Horrible!!!!!!!! Your car will stay in sun for 10 min then they come to clean the inside. Don’t ever go!! Poor service!!! Poorly washed,disgusting attitude.The worst!!!!! Please don’t go it’s not worth your money I will never go there again and will definitely tell my friends the same!!!!

After waiting for 15 minutes on line in my car they told me that the credit card machine is broken, I did not have cash on me so I needed to back out, I asked the guy why they don't have a big sign saying that the CC machine is not working, he said, oh sorry. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.

First car wash from these guys. it'll take 10 minutes for ur car to get vacuumed and interior cleaned cuz they only got 2 workers but they make sure it's clean though.

Overpriced for an exterior-only wash. There is a sign that advises of the increase in prices as of 1/1/17 and states to "ask cashier for price." However, by the time one gets to the cashier and is told the price, one can no longer exit. First and last visit for me. Hoping the increase is funding the workers' salaries.

If you don’t want to waste your time and your money don’t go to this car wash you have a few blocks away Hollywood carwash fast and good service over here you Well wait a half hour for a regular car wash just for them to do a simple vacuuming your car etc. price is overpriced not normal for the service you get

Seems like there is a new owner. We usually go there with our 3 cars twice a month, his attitude is so disgusting, service is bad, and they are not doing even half decent job. When you ask them to perfect thier mistakes, all you get is a yelling and a beat down. STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT USE THEM. OR YOU WILL GET A DIRTY CAR AND A YELLING.

I have been coming here for few years, your customer service sucks!!!! your famous for having specials to bring them in, and then cheat people off by not washing the car, only 50% car wash come on ,,your Mexican guys are every rude... I don understand why you have a telephone number, no one ever answer the phone,, if any one wants their car scratch and your car 50% washed because their running a special , and then get answer in a rude way go for it, If i only run in to owner they got a monthly special sucks big time and they got daily special,,good luck

No customer service or customer respect whatsoever. This obnoxious (Mexican) worker told me to bring my car the next day for a full detailing job ($80 job) when i come the next day he tells me we are to busy to take it. If you are to busy than don't tell me to come tomorrow... I would have gone somewhere else.

Awful customer service, awful job, just do yourself a favor and avoid the headache - avoid this place. They left scratches on my car - when I nicely pointed it out to the owner, his first word was "and?" And then " I can't do anything for you". Immediate hostility. Also the car wasn't even clean they did a terrible job. Finally don't fall for their birthday special. It's a bait and switch! I asked about it on my bday, and with no explanation at all, they refused to honor it. What's more is that they were rude about it.

A great neighborhood place to get your car washed. I go regularly. The guys are nice and friendly. And they do a great job. The prices are good, too. Also, they have daily specials - birthday, senior discount on Wednesdays, city employee discount, etc. And you rack up points with every visit. So eventually you get a free car wash. Love it.

Came at night for the $9 special. Guy at cashier gave me such an attitude, just like others described here, he wouldnt let me talk and then even has the hutzpa to tell me 'you should 've told me that you had dirt on that window'. Oh well! He pointed to the sign where it says "Limited Service" thus dont expect to get your car clean for $10 these days. They used to offer this same off-peak special for about $5, and now its double the price with some extra rudeness.

Worst Car Wash i Ever Had there is no full staff, you need to wait and wait in my case for over an hour, finally, some one came, but with no experience what so ever, there is no manager to turn too, the staff are nasty, i would never go back there again, i don't recommend this place, stay away !

Poor attention to detail. Left the vents dusty. The front grill was not cleaned properly. The worst car wash. You really have to look at the car before you leave and point out to them all the dirt they left behind inside and out.

I'm a huge fan of this car wash not just because it's convenient but because the staff at every point are super friendly. Prices aren't cheap (not that I think any car washes are $5) but for $15, they go to town on the car. Be sure to bring cash for tips!

Awful experience here when a man attempted to cut me in line and didn't succeed. He made such a commotion that the car wash guys got involved. I have never seen worst customer service. He asked us to leave because "the guy comes here all the time" despite the fact he was the issue. Then literally stole $10 from me! My partner had joked "come on what will it take for me to get through the car wash, $10?". Well apparently so. When we reached the other side another man told us we didn't pay and should have received some sort of ticket. They were all completes l jerks. Rude and the interior clean job took 15 minutes to wait for and 30 seconds to accomplish. Poor job on the inside. Bad people. Avoid this place at all costs.
