This place is at best a half of star. Problem #1- they haven't been open long, but yet something is always broken. Problem #2- they are way over priced, Problem#3- Horrible customer service! Their drive through carwash took my money right in front of their camera, and I called their number placed on their sign for customer service, and called 1 - 5 times and the phone rung and disconnected as if someone was answering then hanging up. After they got tired of me calling the service line for my money back to back, someone finally answers after like 15 calls, and they act as if the don't know English and hangs the phone up on me. I call once more and then it goes straight to a English voice message for carwash help. I left a message weeks ago and no one has made an attempt to get me my money back of free car wash. Horrible customer service, easier to go to the North East El Paso. Do Not get Scammed like me and others...

Just put $5 in to pressure wash my engine and undercarriage, and NO ENGINE OR TIRE DEGREASER EMPTY!!! I figured i would just use high pressure soap and guess what? THAT WAS OUT TOO!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

The wash does a good job but it is almost too narrow for a full size pickup truck. You have to make sure you get out and dry your mirrors off because at the angle they wash they don't rinse off and they leave soap behind.
