Impeccable customer service! Cain is an honest and stand up businessman. He employs Veterans. When I was informed of this, I knew I found a gem in the Baaken. God Bless our Vets. Our vehicles look incredible! I am SO pleased with how they turned out. I can't recommend this company enough! Thankful I found them online and will be a long term customer moving forward. I bought my hubby a gift certificate for an interior detail in last ditch attempt to get the filthy monstrosity of a work truck he drives back to a state that I could ride in it. He has used his truck daily for the last 3 years, so it goes without saying that the poor truck was filthy. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I totally would! First off, the fact that Luxury Auto employees only veterans, is worth 10 stars alone. Secondly, the gentleman are extremely friendly and beyond helpful! They even gave my a spouse fuse, helped him go through all his fuses, and a gave him a light bulb for his dome light (both of which have been burnt out for months). Lastly, we got the truck back completely spotless! It looked brand new! They shined that ol' girl up like a pretty new penny! I will be bringing my own truck to them very shortly. I am beyond impressed!

Cain was prompt in answering my call, returning my calls, processing my payment, etc. Very professional and customer service oriented. The man that actually detailed my car was friendly and informative and has impeccable attention to detail. I don't think he missed one spot in my entire vehicle. Oilfield car came out showroom ready. Im so impressed and will definately use this business again and again. I was surprised how affordable a service of this magnitude turned out to be.

Let me tell you these guys did an Outstandingly phenomenal job on my car!!! They got rid of all the swirl marks, professionally cleaned it inside and out making it look better than when I bought it, and the customer service was second to none. We used this company to clean our SUV. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs who get our car pretty messy. Our car looked like it was new, just off the dealership lot. It was so clean. They were super nice and very quick. Highly recommend.
