I mean sure it was only 45$ . . . . But when you get home and have to touch up the interior, spots that were missed on the exterior and clean up the tire shine off of your rims . . . . Not worth the 45$ spent may as well have spent the 3 hours to clean it myself. Also, set weathertech floor mats outside on the ground so when they were put back in, got the brand new carpet(had weathertech since I bought the truck so the carpet has never seen feet, dirt, or rocks) dirtier than when I went in. Tire shine unless specifically stated on the bottle should not be on your gloss black rims, the particular brand I use is for both tires AND rims . . . No clue what they used but either way I never leave mine wet on the rims even though it can be used for both. Did not clean inside and outside of rims, did not even go in between spokes of rims, as well as one has tons of mud and spots I assume from being washed and that rim not being washed. Spots where you can see wipe marks(water streaks/water spots) are along the outside. Leather interior was cleaned with a spray of some sort, and you can see spray residue/spots all on the leather, some of the passenger seat was either not done evenly or the spray left spots either way am going over what was done with armor all leather wipes and microfiber right after as to not leave streaks and wet spots on leather . . . . May be a good shop if your truck is not a show truck/high end . . . . They did ask when they were done if I was happy, or if they could fix anything before I left but I'm not going to stay over the hour and a half I did, for it not be cleaned properly. Could have washed it myself with another 30 minutes of time, and not have to go over it twice to clean mistakes . . . . Also windows still have water marks, wheel wells were not cleaned of the mud and now have greasy tire shine on basically every part of the truck
