Vendors beware of this CARWASH!! I am a state licensed contractor with EPA certificate. My experience and rates are as good as they get so I was asked to service the central air conditioning system at this facility in Findlay by the store manager Jeremy Riffel..which I promptly did back in June 2019. I found the system froze up outside and was told to do whatever it took to fix it. Refrigerant was not able to get to the compressor.. No filter drier had been installed on the system. I had to remove all the refrigerant and replace and add parts. I found the office use to be a closet so the cold air supply and vent was very inefficient. Jeremy Riffel told me he his boss wanted the work done. I did the work and then I got a whole bunch of excuses from him about how he could not force his corporate office to pay me anything for the work I did. the system works just like it is was designed. Sorry your office is still not cold enough for you. I told you why! Still you don't pay?? You got a nice car wash but I wouldn't send anyone there because your not honest!

I ran my car through with their most expensive car wash expecting it to be clean.I went a half a block up the road to get something to eat, and happened to check the front of my car and it was still loaded with bugs. That was a wasted $17

I frequently come thru this car wash and the staff has been very polite. However, I came through over this past weekend and a young tall gentleman with glasses. I believe his name was Tyler and he was the only one I saw working. He had a line half way down the drive and he did an amazing job!! Young kid came out of what I assume was an office and just stood there. I then came back with my husband and Sunday and once again Tyler was working for a fellow coworker and Tyler was again pleasant and very friendly. Excellent service and a great car wash. I will definitely be back to visit with the fine young man. Kiddos to Tyler for being polite and patient.

I got a new vehicle at the end of May and went through this car wash on the first of June. I'm originally from Ft. Wayne and used Mike's Carwash all the time. This place seemed similar and I was excited that I had found a suitable replacement for Mike's. I opted to get the most expensive wash and the attendant told me they were running a special on their monthly rate of half price. Since the promotional price was less than the one I was originally going to purchase, I opted for the promotion. At the time of signing I specifically told the attendant that I DID NOT want my card billed monthly because, since I had never used this service before, I wanted to try it out first and if I decided I liked the end product, I would, on my own, pay the monthly charge. He had me sign a form and assured me that I wouldn't be charged other than this promotional one. So, I used the car wash throughout the month, but I was never satisfied with the wash. The bugs never came off the front, the rocker panels never got cleaned, the dryers don't dry it thoroughly enough (I get a better car wash at the gas station, to be honest) I ran it back through twice the first time, and then went and got some bug cleaner and just did it myself after going through the wash. The attendants have no personality, I never felt appreciated, the sticker that was placed on my window was a pain to get off, even though I was told it would peel off like an oil change sticker does, and I didn't feel it was worth the money. So, after my month was over I never went back. Today I happen to be going through my credit card statement as I got an over limit notification and see that I have been hit for $35.99 on July 1 and again on August 1. Seriously? Now, I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charges that should have never been charged in the first place, wait to get the credit back, pay an over the limit charge.. and worst of all.. take a hit on my credit report because of charges that were unauthorized on the day I made the original purchase! Be ware of this service!

They're closed more than they're open when their hours of operation say that they should be open. I've tried to go 4 times in the past 2 weeks when they're supposed to be open but the chains are up in the driveway.

its not worth for the price paid. They do not have dry napkins to clean car. They provide one napkin initially which is very cheap quality.

This car wash does a decent job on the body, but as far as cleaning the wheels goes, it sucks. There is a whole range of pricing. I've purchased the cheapest wash and the most expensive wash and everything in between and haven't noticed much of a difference in quality. The attendants spray your car down with soap as you're entering the wash, but they only spray the drivers side. I think if they prewashed both sides it would help with the wheel cleanliness issue. They offer a membership for $35 per month (as of April, 2018), which is a good deal if you wash your car frequently, like me. All in all, this is a great place for quick wash! And the vacuums are free!

I paid for the second tier car wash which was $10 as opposed to the express cheaper wash which was being offered at $3 instead of $7. After my experience, I can see why they were discounting their wash because I will never return even for the cheaper $3 wash. My car was clean and drier than other automotive car wash locations from previous experience. I parked my car immediately to start vacuuming and noticed rather large and wide scratches all over the hood of my mid size SUV. I walked over to the neighboring cars and looked at their hoods (I explained to the owners what I was doing) and noticed they did not have any scratches but their cars were lower sedans. I am going to assume since I am not a car expert, higher cars should not be taken to this location because there must be some type of brush that is not being properly used for mid size SUVs. I did not bother complaining because we all know that the manager or owner are just going to play around and ignore us and since my car is 10 years old I knew they were just going to say how would I know if the scratchs occurred at their wash. Luckily, since my car is ten years old, I am a bit more lenient with it than I would be for a brand new car so even though I was angry and annoyed I just chalked it up to an bad experience and reprimanded myself for taking the easier route by going to an auto wash instead of my usual hand wash at a local manual wash. I would highly recommend not going to this location but if you should decide to try, please do not take a brand new and especially luxury cars to this location. I now know why this car wash was offering $3 washes because that would most likely be the only way people will return because I will not be after the scratches on mine. Would love to give zero stars but since we are not allowed to I unfortunately had to give one.

Paid for a premium wash on a busy day nothing was different for our wash vs. any other vehicles we observed going through the wash. The attendant could not explain how they tracked what service was purchased vs what service would be provided.No attendants pre washing. The mud off the car in front of us was sand paper on mine. Will not be returning.

Had 10 minutes to closing and he still let me through. Was so glad as coming back from Michigan and there dirt roads. He was so nice. The wash did a great job on my car. And the vacuums really have the suction. This is the only car wash I go to.

DO NOT GO HERE. The wash on Trenton Ave scratched my whole front and side of my car up and when I tried to get them to do something about it they used their cameras that couldn't even pick up the OLD scratches to tell me they weren't there!!! They will damage your vehicle and not take responsibility for it at all. Supposedly it's more logical that my car acquired a thousand scratches in the couple hours after the carwash, LOL. Use this company at your own risk! Checkers isn't very far away and they have never damaged my vehicle, plus they are cheaper!! Idk why I even switched in the first place tbh.

Car Wash USA doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. HORRIBLE customer service, worst manager I have ever spoke to! I went through their wash and their car wash completely shattered my drivers side mirror and broke the housing. I have been talking with them back and forth to the manager (When the manager actually answers his phone) and they say they aren't responsible for the damage ON MY NEW CAR. 0 stars, they will never have my service again. Worst car wash in Findlay, I cancelled my subscription with them instantly.

Nothing but problems since I got the monthly membership. The final straw was going in at 5:45 to see the gates closed even though the sign clearly stated open until 6. There are plenty of other car washes in Findlay. I suggest trying those instead

Terrible car wash. Not worth the money. I paid for the $20 premium wash and the car looked the same coming out as it did going in. The young man at the entrance said they have been having issues and let us through again but was no better the second time. Would never go back.

The server was nice. However the wash itself was poor. There were still bugs all over the front bumper and mirrors. There is free vaccumes, however that didn't make up for the lack of a good wash. Pretty lights won't make a car wash good.
