I gave this outfit an opportunity to redeem themselves. There is no question in my mind that most customers probably have a positive experience. I asked them to clean my truck after a long road trip. Overall, the truck was very clean after their work was done. However, there were two major issues. 1) I paid extra for water spot removal. Frankly, there wasn’t a big difference between before and after. I understand that water spots may be difficult to remove. They could have done a better job of setting expectations on the outcome of the treatment. The technician acknowledged that there were still water spots and said I would probably have to pay for another treatment. 2) The larger issue was the fact that there was a new dent on the hood. I pointed it out and the technician merely shrugged it off. I thought I would receive some acknowledgment or response when bringing it to the attention of management. They have not responded to my email or phone call. I tried working with them and got zero response. I’m not trying to trash the company and wish nothing but success for outfits like this. However I believe good customer service is required to help companies improve and thrive. From my perspective they were content to make a quick buck and not establish a good, long-standing customer relationship with repeat business.

Ivan and colleague did an excellent job! They got me in on short notice and my vehicle looks amazing. I usually do my own hand washings so if you're like me having someone else do the work can be nerve wracking. This team did not disappoint.

It is easy to complain when one penny pinches.. The last review by Cat is most likely in root of the fact that Crispy Clean Mobile Carwash is a 5 star service that attempted to accommodate a 1/2 star customer. All I can say is, no service makes 2 years in a row top 5 in its category by providing bad service at an over priced cost. I have had my Genesis detailed it cost me $250 plus gratuity. These guys are awesome, they are not only fair priced but it was worth every penny. In fact I was so happy with the work, that I tipped the guys in addition to the service not only because they are professional and friendly but because they know their worth and they know what they're doing.

Would have loved to give a great review for great work, but that will not be happening as they cancelled my appointment that was scheduled and paid for approximately 2 weeks ago, one hour before they were to arrive. I wouldn't be upset normally, and would have been more than happy to reschedule, if they requested a reschedule prior to the day/time of my appointment. They had more than enough time and said nothing. So disappointing.
