitely sets you apart from your competitors. I also like the monthly, unlimited wash plans. The plan I selected paid for itself after two washes. The wash itself does a great job. My hood had been "attacked" by a flock of birds and the wash removed all traces.

The line length can be deceiving, it took me 30 minutes to get through with about 10 cars on each lane. Not a deal breaker really, just tough to go unless you have the time to wait. Pretty good value overall, the free vacuum area gets busy.

This car wash is ridiculously fairly priced compared to all the other ones in the area. Not only is vacuuming free and unlimited, but they also offer free air for your tires, and they also may still offer a towel exchange program where you pay $1 ONE time, and you get towels forever, just turn in the old ones. The car wash is always super clean too and the staff are always available. Even though it's out of my way, I still got a membership and exclusively wash my car here. Definitely recommend the membership too, it's a great deal.

Great car wash! I’ve always been very cautious of car washes that weren’t touchless, as they normally destroy your paint slowly. But a friend recommended flying ace to me, and my car has never looked better! I have the flying ace monthly subscription and my car always comes out looking hand washed. Only complaint is sometimes you can be waiting In line for 30+ minutes. But the business can’t really help that due to how small they currently are and how popular they are getting. I’d love to see a new location close to Fairborn!

It's the best automatic carwash in Dayton, cash, credit card or the monthly fee which allows you to wash your car any day of the week as often as you like plus free vacuum. The monthly fee comes with a military discount. Actually, I'd prefer not to tell you anything about this place b/c it means longer waiting especially for those ahead who don't take the monthly option. If you choose the monthly payment, it will automatically renew each month until you stop payment. This is how it works, they place a small bar code on the lower driver's side windshield so when you drive up to the gate to the touch screen, press the icon, the bar code reader scans the bar code, the gate opens and the employees wil guide you in. Please do the monthly, it would help to speed things up a lot faster.

I would have given a 1 star if it weren't for the vacuum cleaners that was the only good part about the place! I took my car through the car wash and spent $15 and it didn't clean my windshield or the front of my car! It was my first time going there needless to say I won't be going back!

Update: After commenting on this review, they still haven't gotten back to me. Received damages to my car and made them aware of this. They had me fill out a report and then never submitted it to their corporate office. Manager called me a liar when I went back in to ask about it. Called their corporate office to speak with them about the damages and all they did was tell me they'll follow up with me within 48 hours, that was a month ago. No calls no follow ups, just sent me 2 free car wash coupons, as if that fixed the problem.

I am very disappointed in flying aces, we have two vehicles that we bring in to be washed frequently. My husband brought in our car about week ago and somehow his windshield was crack, he filled out incident report and it took the manager over a week to watch the video! My husband called today and the manager who was not there at the time lied and said there was a crack already and that his worker circled the crack before it went in which was a complete lie, then he lied again when my husband told him that was untrue! The manager was very disrespectful, so with that i being said you have just lost 2 loyal customers.

Beware that flying Ace is potentially ruining your vehicle. I wash my car up in Huber all the time. Check you vehicle for damage like Swirl Marks & Scratches. It pisses me off.

I pay for the monthly unlimited wash. Went through today and it got my car wet and dropped 3 drops of soap and then NOTHING else was done. No more soap, no rinse, no tire shine, no dryer, and no light to tell me when to exit. I only had about 7 minutes to get the car wash. I went back through and spoke with a staff member and was told "Sometimes it does a blank wash." No other explanation of what happened nothing else was said and the staff member walked away. Not at all happy with the customer service.

My wife and I tried this car wash for the first time 2 weeks ago. Immediately following the wash we head home and pull into our driveway. It was late and dark outside, I tried to get out of the passenger door and couldn't. So I crawled over the driver seat to get out.The next morning I went outside to look at the car and noticed that the window pillar on the passenger door was shifted over and bent. So concluding that, I filed an incident report with Flying Ace. They called me back 4 business days later after I called and left numerous messages to tell me there was nothing they could do for my window pillar. Our car is a newer car, this has never been an issue with any other car wash I have been to. JUST BE AWARE OF THIS CAR WASH, IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR IT.

