I was very unhappy with my wash today. I always pay $28 for the supreme. I should have gone back. But didn’t notice until later that part of the tires had treatment and part didn’t. The bottom strips on both sides under the doors were not wiped at all, dirt grease and grime. Should have taken a pic. I was happy with the inside except in the back hatch the rubber mat wasn’t cleaned.

For a very popular place, you're only allowed to select the basic wash 30 min before they close. This doesnt make sense when their winter hours are already cut short (8:30-4:00).

So sad to see a once good business sliding downhill. Is there new management? They tried to convince me my car only had one floor mat. After some insulting insinuations they found my missing mat. No apologies though. Then I went home and spent the rest of the day trying to get the dried soap film off the windows. I've used this car wash since it opened and was usually satisfied, but my last visit was just that. I'll never go back.

Just.... Dont. You have to let the employees in your car. Then the guys who dry it park it. And sometimes, depending on whos working, they can be really rude... And i was uncomfortable getting out of my car when they had just been kind of rude... They are also kind of expensive. So i dont go there anymoree, i go to the big wave Xpress down the road near wild wings.

If they worked as hard as they talked and goofed around it won’t of taken over an hour to wash and wipe down a car! And it was still half ass done! NOTHING on the inside was whipped down!! I’m shouldn’t be shocked but i am! When i am in town i will never return!!!

Home of two hour car wash. Went in on a Tues. at around 12:40pm. Maybe 6 or 7 cars ahead of me. It took over 2 hours to get my car washed. I have never seen so many employees just talking and shooting the s*hit instead of hustling to get the cars done. One guy couldn’t put his phone down the entire time he was working on my car. Don’t bother coming here unless you have time to waste..they didn’t do that great of a job, my inside windshield was nasty from the overspray on the dash. I would have inspected it closer when they brought it up but I couldn’t waste any more time here.

This is the slowest carwash in the world. The car was cleaned nicely but took over an hour to be cleaned. The price is reasonable. Suggest having someone drop you off.

Yesterday (Friday) we went to Desert Suds Car Wash and even though there was no line and we pulled right in they refused to wash our vehicle, why? Because they determined it was too dirty for a day that they might be busy. They told us they don't wash vehicles that are too dirty on Fridays and Saturdays because they might get busy. (Their words exactly). So they are a car wash that won't wash a car if it's too dirty. Well ok. We won't be back. Maybe that doesn't matter to them, after all we are just one customer, but we are business owners as well and that is a terrible way to run a business. You might ask, "how dirty was your vehicle?" Well there was a little mud on the running boards, there was no mud on the pickup. It took them 5 minutes and 2 people to determine they wouldn't wash it. They walked around and around the pickup (we were in it wondering what they were doing). Anyway, we actually received a 90 dollar gift card from desert Sun Toyota with the purchase of our new car, I will be letting them know that a gift card from Desert Suds is no great gift.

Don’t go with a dirty car. I wait until I go to Albuquerque. The owner accused me of holding up the line although I was not expecting perfection. The next time I went, the young woman checking in cars went to get the owner. He actually came out to see if my car was acceptable. He said he wasn’t a detailer, and I did not expect a detail. Like I said, I don’t expect perfection. I’ve never had this happen before or since. The car wash in Albuquerque is always happy to see me, as has any other car wash. Just make sure your car is slightly dirty when you go. I drive across New Mexico and there are lots of insects. Even worse in Florida. No complaints from car washes there are either.

We really had a good experience, and the wash was a great price. They did an great job on the exterior and glass, but the interior detailing was slightly rushed. When I went, their employee-operated vacuum was not working, so we only got a partial wipe-down. The customer vacuums work well, but the shampoo unit's hoses were torn with no fixes. The staff was good, a few were friendly. The interior is nice and clean. The interior window has a large build-up of hard water so watching your car through the glass isn't really possible. They offer a military discount as well. Overall, a good, inexpensive wash if you don't feel like doing it yourself.

Worst Car Wash Ever. I usually take my car to Ford Vision to get washed because Ford does an amazing job. But I had recently won a “Free Super Wash” to Desert Suds, so I took my car earlier today to Desert Suds to get washed and vacuumed. The service there was okay. When I arrived a lady was complaining that they left oily foot prints in her car when they had “finished cleaning it” . I didn’t think much of it. I had left $2.25 in quarters in my center council so I could fill up some water jugs after I got my car washed. They were all gone. I had a couple of lighters in the center council as well, they were gone as well. All my papers were rummaged through. My box where I usually keep my air pods was looked through and left open IN MY CENTER COUNCIL . They employees did not need to be in looking through my center council in the first place. Thank God I didn’t leave my air pods in my car because those would have probably been stolen as well. They did an awful job at wiping down the inside and an Awful job at vacuuming. I DO NOT recommend this car wash at all. Never again will I go to Desert Suds. When the manager questioned the employees everybody denied it. I know $2.25 and a couple lighters isn’t much, but the fact that they STOLE it and then DENIED it and did NOTHING about is what makes me so mad. The manager gave me $2.25 but that’s it. The employees just went on to the next car. WORST CAR WASH EVER.

They do great job on your car. I wish they would open a car wash in Albuquerque, 87105 area. We have lots of car wash in Albuquerque but not one like Desert Suds.

Website said it closes at 5 get there at 4:04 and MGR said he can’t make an exception. Not my favorite place by any means but decided to take my company car there to see if service got better. He said he turned away two other cars I can’t wait till the new place opens in town. Desert Suds usually to expensive anyway for the quality of wash they give anyway.

If you have any love or respect for your car or truck DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!! staff has no care in the world for your vehicle, they use the same rags on your wheels, tires, paint, and windows. The water is hard to it dries out and ruins any plastic and finishes on your car. As well as their cleaning products. The “detailers” play around with your car and everything inside it as well as leave your floor mats whose when when you go in. As well as can NOT drive a manual transmission. The guy who moved my car grinded my gears and stalled 4 times before getting it to where it needed to be. As well as left my car in 6th gear after it stalled. Once again, if you have any love or respect for your vehicle, Go somewhere else. Like Perfect Under Pressure down the road. Same price and the man actually cleans and details your vehicle properly and with care.

I've had my vehicles washed here numerous times. This is the first time that I feel it was a total waste of my time and money. I came in at 11 am Oct 24, 2018. I got the Supreme which includes interior cleaning. The lazy crew on duty did a bare minimum and the dust and dirt was still there. When I refused the job, they "worked" again for about 5 minutes. It was still dirty. I really didn't have the time or inclination to stand over them and point out the dirt. This crew needs better training and supervision.

For just a wash and vacuum it took about an hour and a half. The pricing was decent but the speed of service is lacking. The employees show no hustle or sense of urgency.
