Cool place.I took my Lotus Elise in for a wash since it's been a big hassle to wash it myself living in SF, and upgraded to the wax. They did a great job. I could tell the guys were particular about the details; they definitely weren't trying to just rush it though.They have a nice lounge area where you can watch the cars or hop on WiFi. My car is now is now the cleanest its ever been!If you're in a rush and/or don't want to spend much this place probably isn't for you. Their prices are reasonable for what you get but not to be compared to one of those places with like 50 people that just crank cars through.

This is the best automated car wash in this area. Don't pay any more than $7. If you want anything extra, go get a hand car wash instead. If you are sensitive about small scratches, go somewhere else. This place is only for a quick wash completed by a machine. It usually takes me 10 minutes total-assuming there isn't a line-to complete the wash and quickly vacuuming the car.

I know there's no too much to expect in detail with many car wash retailers but I really was unsatisfied with this one. Streaks all over the glass, still dust everywhere. I've had far better car wash experiences and for much less.

Good work, but they always try to get more money out of you for unnecessary stuff. Also the mechanic has an attitude because I said no to a motor flush. You never know who shows up could be BBB. checking on performance.

It's the only legit car wash that I've seen in the area. Hosts a series of wars detailing and change your oil while your there. Inside the pay area, it's a mini accessory boutique, from air fresheners to steering wheel covers, dont forget the mats. Stay focus. 20.00 will just about cover wash and vacuum. Long lines going into a small street to get in, watch the passing cars... Lots of workers once car is washed outside, who do a good job on your car , working simultaneously; who to tip??? Overall, it seems like a decent place.

This is where I go to get my car washed . I have a loyalty card so every 7th wash is free. Wish they had a monthly plan for TLC drivers , it can get a bit pricey but they are good and even vacuum your trunk for you. Never rude .

Always come here to wash my car. They have a frequent washer program. 10th car was is free. Also, a great place to change oil. Free car wash when you do it. The shop is also great, with tons of accessories for any car style. I like the the place and recommend it.

SCRATCHED rims! Instead of going straight out of the car wash, the guy took a left turn and, despite my screaming and knocking at the window – didn’t stop and scratched my wheel. When confronted – the manager denied everything, even though I showed him a video of the incident! I’ve never been so shocked from a blatant denial of facts. I didn’t even want them to pay for it – just wanted an apology. Definitely reporting them to BBB.

Horrible place. They rang up my oil change service & my some air fresheners i purchased on 2 different registers. Then swiped my card over 10 different times causing my bank to freeze my account. This caused unnecessary charges that i now have to dispute. They need a better pos system & a stronger operational check out procedure!! Their debit card machines are too cheap; possibly outdated; time to update systems.

Horrible service. After foam, it didn’t even take 5 mins to clean outside of the car. They didn’t even do interior cleaning. Nothing. After drying i came home and touched the window. All water points. They charged me $15 for a 5 mins service. Waste of time, waste of money. Stay away!!

Saturday, April 14, 2018 Maximum *S*T*A*R*S*!!!! I live much further north in Manhattan, and I was forced to start bringing my car to 1st Ave Car Wash and Lube after a much more conveniently located Car Wash on West 145 Street between Adam Powell Boulevard and Lenox Avenue went out of business a few years ago. 1st Avenue Car Wash & Lube is a very well organized business that very clearly and very efficiently operates on teamwork. Everyone has a job to do, and they all work very quickly to keep cars and customers moving. They're also attentive to the customers' needs!! One day, the cleaning gear half way knocked off my front license plate and its EZ Pass. The way everyone there that day came together to immediately repair this for me, it made me feel very good inside!! No one there ever asks for a tip, or an extra tip, but I felt very good about giving them some extra money that day. I'm usually not driving late at night or very early into the a.m. hours like I used to, around 2002 to 2009, but it's still a very good feeling to know that this place is open 24 hours a day if I ever need them.

For the price paid, the vehicle should have been cleaned more efficiently! The vacuum area missed all between the seats! Then the drying gentlemen failed to wipe the front windshield streak free! Took it upon myself to ask for their dry cloth and complete the jobs

These guys saved me $245! I rented a car from Avis and my dog got in the car and got hair everywhere. Avis wanted to charge me $250 to "deep clean" the dog hair. My doorman suggested this place, which is just up the street from Avis. They charged me $5 for a vaccum-only service, which is not one of their official services, at least it is not posted. They really did me a favor. Avis did not say a word when I returned the car, now miraculously free of hair. This place is fast and accommodating, though Manhattan pricey.

I used them for the first time today. I got the Deluxe Package for $69.99. They were fast, very friendly, and did an amazing job on my VW Passat. I noticed they washed a ton of high end cars. If they get that many expensive vehicles, you know you can trust them. Thanks guys!

This place is ok. For $20 bucks they armoral the inside and out leaving car smelling and looking good.The staff should pay closer attention to detail. My mirrors and windows always have streak marks. I usually tip a guy and he double checks and cleans what ever wasn't cleaned. Overall this place isn't bad I go once a week.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR! I stopped here for a quick wash. I paied the $28 for a wash and lleft the car to the attendants. When. I pick it up and see a scratch and dent about an inch long on my door. It looks as though they opened the door and hit something. Not only that but while cleaning the inside windows, they managed to rip my dashcam off the mount. Not recommended you go here. Save your money.

Very popular place, but not a great job done there. Has plenty of accessories for your car for you to choose from, ie fragrance sprays, trees, steering wheel covers etc. I might go there to make my car smell good but I'd have it cleaned elsewhere

I offered them website services on behalf of my company and this man was so rude when i start to explain them about the services. paulino just hang up on me without saying anything. My father's been washing his beautiful truck since we moved to Harlem at this car wash. He's made friends here and built trust, that's all that matters in a car wash. When you trust your friends to clean your car it'll get done very nicely. Also as a Car enthusiast you'd be surprise at how many exotic cars come to this car wash. Ranging from Maserati's to tuned up muscle cars. Very nice to see.

LMC Car Wash & Lube needed a wash, so , per usual, I G+ the nearest Car wash and came across friends car wash! One things for sure, Mario and Manny are super friendly. I had to take my top down mechanically and didn't have much luck getting it back up, but those two are working now to blue tape it up for now. Improvising to wash sabby always works for me . I'll be back!
