No hot water, almost impossible to wash your vehicle, closed anytime there is a storm, get turned away if you have mud on truck... It’s like, come on...we live in the east mountains! Some yankee owns it now and obviously doesn’t care about the people who live out here... Drives a Cadillac STS. Just an overall bad experience. Wish someone else would open a decent car wash anywhere in the area.

Can't I just give half a star? this man is definitely rude he breathes down your back when you're washing your vehicle I didn't have enough change in my hand had to go back and get more out of the vehicle he said are you going to use this stall or not. As if this is a perfect destination parking place right, and 3 other stalls were empty very rude man no customer service skills at all don't go here

Terrible owner. After hauling wood I sprayed off my truck and the bed of it that had some pine needles, bark pieces, and wood chips. Owner confronted me and accused me of dumping in the stall and asked me to sweep out the stall. When I disagreed that I wasn’t dumping and spraying out a truck/trailer is a common ha it at a gas station he proceeded to argue with me for 15 minutes. Even though I disagreed with him I offered to still sweep up my small amount of natural debris. It escalated to him cussing me out and “banning” me from the car wash, all the while in front of another customer renting from him. Seems to me grounds maintenance would be the responsibility of the owner, and that the owner should strive to make the experience better for the customer not worse. Nasty old man who thinks something like sweeping a stall of his business is beneath him, all the while he’s driving a brand new Cadillac. Also the car wash has hard water and leaves water spots. Do yourself a favor and drive to town to wash ur car.

Worst service ever! The car wash spot free rinse left horrible blue spots all over my car. When I told the owner on site, he tried to tell me I used his facility improperly. I own 10 vehicles, I know how to wash a car. Following that, he cursed at me using the "F" bomb then told me to "Get the 'f&#k' out of my shop! F&#k your nice car!" Needless to say, I found another place in Albuquerque.

The owner is nasty old man who has no idea of customer service or satisfaction. Half the time only 1/2 of the wash bays are open. I will always drive INTO TOWN to avoid giving this carwash my money.

Beware, the trash can police works here.. I went to this location yesterday to vaccumm and clean out my car and was told by an older man that i could not use the trash can. He then told me that the trash was only meant to dump ash trays. When I told him that was ridiculous because it is a carwash and people typically clean out there cars at carwashes, he told me that I needed to leave and take what trash I had already placed in the trash can with me. I drive past this location on my way home from work everyday and now I know why I have never seen a single car there.
