Cannot speak for the 105 location as it's pretty high to use. 421 location, with a splash pass, it's incredible and they take good care of your ride. Will have a annual membership for every car I own from now on. No conplaints!!

Don't answer phone.. if you cancel, they will still charge you 50$ a month for the 3rd month now since cancelling. Spoke to plenty of employees, yet here we are! Piss on this place

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Terrible customer service will not answer calls or email and if they do by chance call you back it's weeks past. I got a membership for there and trying to cancel it has been hell. I was told it was canceled and got charged again. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP UNLESS YOU PLAN ON NEVER MOVING AND GOING TO THAT CAR WASH FOREVER!

Paid $20.00 and got a $2.00 carwash . Two girls working as you went into wash were more worried about being on their phones instead of paying attention to their jobs. Go to Auto Bell instead. This car wash sucks

None of the self wash bays were working. The auto wash woundn't accept cash. In general the place looks abandoned.

So, I have gone to Bubbles for years here in Boone, NC. Today, however, is the LAST time I will frequent that business! After getting a car wash, the doors of the bay would not open. After the dryer stopped, I got out of the car and tried to find a way out of the place. I could not. So, i called 911. They called the owner of Bubble's who came over and found a way to get the door to go up. He stated that someone had pushed the big RED button.....that was me...it was unlabeled and I thought it would cause the door to open. Anyway, it was very scary to be confined for 25 minutes and then, when the door is opened, the owner does not have the decency to apologize for this MALFUNCTION that not only inconvenienced me but scared me!

I had an issue that I brought to the assistant manager. He told me that the situation was out of his hands and that he could not help me (he could've). I asked for the owner's name so that perhaps he could help me resolve the problem, I asked for a telephone number, email address, when he would be back in the office...anything. The assistant manager flat out told me "no", and called me a b*tch to my face because I was being too aggressive (??). There is no exaggeration to this statement- the assistant manager called me a dog. I cried out of frustration and he laughed at me and told me to "toughen up". I asked him why he was being so rude to me and he said "because I don't care about you. Why should I?" I was FINALLY able to get in touch with the owner thanks to the assistant manager's co-worker (who did NOT offer to help me while the other man verbally assaulted me). To his credit, the owner apologized and was professional about the incident with the assistant manager (the initial problem was of little concern at this point). Unfortunately, the employee who refused to help me (a long time customer with a monthly membership) was not fired and as of today still retains his employment. I love to support local businesses, but will be withholding my money from Bubbles Carwash in Boone from here on out. No one should be treated that way no matter the situation, and allowing that man to keep his job only shows him that his actions have no repercussions. He will continue to disrespect people and I cannot support a business who supports that kind of behavior.

Bubbles on 421 - After an old dump truck spewed exhaust all over the front of my car I wasn't sure what to do. Staying at the Hampton Inn, Bubbles was right across the street. Stopped by to have the car washed and the attendants noticed that the substance was grease. They power washed the front and sides of my car to remove the residue before it went into the wash. I am sure if they had not done that the grease would have just been smeared all over my car and convertible top. Really appreciate their attention and extra care!

Bubbles Car Wash is receiving negative reviews but nithing has changed. It seems the owner does not give a S##$/ about the customer to have a clean car. My car was spotted, wheels were still dirty, and extra money for wheel cleaning, not worth the money. I am a Boone resident and know he is not the only car wash in town. I will not recommend Bubbles to any person in or around the area. Very disappointed. I suggest stepping up your game Mr. BUBBLES. THERE ZERO SUCTION WITH YOUR VACCUMS , anything to speak of.

Looks like a nice place but all the lanes were closed with buckets and the machines were off :( Edit: 1-7-19 I see the response to my review... which was done last summer. Is the equipment still being replaced? I gave a low review because of the way in which it was done. You couldn't see the buckets until you were right on top of them. Maybe if your whole car wash is down for repairs, put some signs up. Also your rating is less than 3 stars with 61 reviews so yeah... it's not me.

Literally got stuck inside of the one that the doors close. Card reader never works. When you try to get in touch with anyone there is no answer. Never going back.

Worst ever, staff just stood there talking to one another and I was the only customer. The car was not clean and service was lacking.. my 20.00 WAS A WASTE.... oh and the FREE vaccuum, the hose kept detaching... by far the biggest ripp off... next time Auto Bell... Bubbles could not give ne a free wash if they tried.... enjoy my foolish mistake, never again. And I will let everyone know...Do not go to Bubbles.... no wonder you ask for help on your sign.... the only help you need is good management.. not owership.

I keep coming back thinking things will improve but it just gets worse. First the voice box does not work. Second when you push the button for a receipt, no receipt prints out. Third, the wheel washer does a terrible job. Fourth the timer display does not work for the dryer. Fifth, more than half the self wash bays are closed. I took both of my cars through the automated wash bays. I got the same results in both bays. When you pull out of the bay there is all kind of trash on the hillside. My advice, do not waste your money here, you will be disappointed if not downright mad. Instead go to Ride With Pride car wash beside Publix in Boone. It does a much better job and everything works there.

