Stopped by to get a quick clean before meeting family for a Christmas get together. The piece that aligns your car damaged the drivers side rims of my brand new 2019 WRX. I had installed mud flaps the night before so I know the damage was not there before and there was paint flakes that I pulled off after leaving the wash so it was fresh. To add insult to injury this was the absolute worst wash I've ever had on one of my cars. The car was barely even dirty and just had water/dust spots and came out significantly more dirty than before it went in. I actually had to use my windshield wipers tonight due to how much soap residue was left on my window. I will be contacting the owner tomorrow regarding the damage and will update this review with the outcome. I attached pictures of the damage (sorry if it's hard to see) as well as a few pictures of after the "wash". . Wheels were completely undamaged going in. I'll try and attach more pictures tomorrow when I have time and better light.
