The staff at Oil Stop was amazing! They were helpful and very attentive. They never pushed any additional services on to me but just made me aware of things that I might want to get checked or changed in the future. I would highly recommend their services and the fact that you get to sit in your car while they change your oil and they tell you every single they do as they do it and show you your car part was really nice instead of guessing what the mechanics are doing. You also get a free car wash with an oil change! And the car washes are amazing!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Website and $5 off coupon says open until 6pm. We drive up at 5:30pm and see an open bay with no wait and a couple guys standing around... as we pull around to the bay and they clearly see us coming they close all the garage doors and disappear. We then saw them sneak out of a different door and leave. Worst customer service and lazy people I've ever wasted money on. They lost a loyal customer for life!

Do NOT bring your car here!!! Avoid at all cost! Had them check my tire pressure and about an hour I had a flat and had to replace the whole thing! You demand to speak to management and they’re conveniently never there! The tech refused to acknowledge or apologize for it! I took my car to a more reliable shop and they told me they didn’t preform my services right and they always get complaints from this location. This place is a scam. I love how they respond with an automated message to respond to your concerns by “emailing” them but you’ve already tried calling they corporate office and no one responds. Apparently they have a “mark” handling all their customer relationship calls and always goes to voice mail

I usually am very satisfied with taking my car to these guys. Not sure if it's because I took it at closeto closing time that they did a horrible job but I only paid for the interior. For the 20 dollars I paid I could of just done myself. I had already dusted my car and the vacuuming was great but they did not clean anything on the inside like the store said they would. My windows are still spotty didn't seem like they were touched at all. I didn't get anything wiped down with product or anything. Very very unhappy.. usually I'm satisfied with the work but I'll be looking elsewhere. Tried them out again today Monday June 26 and still very sad horrible paid 50 dollars to still have junk in middle vacuuming sucks not in a good way.. wipe down sucks my number 1 became a never again after two times no way..

Great car wash! Price was worth it, around 30 dollars to get a full interior and exterior clean. The clear coat they put on the car keeps it clean for a long time which is great especially considering how much rain comes through town.

I just had an amazing and pleasant experience at the Oilstop in Santa Fe. They were efficient, worked with military pression, fair , no hard sell on extras and quick. And it came with a discount on the very fine car wash. I highly recommend Oilstop.

I was so happy when I found this place since I was so dissatisfied with squeaky clean.... My initial experience was great for quite some time (years) and unfortunately the quality of their service has declined~ I’ve gone a handful of times and as of today’s visit won’t be returning...when I pay for a car wash and they can’t manage to “dust” the consol well and I end up having to do touch ups it’s just not worth it! It’s too frustrating doing someone’s job after you’ve paid for a service. It’s a real bummer not having a good car wash in town~

Oil stop is a great place to get a oil change and a car wash. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You do not even have to get out of your vehicle when you change your oil. They will bring you a beverage while you wait. There fast and thorough. You can also find promotions online to save a few bucks. I go to oil stop and have never had any problems. They show you your dipstick and make sure all fluids are topped off.

I don't write Google reviews very often (unless the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad lol), but I have been to this location for an oil change several times, each time has been a perfectly professional and pleasant experience. Little on the pricier end granted, but the service is well worth it. Especially Ben who appears to be a manager/supervisor of some kind. He very often goes the extra mile. He actually made it a point to tell me that he noticed a sizeable crack in my radatior, gave me the name of a place in ABQ that sells quality radiators for cheap, and even showed me how to install it, step-by-step. I can't really speak for the carwash side, but the oil change service is the best in town!

I would not recommend this place for a quality service. I bought the waxing package and by the time it was done, it was neither waxed nor fully cleaned. There were streaks and bug guts that could have easily removed. To top it off they left it sitting on the street with the doors wide open and the keys in it.

It is like taking you truck to the doctor to get it's health report. The 33point inspection gives a status of the quality of lubes, fluids, points out any hazards, they even cleaned my knm air filter. Oilstop is my vehicle's current primary care physician! !!!