Stopped here to clean debris from Florence off my truck. Spray bays we're all closed? Took a shot at the $8 brushless car wash .What a waste of money and time. Blowers didn't work at the end so the truck was left with their "rinse free" chemical.

Save your $. Go anywhere else to wash your car. I paid for a $10 car wash and asked the attendant to make sure and clean my windshield. She put some soap on it and that was all. After the wash it was filthy so I asked for my money back. Their response was that I has to pay $20 if I wanted my windshield clean! Really! I'll not darken that doorway ever again.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I called many times trying to inquire about the status of my membership. I never once got an answer until I messaged them via facebook. I mentioned how I had called and that it was a BIT ridiculous that no one can seem to answer the phone. HERE is the response I received: "Your membership has been suspended. You could have canceled it by mentioning it to any of the employees when you visited on 3/2, 3/7, 3/14, 3/16, or 3/23 when you washed your car. The employees weren't answering the phone because they were washing cars at the time. I'm not sure how much easier we can make the process than you rolling down your window and asking them to suspend billing. At this point in the month, you have received 5 washes for half price and you have the ability to cancel by driving through. Or Facebook. Or messaging us through the web page. I believe your anger is misplaced and I fail to see the "ridiculous" nature of this interaction." Apparently, they are unable to do anything unless you go in person. Unlike the management at bubbles, AUTO BELL offers professional service for $24.95 (bubbles is $25) which includes: Exterior wash including wheels. Our staff will hand-dry the exterior. You have the choice to ride through with your vehicle. Add other services when desired. I hope this helps you make an educated decision of where to spend your money. Go to AUTO BELL or drive a dirty car.

Car was fairly muddy. Played an extra $5 to the original $7 to get a good under clean. They barely sprayed my car and the machine barely got half the mud off. Do not take your car hear. It's a ripoff. Got to the auto bell where they actually care for your car being clean

Maybe it was just a really bad day here. They had the manager special on sale for $20 so I dropped in. Left out of the wash with soap all over my car still. Tried to find staff to ask about just rinsing but no luck. Vacuuming was pointless since there basically wasn't any suction. Only giving two stars cause the wheels did look good after. Drove down to Wilkesboro and rewashed it again myself.

My sister went last week and had a good experience and I showed my daughter the colorful soap bubbles so WE decided to go. Paid $10 and didn’t get the colorful soap and was super disappointed with that. Drove about 14 miles for the specific reason.

Just terrible! They let me go through a second time as the female attendant could see the car wasn’t clean. She was very polite and nice. Even after the second time through, the car looked little better. And I paid for the really good wash! The vacuums weren’t working at about 1/2 of the bays. I went home and washed and cleaned my car. Tried to call from home to discuss the situation. But no one ever answered and some random message came on. Will never go there again even though it’s near my home. Don’t waste your money. Try a different car wash instead. I know I will!

My car had a light coat of dirt and dust. I visited this car wash on 7/29/2016 and got the $8 automatic wash. Totally wasted my money. After my car dried, it was obvious that the car wash (here I am using their description of what it was supposed to do --- that is , wash a car) did not even do more than a rinse job without soap would have accomplished. I'll never visit this place again.

The location on 105 left soap all over my car after paying for the top of the line automatic car wash. Had to pay more to manually spray it off. Messaged them on Facebook about it, even included picture proof. Whoever responded apologized and said they would send me a gift card for the "malfunction" of their equipment. That was in January. After not receiving anything, I messaged them again. They apologized again and said they would send "another one" out right away. That was the middle of February. Now here it is the middle of march, I haven't received any refund or gift card. I tried messaging them yet AGAIN and now I can't get a response. I will NEVER use Bubbles Car Wash again and will discourage any one I can from using any of their locations.

READ CAREFULLY! I spent $12 for the bubble bath where, there are soft brushes to wash your vehicle and I drove into the wash bay and waited for the wash and rinse cycle to finish. When I drove out of the wash bay my vehicle's hubcaps were still filthy even though I had sprayed my hubcaps with breakdust cleaner. Additionally, my windshield still had either wax or soap on it so I had to then pull around to the self service bay and pay an additional $2.50 to scrub my hubcaps with the brush and further rinse my vehicle. NOT GOOD in my opinion. I will not return unless the carwash has been adjusted to be more thorough. I contacted my credit card company and they agreed to refund me my money.

Terrible....The equipment malfunctioned and dozens of us were left with soap covered cars. No phone number is posted and they do not respond to comments in the comment box. Use the Bubbles Car Wash on 105 at your own peril. The equipment is prone to malfunction. When you leave a note in the comments box, they do not respond. On-line, the Watauga Chamber had the owners number listed. I called and left a message. He called me back and was very insulting....He said "I had too much time on my hands". He also owns Bubbles Express near New Market Center.

The worst car wash. I went there today for a quick car wash that turned into a huge ordeal. The girl working there pushed my mirror in wrong and broke it. When I came to complain, they were already in the office coming up with their scam. I was told that they didn't break it, it was broke before i came. Not true, when I asked to see the camera footage i was told to leave. I called the cops said there's nothing they can do. I understand if it broke in the wash, but it was the worker. They would not admit fault and now I have to spend money to get a new mirror. This is not how you do business.
