Best car wash I’ve been by far. They clean my exterior spanking!! New every time. The one down side I have is about their interior cleaning they do a decent job but not so well, maybe it’s because it’s the cheapest service they have at only $50 the express in and out service probably if i payed the full service it would be spanking new just as the exterior

I detailed my car for $200 and this was how they returned it. With crumbs and dirt inside within my seat and outside near the trunk door. When i told the guy in charge, Romero, he said that the car is old and told me this is the best he can do and yelled for me to take the car. VERY BAD DETAILING SERVICE. DO NOT DETAIL FROM THEM!

The manager is a crack head. Today on 03/17/2018 I was on the line and it was slightly busy after waiting about 20 minutues ahead of few cars the manager picked on me because I have TLC and he told me to go behind few cars because I was getting regular wash and told me that those people are getting full wash. I was surprised like what kind of policy is this. I had no choice but doing the expensive wash which I didn't needed to do. I have recorder in my car and I will forward this to FTC. I don't see any policy about kicking me out of the line only because I was getting regular car wash.

Unfortunately, i have to put one star but if there was a option to not select a star i would put ZERO Stars for RACISM from the OWNER !!. My friend went to this car wash and started being friendly with one of the Hispanic employees. The OWNER came out from back of the cashier stating " No Spanish we in America, talk English. If u don’t like u can leave to your country " What kind of professionalism is that? I will never go back to this car wash again. and have already told ALL my HISPANIC Friends not to go there. We all speak english obviously, just decided to speak spanish to his spanish speaking employee.

Was just here for a regular wash and NO ONE shows up on the other end to towel dry the car. When asked to the employee cleaning up the vacuum garbage he says, ‘I’m cleaning up brother!’... as if he can’t stop and towel dry the vehicle.... SMH!

Disappointed, I was the first car there when they open. Had a full detail it took Six hours and 30 minutes to do a four door sedan. Was told 4 to 5 hours. The interior was still moist and the staff never apologize for the long amount of time. The car wasn’t that bad to begin with just needed a touch up to keep the paint polish and interior clean.

The guys here are really nice and the service ,once it's your turn, is a pretty quick turnaround. I just bought my used vehicle and it really was dusty, I wanted a thorough detail inside and out. The Works was suggested, but I guess this was because they had several SUVs they were detailing in the bay and waiting so I was swayed from getting this interior detail service. My only complaint is that (being swayed from a service) and the dang pine needles still stuck in the window trim. Guys, really? $18 + tax was what I paid for "THE WORKS". Vacuuming, floor mats cleaned, and car wash. Le Sigh....

My recent experience TODAY lower rating.. I been coming here a while went today and was very disappointed. The crew was new and for some reason my car had a lot of stains dash and cup holder still dirty my cards were thrown in my seat that were in my visor. Previously my experience The local car wash spot!! I been coming here for years. There great. I truly like they’re mini detail service is about $40 they spend about a hour on your car and it will look brand spanking new. They also team up with enterprise that’s across the street so if you ever rent a car and it’s dirty complain they will send it across the street real quick lol. Been a few times where i was slightly disappointed with just a wash like i went there today and my trunk wasn’t too clean. The owner is nice. I didn’t bother to let him know was in a rush but if your unhappy he will sort you.

They don’t even deserve 1 star used to be so good back in the days but now they just mess up with your car. I took my brand new car with not a single scratch and after the wash they messed my entire car with atleast 15-20 scratch and paid 15 dollar for them to mess up my brand new car while the car is still dirty , if you want to mess up your brand new car you are more than welcome to go there.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Car Wash I've ever been to in the country and in the Richmond Hill area. My car was cleaned thoroughly inside & out with the same care and quality I would've put in if I spent hours cleaning it myself! Updated review: Today did exterior detailing from them for $150 including tax and tips . Romero did a wonderful job. Thanks for the better service today. From 5 star to 1 star : I was very disappointed today. I was there at 8:22 am to full detailing but the guy was not there . A young boy was there, his name is Henry . He take my car for #1 full service wash the Work , But after that my car was just like before . I have a brand new car , just some water spots and dust . But he doesn’t wash it at all . There are numerous water spots at all windows , under both side mirrors swirl marks . What the Hell they did ? I took the highest service, give them tips , what should I do for a better work . I’ve to remove every dirt spots, water marks with cleaning wipe after returning home . They didn’t even clean the chrome. If you guys don’t take the customer then tell us , why you take full money for #1 wash but did nothing, it’s a total disgrace. At my first visit I was greeted with an wonderful man , had an awesome service and decided to be a regular customer. But it’s a total disrespect for a loyal customer. I came from a far area at the very morning just to clean my brand new dream car in a good manner. It’s so hurtful and very bad day for me . Total waste of my fuel , time and money. My first review about them : Professional , friendly and fast environment. The staffs are helpful and know the works . They will gift you 7th car wash free . Definitely going back. Highly recommended for everyone because they are better than gas station car washes.

Typical car wash. Nothing that puts this location above any other. The prices are good and the workers do a good job, from handling you when you reach the front of the line, to when your car is dried off and you are ready to go. There was a big line when I was there, but that's normal for any good car wash. You won't be disappointed unless you want to nitpick on small details. Just fix it yourself.

I go here everytime I need the inside of my car spotless. I get the VIP cleaning on the inside. HANDS DOWN, the best interior cleaning you will get in your car. Removing carpet stains, and getting those hard to reach places. Be prepared to wait 40mins, but it's worth every second. If you need a deep interior cleaning, this is the place for you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My five year old Acura station wagon had more dings and scratches then I could count. The job at the detailing Center at the Shine On Car Wash got rid of 99% of all of these blemishes plus doing a superior job on cleaning the interior . My leather seats look like new; I had forgotten what the original color looked like as. they were so dingy. Then my car got a complete bath and came out shining!
