It was not hard to choose this body shop after such great review. I took my vehicle after a minor accident. The moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed, and being female this is not something we experience all the time. Javier took his time checking my vehicle and providing an estimate. They were also very attentive and communicated with me through the entire process. Once my vehicle was ready, Tiffany called me to offer to pick me up from the car rental place. Took my car in based on great online reviews. Big mistake! I won't go into too much detail but I will give you a quick run down. Dropped off my car for some body work thinking my car was in good hands. Well, at first the car looked great when I picked it up, but upon further inspection I found damage was caused to my vehicle by Pronto. Did they fix it? Well, kind of. But each time I picked up my vehicle from them I noticed new damage, either something was broken, missing, or they damaged my paint. Long story short, there are still things wrong with my vehicle that they did but I refuse to take my vehicle to them to fix their mistakes. I won't give them the chance to cause anymore damage and give me more headaches of having to take it in to them for repairs just to pick up my vehicle and find more new damage. The cycle ends now! I'm taking my car elsewhere to fix their sloppy work.There are better body shops out there and I should have just gone to them but I thought I'd give Pronto a chance. I regret it. Not telling you what to do, but seriously think twice before taking your vehicle into them, at least if you care about your car/truck.

I needed to fix a rocker panel and bumper on my Civic. I shopped around and Pronto's estimate was lower than most other body shops. I dropped off my car and they had it ready before the estimated time, not only that but the final price was slightly lower than the original estimate. The service at Pronto Body shop was fantastic. I've had body work done before and most of the time it's easy to see where it's been done. Pronto's work was top notch. It's almost impossible to tell that I had body work done, especially on a paint job that's a few years old. I had family in my car before and after, they forgot I had work done. I had a friend who did body work in a previous life look at it to see if they could figure it what I had done, it took him a while to figure it out. On top of that, if you need a ride they can pick you up and drop you off which is great. I'll never have body work done anywhere else other than Pronto.

This is the best shop I have been to in El Paso. My friend got her brand new SUV fixed here and it was the cheapest price in town. I personally went after a hit and run and they helped me take care of it, again at the cheapest price. I had another hit and run and brought back my car to be fixed. Tiffany took care of everything about my rental, my insurance and making sure I was set to go. I got an estimate elsewhere and it would have taken longer to fix than here and it would have been more expensive. They really try to help you out, more if you're military. Both times I received my military discount (10%). I would love to make this my body shop for life. It makes moving bitter sweet since shops aren't the best with Volkswagen but Pronto is. Last thing, Tiffany is the sweetest. She takes her time to write a personal note to you. I was very surprised to find these in the mail. Best service ever.

My tire blew out while on busy Interstate 10 during rush hour. Within just a short time, Javier (from Pronto Body Shop) came to my rescue. He quickly changed my tire on my vehicle. Within 24 hours, they had repaired the wheel that was damaged during the tire blowout. I couldn't have asked for a better, quicker, more efficient experience all thanks to Javier and Tiffany. I was recently in an auto accident. I had never been in an accident and aside from immediately calling 9-11 & my insurance, I had no clue what so ever. My insurance arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. The insurance was referring me to an auto shop that I had no information about. The tow truck driver recommended Pronto and called Tiffany. I spoke with her briefly and she explained the process for my car. We dropped off the vehicle at Pronto. They took care of the rest! Tiffany contacted the adjuster to check out my vehicle and had an estimate and check in hand within hours of leaving the car. Some of the parts were delayed however that was completely out of the hands of the body shop. Tiffany and her entire staff made this whole ordeal bearable and left my car looking beautiful, just like new. Thank you to everyone at Pronto, y’all are the BEST! Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with them. I trusted Pronto because the owner (Tiffany)told me she owned a BMW 750 and, as BMW owner I assumed she will know my expectations. They failed blatantly and will advise future customers to make sure job is completed properly. I had to dropped the car for a second time for repairs can be done accordingly but instead was returned with all my white interior full of grease and black mark all over my seats and arms rest. Good customer service but bad paint job. I don’t recommend this to anyone especially to those that have a stellar black metallic color on a car. I went in three times to tell them about the paint and exactly told them what was wrong within those times but didn’t fix it right. I had family and friends that noticed the paint during the day and night. The color of the car is fading quickly in the sun and looks bad and as time goes by its getting worse. Just recently took it to bravo Cadillac and was told what was exactly wrong with the color and what needed to be fixed, of-course it comes with a price and be paying out of pocket. I wish I could of just gone to bravo in the first place.

I sustained damage on the driver side door and front quarter panel of my 2016 Subaru. Pronto came highly recommended by multiple people. I was worried about keeping the body lines and particularly about matching the factory pearl paint. I got my car back in less than a week and it looked exactly like it did before the damage. Javier knows what he is doing! Tiffany handled all of the insurance and I didn’t really have to interact with them. I even lost the check they sent me (my fault) and she organized the replacement check. I appreciated the experience so much I took my wife’s Mazda 3 to get all new suspension. Car drives much better now. It’s hard to find consistent, quality service. I’m only going to Pronto for any car issues.
