Hands down best place in New York. For car wash or details. Super friendly staff and always on point. They go over and beyond to please everyone. Indoor and outdoor seating, plus free coffee while you wait. I tried everywhere but Brighton never lets me down. The owner is always there and on top of his game.

Overall wasn't that terrible just not satisfied with the results. Car didn't seem clean for 30$. They need to focus more on making sure the dirt is removed before handing you the car. I'd rather go to victory and Richmond and get a wash there. Or even vip

BEST CARWASH ON STATEN ISLAND. The owner is out cleaning vehicles himself and makes sure everyone is taken care of . One recommendation is to get there early. You know a place is good when you drive from the other side of the island to get your car washed. best service also pays attention to detail and the price is perfect. i would give more stars if i could.

They did pretty reasonable job but i think price was little high for the worj they did on my car .my Bmw came out very clean but i was expecting a bit more shine on my car . But still i liked it.

I have had many bad experiences on Staten Island with getting my car washed. However Brighton Hand car wash blew me away. Their service was amazing! Their prices are reasonable. I will definitely be going back!! It's nice to see people take pride in their business.

Brighton Hand Car Wash is by far the best wash in the 5 boroughs. I tried them all and the are excellent. The staff is honest and the owner is always on location ensuring each car leaves perfect. I had a minor scratch on my car from my son and they buffed it out free of charge.

Best wash on the island hands down. They're wash is like a mini detail*especially if it's not busy. Even when it is busy, they spend the same amount of time on each car. The results are always consistent. I've also seen their detailing work and its amazing. After moving, I've been looking for a wash in queens that's half as good for the price but no luck

I was bringing home a Costco cake when i had to slam on my brakes. The cake along with my coffee filled DD coffee hit the glove compartment and them the floor of the car and broke into icing covered coffee soaked crumbs. It was a mess!! I scooped up the big chunks but it was pretty bad. I brought my Sportage into Brighton Hand Car Wash the next day because i had to go to get another cake for the party. Anyway, now it was a day old. I can’t believe they got the whole mess cleaned up. Actually there was some on the bottom of the passenger seat i hadn’t noticed originally. The vehicle smells great too! I highly recommend Brighton Hand Car Wash!!!

Took my truck there and just got a quick exterior wash. They did a great job. Bit pricey but the wash was worth it. Now I'm curious about how my whole truck will look if I got the whole thing cleaned there.

Best car wash I’ve been too. The staff does a very detailed job cleaning the inside and outside. The negatives are that sometimes there is a wait and the prices are higher but it’s totally worth it.

The only place that I will take my car. Danny & his staff are so awesome. Hard workers, & so nice! Unlike other business owners, Danny actually steps up & helps his staff out when they need it. I'm always pleased with my services, plus the honesty of the workers is so appreciated. A few visits ago one of the guys found some money under my seat while cleaning the mats, they told me & put it in my cupholder. Good luck finding honest, stand up guys like this on Staten Island!! Great job Danny & keep it up!!

I read in an online review that Brighton Hand Car Wash was the place to go for detailing due to Cadell Dry Dock Paint film on Vehicles. Brought in my wifes "Brand New" CRV (less than 200 miles on it) because of Cadell Dry Dock's air born paint. Owner Dan confirmed it was black paint on the car. He told me he had experience with this and it would take 6 hours to do a complete detailing to remove the paint film on the vehicle and that he would call me when done. Barely an hour and a half later I get a call saying it's complete!? When I asked how it was done so fast Dan told me he had 2 workers do it instead of one. When we picked the car up we noticed numerous Deep scratches throughout the vehicle on the sides, hood and roof. Also huge smudge scratches on the Rear Side Lights. When I showed these to Dan his comment was "How'd they get there you know ?". Dan went around the car with compound trying to get the scratches out and even had a worker buff the hood but the deep scratches still remain. I'm talking deep through the color scratches that can be felt! There was also a small scratch on the windshield as well! My wife noticed one of the workers there wearing a huge square belt buckle that was totally exposed and uncovered. We believe the scratches came from that belt buckle when the detailer did the work on the car as this particular employee was starring at us the entire time we were there. Dan said to me that maybe the scratches were already there but believe me they weren't and I immediately told him so. We are talking a Brand New CRV here that we purchased 30 days before and that my wife and I checked daily for dents and scratches. Now we have to live with these deep scratches on a brand new car. Will never do business with these guys again and I advise anyone else to really check their vehicles after Brighton Hand Wash detailing service. And to think I paid $125. for a Rush Job that did damage to a brand new car far worse than the initial Cadell Dry Dock Paint problem!! Not to mention there were remnants of the Cadell Dry Dock paint still on the vehicle!! Dans reply.."Well there was a lot on there" I wish he could see my wife's tears every time she looks at her car that was damaged in such a way. NEVER AGAIN!! PATRONS BE WARNED!!

Found my new carwash! Got a new car and wanted a hand wash. This place is a hidden gem. The workers all looked like they cared and did a great job. Ill be coming back every few weeks. The worker even got some red paint off my car from a little parking lot mishaps.

Standing in the office like an ass, owner didn't even bother to ask me what I need it. Too "busy" fixing his little peanuts display. Oh well he just lost a couple of hundreds as I need it a full service shampoo ,wax and compound. Maybe someone else care a little more.

Brought in my 1 month old Kia Telluride knowing from experience with the other family cars that the work would be top notch without scratches, swirls and dings that are so common with the automated car wash. The vehicle looked like it rolled out of the showroom when completed. I would much rather pay for a professional, attention to detail service at Brighton and have the security of knowing the result will be beautiful done by these hardworking gentlemen. My new baby will be returning shortly for a professional wax!!

I have been coming here since they've opened and I've always been satisfied with their service. I prefer hand washing vs the automated and their hand washing really stands above the rest. Not only do they always do agreat job but their staff are some of the most honest men I've met. I dropped a ten dollar bill in the car before handing it off to them and when I asked the manager to see if I dropped it in the car a few minutes later the bill was sticking right in the steering wheel. They could've easily taken it and not have said a word and I wouldn't of had proof. Brighton rocks!!
