Was told that they would steam clean my car's upholstery, but they only shampooed it and left it wet. The stains I asked to be removed are still there and now there is soap residue on all the seats.

My car really needed to be washed after a trip to San Francisco. I took it to this place, paid for the Supper Wash ($40) and when the car was supposedly ready it still had dead dry bugs all over the front bumper. Very disappointed with their service.

Not very effective and they do not clean much of the car roof. Obviously they do not want to spend any more minutes on a car before moving on... Also act rude whenever any questions or problems come up. If this is the already "good" in the area (according to other reviews on here), cannot imagine what to expect from this neighbourhood..

I have three small children who do not value a clean car as much as I do. Our minivan is regularly in need of a deep cleaning, and the guys here at Prestige Hand Car Wash are kind enough to drop me off at my office in nearby Downtown NY while they clean our filthy minivan. The prices are reasonable, and these guys are really hard workers.

I have been going to prestige car wash from past one year. They accept Santa Barbara access card and they have hand car wash. I would day wash is kinda okay , sometimes they do really good sometimes I do see spots left on my car.

My little four year old girl thew up all over our backseat and her child seat. My wife & I realized that even if we used some elbow grease, we didn't have the proper chemicals to get the smell out. I called Prestige a bit after 5PM on a weekday to see if they could help. They had just closed, but answered anyway. The nice lady (I think the owner) had genuine concern for us which I was kind of taken aback with- felt like I was talking to a relative! They stayed until we got there. Not only that, they did a fantastic job with both the back seat and child seat. For this, they will forever have my gratitude and business. Prestige, like their name, is an exemplary business. Thank you!

I wanted to get the dash treated so I opted for the top wash available, then I headed away. I first noticed dirty spots that were missed on the truck corners. The dash was just wiped over, and not rubbed. When the sun was lower, I noticed the streaks on the windshield. They would have rewashed the car i am sure but I was out of town when i saw the poor job. This is the 2nd poor wash in a row.

After the fire, my car needed a wash pretty badly. I saw this place had an axxess deal so I decided to try it out. I just got back from the wash and I am not impressed at all. I opted for the most expensive car wash package, the "super works", which includes an interior cleaning for $42. While the car is technically cleaner, they completely wiffed on many obvious spots. The roof was almost missed completely. It was a Wednesday morning and they were not busy at all. There were about 3 cars ahead of mine and 2 behind me. I'll be taking my car to educated car wash next time. They're cheaper, and they do a much more thorough job. Plus they can fill up your tank for you too.

I've been to these folks probably 50 times over many years. Every single time I go I end up leaving disappointed in their work. The only reason why I kept coming back is that they are so close to where I live. I've tried to talk to managers...and the owner but no one cares. I give up. It's just not worth going here. If you want your car to look "cleaner" then it is now, this place is fine, BUT if you want your car to look “CLEAN”, then go somewhere else.

Wow- surprised at the other reviews. Work for a property management company and have to get allot of cars washed for clients. They do the best job in town and I really trust them. They can be slow if you catch them at the wrong time but often they are very fast. Car was done before I could eat my sandwich yesterday!

Took my car here paid for the top wash, the work was lazy and incomplete. There was still dirt on the car, bugs on the wind shield and the interior was unevenly wiped down. Went back the next day to complain they washed it again for free, but still failed to satisfy me with missed spots and a poor job on the interior.

I would have left this review earlier, but I was out washing my car after dropping, er getting ripped off/wasting $30 earlier today to get my car "washed" at this scam joint. The inside is filthy, including small drops on my passenger seat that no one could be bothered to clean while they were "cleaning" the interior, the console is filthy, the floor is still covered in sand, the trunk, which was left open and agreed to by the manager, to be vacuumed, was untouched. My outside mirrors are filthy, the seats of the car untouched. The bastard manager had the audacity to ask me to pay more and they would clean it..... Never. Never. Never. waste your money here.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would and here's why. This place has no shame in STEALING peoples things from their cars when they go to pay. My dad was going into surgery and decided to get his car washed since it was going to be sitting at home for a few weeks. He is a 72-year-old man and decided to get his car washed at this place because it was in route to his house. They STOLE the head rest from the back seats when he went to go pay!!!! It's a DAMN shame that this type of business gets away with ROBBING people if you want to GET ROBBED by all means go take your car there however all they do is take it advantage of people and steal their stuff. I can't wait to the mayor and news stations involved and have them start investigating this place.

On Sunday, I got what was undoubtedly the very worst carwash I've ever paid for. After paying $23 for "The Works" which includes wheel detail--an extra that I specifically wanted--and giving the employee a $5 tip, I found that the only thing that got done right was washing and drying the body of the car. Besides that, the whole experience was a big disappointment, especially after waiting approximately 45 minutes: little to no vacuuming, wheels dirty, and trunk never opened, which I'd emptied out so that it could be vacuumed. When I got home, I spent at least an hour doing all those things that I'd paid for. I can't figure out why people go to this business, other than they have an excellent selection of greeting cards! For the time and money spent (wasted!) I'd be better off doing this job myself.

The prices are reasonable for a semi-hand car wash (they run it through an automated line but there are no automated brushes, just the sprayers; all of the actual mechanical scrubbing is done by hand). But the finishing (drying, detailing the windows) always seems less than thorough. I only go here when I'm feeling REALLY lazy.

Fist Fight! On 6/24/17 while I was waiting for my car two of the employees got into a fist fight out in the open for all to see. I told the cashier and nothing was done. The two guys proceeded to curse at each other so loudly that the people at the barber shop across the street came out to see the spectacle. The manager came out of his office and motioned for the two guys to calm down. That's it. Nothing was done. My daughter was terrified. On the bright side my car was very clean.
