I changed my oil there because it was due. then i went on a trip. my car started to show that i don’t an oil in the car and i was supposed to make an emergency stop! i added more oil because the computer shows no oil. when i come home, i took to mechanic because i thought there was an oil leak or something. apparently they didn’t reset the computer for me that they changed an oil. so simple things like that can throw you off the track! and they are way too overpriced for 20 minuets synthetic oil change!

If you have BMW or Mini Cooper I strongly advise you be very careful if planning to change oil at this place. They actually butchered my car. All oil leaked put almost ruined my car

At first, I enjoyed coming to this car wash as it was one of a few hand wash locations that I found. Today's experience made me start to see this place for what it is, no good! In comparison to other hand wash car wash locations in the area (which thanks to their bad service, I sought out and found) this place is well below par. For one, I went in to get my carpet (not just the Matts) shampooed. There is a sign that is clear as day at the entrance, that reads "carpet shampoo is 40.00". I pull my car in and tell the guy that I'm looking to have all the carpeting shampooed. He tells me "100.00" dollars. I said, there must be some mistake because your sign says "40.00"? He says no "100.00 to shampoo the entire car, including the seats". I replied "no, I just want the carpet shampooed for the 40.00 like your sign says". This man then tells me that they cannot do it because they are way too busy. So, you have a sign listing a price, I ask for that service, and then you deny me that service because you claim your business it too busy? I'm sorry but I'm pretty certain that violates some type of business rule and I will be explaining my story to the better business bureau. To let the readers of this review know, not only was this an early Tuesday morning, the car wash was absolutely not busy. Which frustrated me more. To make matters worse, they had already starting soaping my car, so now instead of being able to leave... I had to pay for the cheapest exterior car wash. Which, I wouldn't have minded but they left the remains of the soap all over my car. After this experience (and I had gone to this location repeatedly), I will never go back. Additionally, I found that the Bensonhurst and Dyker Heights areas have way better hand wash locations anyway. This place lost my business and my opinion (bc I love my car) go to a better place than this. They do not do good work, the obviously lack business integrity, and as I have found they are over priced. My feelings are that if there is a service for sale posted (and it is, in big letters), then I shouldn't be denied just bc you wanted me to spend the 100.00 doing my entire car and you felt it was a waste of your time. That is not how you manage a business. All this time there was a long wait when I asked them to do the interior of my car, I thought they were detailing it really nicely. It turns out that all the do is spend extra time vacuuming it. Go elsewhere. Hope this review helped.

btoyght the car since lease was coming up missed a lot of spots a lot of water where shouldn't be on top took the car from auto shop to come home after the detail having brand new bumper being scraped after detail on top my driver side cannot open windows or doors since too much water got inside from the cleaning that I had to take the car to the main dealer and was told fuses burned out on the whole left side due to excess water used during detail I was completely shocked how can you scrape my new bumper from detail and on to break my whole left side of the car electrical that cannot control door or window functions the worst I never had this happen in my life from paying so much money for detail to make so much damage where it's costing the customer for no care by the car wash guys who have no idea what they doing just to take more cars and make more money

I ask them to wash 4 pieces mats for me, but they only wash 1 piece and charged me 6 dollars for that piece！They are big cheaters！So ashamed！They gave me two recipes with different amount，but i only consume once. I really so upset with them. Do not go to them! They just want money from us.There are more better car wash around them!

I like coming here and it's on average compared to other places. Isn't the best nor the worst. They dont really dry up my car as well as I would like them to. Water marks are a result. They do have the best armor all wheel shine though and their prices are good. I recommend them for a quick shiny wash. Ask for the hot wax package. It's like 15 bucks or so.

The worse service. Over priced for the service they provide. I opted for gold service and was okay with the price until I saw the results. It was barely washed, I saw so many spots on the front bumper alone that you don’t need a telescope to see. When I told one of the guy about it, he walked away mumbling something. Will never come back.

I am close by to this place because of work. I use to go to one in Bay Ridge that cost more and doesn't do as good of a job. These guys pay attention to detail and don't rush through the jobs. Its worth stopping in for sure.

Got the number 3 wash I think that gold with the hot wax. Price is but high. When there not a lot of car, they are it pretty good but when is more than 5 car their wash is sloppy. They will always forget to tires shine.

A light bulb replacement $39. Really? Talking about price gouging. It took the mechanic almost half an hour do it. Mechanic was obviously having trouble replacing a bulb. When I asked why such a high price, they responded that the bulb itself is $16 and the rest was the labor. I did get another headlight bulb changed a month before for $8 two blocks away 2 months ago. I will never come back to this place. I'll take my business else where.

I will tell you a trick. You have to point them what to do, where to wipe and where to put wheel shinier. Also mandatory to control all process. This is not carwash where you chill inside and come out and get you beautiful car ready to go. Got carwash for $24.99 + tax $28. Come out, and see that car is ready, when come closer, I find out that they still working on it. So I control all the process, and they did a good JOB. But I told them what to do and how I like it to be done. Leave the carwash happy with shiny rims, all Windows clean , they vacuumed everything and dash board clean but no armorall. I don't like shiny dashboard. So all together I'm happy to see my clean car. Also you can shampoo floor mats for $1.50 each. Also I'm really happy that my rims not scratched. In Manhattan last time I did carwash my rims got scratched not even a week when I did full refinish for $800, so I was looking for carwash where my wheels would be safe. 4 stars because I had to control everything.

Lets just say all the reviews are right,they have very stick fingers they rob me ,I JUST COLLECTED MONEY FOR A PROM , 3000.00 AND PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE AND STUCK IT IN GLOVE BOX ,WHEN THE CAR WENT THRU THE WAS I DECIDED TO CLEAN THE SEATS MORE DEEPLY. WENT TO TIP THE BOYS WHO WORKED THERE ASSES OFF. AND THE ENVELOPE. THE MONEY WAS GONE . I DID NOT FLIP OUT . BUT I GOT MY BASEBALL BAT OUT FOR SOME PRACTICE THE VACUUM GUYS SAID THEY DID NOT TAKE IT I SAID LETS SEE THE CAMERA PROBLEM WAS YOU CANT SEE INSIDE THE CAR ,UNBELIEVABLE , THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN RIP OFF HERE .