I really like Flying Ace! The monthly subscription prices are very reasonable (way better than Mike's) and they get the car clean enough for a 2-3 minute wash. I will say this location isn't as good as the newer ones. I gave 4 stars because this location can be pretty inconsistent. I get washed 2+ times a week here and the wash is never the same even though I get the mid level each time. Sometimes you get foam at the start, sometimes just water; sometimes the wash has a pretty foul smell, but typically the smell is fresh; sometimes you go in to use the complimentary microfiber towels and they are out. I'd recommend trying to use another location if it is convenient. I will also say the staff is very consistent and is definitely friendly. I hope to see consistency improve so I can increase their rating to 5 stars.

OK! I am a long time customer of Mike's express car wash, I have the unlimited works with them which is double the price of what flying ace charges. I went to flying ace about a week ago to do a quick wash. Not only did the flying ace do a better clean it was much cheaper! Flying ace has the brushes that actually clean the lower door panels, bumpers etc... My car is off white so I wash often. I first noticed them at the location across from the Greene in Kettering. I give flying ace 10 stars, I will not be renewing mikes express car wash and will be getting a flying ace membership. Thanks guys! Oh and the free vacuums are lovely!!!

I had a membership with them and used to wash my car there. They have a very bad and strong equipment. In September, I washed my car there and I heard I strong and loud sound from the right side of my car while it was being washed there. Later at that day, I checked the car finding that the cover of the right mirror is missing. Next day I went to the car wash and wrote a report about that. Then they saw in their camera that the mirror cover was taken off from my car because of their strong and bad equipment. And they, without letting me know, took the cover in put it back in my car while I was at their office! Then, the manager told me that they put back my cover on the car and wanted me to check it with him. I checked it and found scratches on it due to how strong it was taken off because of the equipment. I told the manager about that, he said "are you serious, you want to change cover because of these scratches?" . I said "yes because it happened by your mistake". He said "we never know". They have a recorded video of the incident. Then he told me that they are going to discuss that and let me know within 2 days. I never got a response! I went to them 2 days later, the employee told me the manager is not here and we can't do anything if he's not here. And went to them 2 more times and they told me the same thing. Yet, I haven't received any call from them!! I don't recommend you to take your car to them unless you don't care about your car.

I love this place! A little crowded during prime hours but to be expected. No wait at all during off peak hours. I recently paid nearly $30 for an inside out car wash at Brusters and definitely can get a better job done myself using 5min of my time vacuuming and paying $5 at Flying Ace. Vacuums are great too! I'll never go elsewhere.

Alright, this is the best car wash in the area. More and more car washes seem to be moving towards the 'touch free' wash. Which gets nothing off your car. Especially caked on dirt or bugs. Flying Ace does is right. They have high speed brushes that get the dirt of the side of your car, brushes for the top of your car, this is one intense car wash. Even better are the line of free vacuums you can use to clean our your car after you leave the wash. Definitely my always go to car wash

I favor the overall setup of this location more than the other location near the Greene. The free vacuum use with the wash is awesome, the wash is spacious and clean and the car comes out looking polished. My only complaint is sometimes some of the..'feeders'? - the staff who wave you forward into the wash- can sometimes feel a bit rushed or I think perhaps sometimes they feel overwhelmed when it's busy and are waving cars in very close or providing no guidance as you maneuver onto the track. Doesn't happen all the time and not with all of the people, So!

Terrible place to work for. They treat their employees with great disrespect and very vulgar. I was cleaning the large vacuum and a needle punctured my finger. It is a filthy place. I get home and I have soap and waxes all over me and god forbid you have to clean that large vacuum because the dust will get in your hair, finger nails and in your lungs. They are bugs crawling in the dust, vomit, unimaginable things people sucked up which I have taken home unknowingly on my clothe. I almost got run over by a stupid customer. Very dangerous place to work for and I do not recommend working there. Certainly not for what you get paid. This job should pay $18/hr. min if the manager would stop stealing cash from the owner. I have seen him put cash right into his pocket.

Great idea but my issue started off with billing. They withdrawal Out of my account twice in a month for three months! They where unable to solve the problem so I called canceled my monthly account, and was only going to pay cash from this point on. Then 3 weeks later they did it again. I called to speak with a manager, and the lady on the phone told me there was not a manager duty. I found out though a very rude conversation that she was indeed the manger on duty... Now I will never go in there again!
