Friendly staff - Express guys will inform customers about service issues in need.. CARWASH SIDE - is a different story... For $$ paid, they need to make sure service is COMPLETE.. ALWAYS have to re-do windows & re-vacuum vehicle even after pointing these things out when checking in for service.. like they DONT CARE.. (NO - my vehicle is NEVER in a huge mess when I get it washed and cleaned.) However I DO EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR.. NOT TO LEAVE AN GO CLEAN IT MYSELF..

I had a horrible with these people as I went to inspect my car and my rare tires were not great so the car did not pass the inspection and they still insisted to charge me 23.75 $ while my car failed . That is absolutely a fraud as it happened before with different place and NONE of them charged me any penny. I would never deal with them again as it seems they try to take your money in anyway possible.

Had papers in my center console gone thru by someone between the vacuum station and getting the car back. I'm 75% sure I was missing an insurance card after (why would someone steal that?) but I can't fully say for sure. I do know 100% someone was in the console which had to be opened via the ignition key. Sketchy af.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that if you're car or truck has tires with the nitrogen gas in them please be careful where you take it, there are a lot of tire shops that will tell you that they can repair the ones with gas, but beware, what they actually do is take all the gas out and not have gas to put back in, well as you may know the light on you dash will not go out, just wanted to let you know that Sam's can and will do that for you, what they tell you is what they actually do, it's so refreshing to find that these day , thanks guys

They did a good job on my truck. I've used them several times. It's kind of expensive if you get the ultimate was plus the dashboard armorial, but my car always looks good. Don't forget to grab you free air freshener!

I have been taking my car here for a number of years for oil changes and washes and have never encountered a bad experience. The entire crew is polite and works hard to make the customer satisfied. One of my bulbs had burned out which they noticed and replaced. It saved me a lot of time trying to figure out how to replace it myself. I never feel as if someone is trying to push unnecessary service on me but they do alert you if they feel something needs to be attended to. Again, they don't try to pressure you into a purchase. I feel as if it's more informational. The waiting rooms are always clean as are the bays in the lube center where you have your oil changed. I probably wouldn't take my car anywhere else unless it was an emergency or something like it.

I got my car washed on Saturday and didnt notice that they didnt put the passenger floor mat back in the car after they vacuumed until my Sunday when we drove it again and my husband asked where was my mat. So today (Monday) I called and was told to come back and they would go to lost area and get my mat. So when I get there I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come speak with me about it then, he asked me for my receipt thenwas gone again for another 15 minutes and finally cameback with a mat that i knew wasnt mine. I said to him that is not the same oh yes mam it is. I took the mat to my car and pulled out the mat in my car and went back in with both and said THIS IS NOT THE SAME!!!!!! No its not said someone else in there at cashier counter!! Then he left again and looked he said at the camera and proceeded to tell me that Ididnt have a mat in my car YES I DID !!! All the other mats were in the car except that one andwas there when I took it. So I said that is incorrect and they offered me nothing so I said if you can live buy doing this to others I can live without the mat, but you can be assurred I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. If they take 1 flooor mat what else would they take from you! Not happy! Dont go here!!!!!

I had my granddaughter with me that had more energy than I needed to have that day and I didn't check my car I just asked the young man if he wiped the seats, trunk area, etc... and he said yes....WRONG...whe I looked it over the next day the window still had finger smudges and seats still same...I want be going back there i bought the detailed clean and it was like a light wipe down

Care wash was ok . This was not worth 40 bucks for there ultimate package they are rushed and missed so much, water sports all along the sides . I paid to have it cleaned I thought ! Sloppy work for my second visit ! Will never be back ! Evidently they do not care about quality only quantity !!! As busy as they are they should still take time to clean the car thoroughly! So don't waist money here when you can go up the street and spend a dollar or two on the same thing !

I paid right at 100 dollars to have my car cleaned shampoo the seats and floors and cleaner on the various things like the dash. I had spots on my windows the back window was left dirty and the armoralled the car instead of using the cleaner. From a former employee I expected better.

For the last 3 Day's that I have driven pass, I noticed my buddy wasn't in the lot. Great guy, always had something positive to say. And did a great job on my vehicles.. I find out he no longer works for the company.. which is sad because his energy was awesome. And he was a team player... Very funny... Hope to run into you, I have a job offer even. Funny thing is I offered him a position and he was content with you all.. hope all is well. Sam's is a good place..but to me it's the folks that make it work... And good folks the keep us coming back.

They are hit and miss on their cleaning. One day you'll go and they will do excellent and the next time you will see where they missed drying spots and everything. You are better off doing your own tire shine to.they usually miss half the tire on each wheel..5 4 stars goes for the autowash. I like it most of all.

I called to see how much it cost to get my car vacuum they told me $8:00 but when I got there they charged $10 and then when it was done it was half done,there was stuff still in my car so I took $2 more and done it my self 12 dollar vac and I got it cleaner than they did yes I'm upset I won't go back,

I just came from this car wash... Not only did I wait for 40 minutes, paid 30.00 for the ultimate car wash and when I drove off and the sun reflected the windshield I realized that the windshield was more dirty than when I brought it in. It was like it was wiped with grease. The dashboard was still as dusty as when I brought it in. There was crumbs all over my seats and between the seat like no vacuum ever went thru my car. I brought it back, manager Michael came out and although he agree that my car was dirty and apologized, it still sucks!!! Now after I paid...and tipped have to take out of my day tomorrow to bring my car back, for a job I paid today to get done!!!! So moral of the story is, you pay a high charge for a service and in return this company keeps stiffing you by not refunding your money but making you waste your time so they can do a good job a second time....

