One star is too much. I didn't expect something as good as a hand washed car, but this did not clean my truck one bit, in fact some parts looked worse. There was still dirt and dust on my car plus the a layer of what I assume is soap that did not rinse off, and was very obvious on the black paint. I grabbed a spare shirt to try to clean it off. By the sound of the other reviews maybe when staff is present it is better, but I will not be coming back.

They really do live up to their name. They go outside the normal limits for car wash services. This place is way better than daddyo's and Mister wash. And the prices are really good.

I came here to get my car washed I'm from Texas and we went to White Sands in the car got pretty messed up because it was windy. After I pay $12 for the car wash I could still see the cat paws from from the cats at home. Then I tried using the change machine it wouldn't accept my dollars it wouldn't accept my $5 it wouldn't accept my $10 overall I would not come here again and the one of the vacuums after I put my money in it was broken

I usually really like going to this car wash but today a worker decided he needed to clean and check the vacuum literally right as I was about it us it. I was parked in front of it cleaning out the trash and everything. Very rude.

When I went to have my car washed the attendant was by their car on the phone. After the car wash I couldn't get the vacuum to work and the attendant came over and couldn't/wouldn't get it to work so I left. There were spots where the machine didn't get the car clean. There were water spots all over the car where the soap didn't get cleaned off. Disappointing because when you pay 12.00 for a car wash you expect it to be good. Bad experience and I wont go back.

Go during the day to have your car scrubbed by an employee before going into the car wash. This is a touchless car wash so if your car is pretty dirty you need it to be scrubbed before going into the car wash otherwise it'll just come out a little less dirty.

This is the best car wash I've been to! All the attendants are very nice and do a great scrubbing job and I love the rain-x on the abduction! Great for our kind of weather! Love love love it!

I went to this car wash to try it out after someone threw an egg at my truck. The egg was on the wheel and the tire. After the car wash the egg was still there. Not the best car wash if you're trying to wash off more then dust.

My car was still dirty after the wash and I ended up having to pay extra for vacuuming because there was no attendant. The vacuum was weaker than my dust buster.

My car was very dirty from my 6 day road trip and White Sands. Brian was attentive and scrubbed my car above and beyond. After the scrub and the machine wash, my car was clean as new again! Then, I accidentally vacuumed a collector's medallion, Brian did his best to get me back the medallion. I highly recomend this place!

Paid for the $12 wash. Left dirt on the hood that easily comes off with a finger. Also, the left hand wash credit card terminal is broken.

Very professional. I don't mind travelling far to come here becausee the attendants are friendly and I always opt for the 12 dollar wash and it actually is really decent. Doesn't leave spots like others in town. And they even scrub your car before you go in the bay! Highly recommend!!

It was an easy transaction paying with card, the car wash took maybe 8 minutes (the $9.99 one) the wash it self was okay, drove off with a few missed spots on doors.

Normally really good place, but the undercarriage wash was super soapy one day and left my car smelling like soap. Also, the spot free rinse doesn't seem to be very free of spots.

Love this place 24 7 and the car wash isn't 13.99. Won't take off baked in grime but will do a decent job for the type of set up it is. If you go In the day time, there are people who will scrub your car before the wash. And they will give you a free vacuum.(go to the one on the right tho) Outerlimits wash, you are an uber drivers saving grace

It'll only take off the top layer of dirt, unless you go when someone is there to scrub it. I personally like to hand wash my truck to avoid scratches which is why I go there when I don't have time. Its a TOUCHLESS carwash, so it wont take off dried up dirt/water beads that are caked on the vehicle.

If they don't scrub car first, it doesn't come out clean. Sometimes it still isn't after a scrub. But good enough for a quick wash when you don't have time to do it yourself and it needs it.

Have mud on my car paid $12 to get it nice and clean and take my brown muddy to my white clean car. Will not come back didn’t take anything off and the water pressure wasn’t good either