First off, the pricing is much higher than the national average for car washes. But my wife had looked at reviews and said this one had great reviews, so I bit the bullet and bought the $29.95 wash (almost $33 after tax) - their cheapest "exterior only" wash was $18.95! Based on the price and the reviews I was expecting a pretty good wash. I was extremely disappointed. When they first "finished" it, it still had dirt on several parts of the body, the wheel wells were filthy and all the plastic parts of the truck (a brand new GMC Denali) were filthy. I pointed out several of the issues and they went over a couple of them but it was still lousy. I ended up just asking for a couple of rags and spent the next 5 minutes cleaning the remainder of the dirt off. I feel like a chump. This place is WAY overpriced and the quality of their work is way below par.

Ben E. harassed my wife in our opinion. She complained of his nonstop gawking at her and how rough he was on the car. The other two younger men were nice and gentlemen but Ben took over basically after he saw my wife. This guy Ben said he had her on Video. The next morning complained to owner David Beatty and he was cruel and showed NO concern towards my wife. He actually hung up on my wife. We will never go near this place again. I was SO happy to find a full-service car wash other than Squeaky Clean that I didn't mind the slightly higher price. (Interior wet wipe is extra, but was done WELL. Their "Best Wash" is about $5 higher than SC, but is done with a much better wax. And their "Best Wash" combined with Interior Wet Wipe is only $2 more than a similar package at SC.) The waiting room was clean and inviting, and the attendants had on clean clothes and nice matching shirts. That's not really important to me, except that it relates to a higher degree of professionalism. Main reasons why I'll go back: The whole process took very little time on a sunny Thur. afternoon before Easter, and the interior of my car actually looked clean without my having to ask for a re-do.

I come here to get my oil changed every time needed on all 3 vehicles. The service is great, especially from a guy named "William" aka Bill. He is super nice with a lovely magnum P.I. mustache and an attitude that just makes you feel welcome. He always makes sure I know everything that is going on and that I am aware of everything happening. Great guy and great company. If you ever go here to get service done try to get william, cause then you know the job is perfect. Trust me on this. Why? Cause I am deadpool.

This was one of the worst car washes, and detailing I have ever had. First it was ridiculously expensive. Second after my car went through the wash it still had soap all over it. It was never rinsed properly. The attendants quickly wiped the soap into the car and towels. Then the worst laziest vacuum job I have ever seen. There was trash under the seats, and mud still on all the carpets. Finally when the lazy car wash attendants waved my down; I found out that the armorall treatment was never applied. I also found out that they did a half a## job on that too when I finally got them to apply it. In conclusion I will not waste time amd money there ever again. A total mickey mouse operation. The owners should be ashamed.

These guys dont even deserve 1 star.. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. I got there no later than 12:20 PM because I called at 12:08 and was only a 4 minute drive away, and here it was past 2:00.. with the man behind the desk telling me that I got there at 1:00. So around 2:15 PM comes around and how they give my car back is leaving it in the busy parking lot with the ignition ON and alone. I get in my car and all I see is dog hair, 2 hours of my time waiting, unhappy with my service, nobody even cared. I am commenting the pictures of the end result, because I could have done a better job with a lint roller and a self serve carwash. I reccomend anyone looking to get their money's worth to NOT go here. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and a complete rip off! I made it VERY clear I was unhappy with the job and not even a discount was offered. I was stupid enough to tip before I got my car back and I sincerely wish I had not now.

My car came out of this place dirty and damaged after purchasing the most expensive wash and detailing. After speaking with the manager on duty he agreed to put the car through again but said I would have to talk to Brian, another manager, when he came back to work on Tuesday about the damaged tire. After putting my car through a second time, again it was left dirty when they were finished. I took pictures of both instances and showed them to Brian two days later along with the damaged tire. Instead of taking responsibility he said they could only do so much depending on how dirty the car was beforehand. He also said that because no other cars were damaged that he wouldn’t accept responsibility for the damage done to my car. He agreed to run the car through a third time and still it was not thoroughly cleaned after they were done. In my opinion, this is the absolute worst service and practice a business can adhere to. Needless to say I would not recommend Oilstop to anyone!

Update June 5th 2018. Took car in again and this time added on the carwash. The honest and hardworking staff outside found an envelope with $150 in it hidden under my mat that I had totally forgotten about. They could have just taken it and I would have never known. Instead they alerted me to it and I gave them a fat tip. there is no question in my mind that this entire operation is top notch. Excellent service and trustworthy employees.