I was there this morning and bought the ultimate wash and paid extra for the seat treatment. One hour and 15 minutes later i heard the guy working on my car tell another employee that my car still needed the seat treatment. I told them i didn't have time to wait any longer due to i had to be at work. I just tried to call and speak to a manager about possibly getting the seat treatment done at a later date. The young woman that answered there phone could not come up with a solution and would not let me speak to a manager. I may go back at some point, but not before i give their competition a try.

If I could give it a zero, I would. The car wash is great, its the lube that needs shut down. They are down right dirty when it comes to making money. I was sitting in the lobby with a few older couples in their 70s or 80s. Not only did they bully me into spending 30$ on wiper blades that I DID NOT NEED, they coaxed each older couple into flushing out their gas tanks (which cost 70$) and other services they probably didnt need. They tried to get me to change my oil in my car four different times. Obviously, they didn't hear me the first time. They tried to get me to change my air filter, (which I heard is a rotten trick on their end too because I had a friends parents go up there. Sams showed the couple nasty transmission fluid, claiming it was theirs and it wasn't!) and when the "normal blades don't fit on your car ma'am, we'll have to use the most expensive ones" came along, so did the yelling. I will never ever go back, except to take my wiper blades back that I NEVER NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE!

We just paid $30 for 1/2 a car wash. You can see where they ran a cloth over part of the dash. The back fender still had dirt on it. I know with the weather we've had lately this spot was bad before the wash (right behind the back wheel) but it didnt look much better after the wash. I was very disappointed when my husband brought my car back to me. A friend that was with me was also shocked at the way the car looked. She said, "I thought he was going to get your car washed." Was definately not worth the money spent.

I'll start by saying they were super friendly and my car was in serious need of a cleaning...but my cup holders in my car were not cleaned...I still have dirt and crumbs everywhere, my dash was left with little fuzzies everywhere (which when I got home i took a microfiber towel and they all came off). I had to come home and RE DETAIL my car with everything they missed. Although they did get a huge stain out of my passenger seat, but it was $15 extra...little pricey. I do not know if I will be returning, but if I do I will make sure to tell them what was missed last time and make sure it gets done. They are too expincive for the service I received today.

Worst detail service, 4 hours and $300 dollars later there's still dirt in the cupholder and air vents, the management acted like I was a bother and gave me every excuse in the book. I didn't have time to keep going over everything they missed it was basically a expensive carwash. If they don't know how to detail don't sell it to me. Huge regret. I wish I never went. Don't get your car detailed there.

The Guys here did an awesome job at the Express Service lane with my state inspection. The place was humming busy. So, when I got there I was a little hesitant thinking it would take forever. Most of the time i don't complain i just never go back..... But this time it struck a nerve. Sent My Sister which is younger up there to clean the car told her what i wanted but somehow it turned into double the price. Talked to the Manager and just to put it plainly--- told it was her that the decision and they didn't do anything wrong.. I don't Know for sure i i will do a test to see. How this place is still running is an absolute mystery. It's like a 1985 Fierro that a guy named Thomas refuses to let die. No matter how many vital components fall from the vehicle. And Thomas claims he is a mechanic but his Fierro says otherwise. All in all, they've hired and fired everyone born in Davidson county for the last 2 decades and it's a toss up on whether or not they'll do a good job. At the end of the day this Carwash is that 1985 Fierro with missing body panels, one headlight, and a flat tire.. still going down the road. Still... somehow.. it manages to get from point A to point B. The question is, for how long? Edit: John, I always liked you man. You're hard to read, like a Dean Koontz book. Very detailed. You can nitpick a perfectly serene situation into complete and utter chaos in seconds. I've seen you do it. I've only worked there twice, so you trying to act like I've had 3 strikes is pretty moot. Your response is coming from a business who has a 3.9 star review and the Salisbury location isn't even related to the Lexington location. The even have totally different procedures. You're acting like you run a carwash chain, but all you'll ever be is a rag jockey. Prove me wrong. Edit 2: Wow, that was quick. Is it really that slow around there? I understand that I'm reading a response to someone you really shouldn't care about at all. I'm kind of hurt that you won't acknowledge how well written these are or compliment me on my grammar. Why don't you tell your customers that if a 4 part fuel system cleaner is taking too long you guys throw the rest of the liquid in the trash and charge them anyway? I walked off because a human being I was employed with that started back on the same day as me, who also quit, never once during my employment had to work in the pit. In fact, he was shown favoritism. I wasn't playing earlier John, I always did like you. Even when you were making me nervous or saying things that made no sense. I just didn't like the way some people were treated over others. My review was solid. You guys have a poor rating to begin with. Having more than one link constitutes a chain. Using Salisbury as a part of your list of accomplishments is like me taking credit for everything my forefathers did before I even got here. Maybe I was a little harsh, but I have several customers who come to my shop talking about how Sam's never gets their cars clean. You have several more bad reviews than good ones. The sheer fact you're wasting time and resources on this just proves my point. That you think you've walked me into some trap because you didn't realize you had made a mistake about my employment. This is all just a bit to me, like when bugs bunny spends half an hour messing with the opera singer. When I get bored of it you'll have the last word. Or you'll delete this hoping I didn't screenshot it to post again because you don't want people to know you've been trolled by what you'd consider a kid.
