Was a 4 star before just because of the veteran owned and ran part is cool to me and most importantly the great, friendly customer service! It would have been a 5 star if I didn't have to hand dry my whole car EVERY SINGLE TIME. (towel should come with every wash until you get better drying equipment) But today on 4/14/19 at 12:15 went by to employees that looked like they hated life. The female just had a angry look on her face like me being there was an inconvenience and the blonde guy guiding me in wasnt paying attention and then panicked when my wheels weren't aligned and acted like it was my fault. This awful experience just lost you guys a loyal customers who lives 2 blocks away and it's sad because before this I enjoyed going here just because the friendly customer service. If they hate their job that much maybe they should look elsewhere!

I have been here several times. I normally have a great experience. However today the young man in a while shirt with a red hat yelled at me when I didnt move up. There was already a blue truck in front of him, and a white car behind it. No one was behind me at the time. I was simply trying to finish something on my phone while my vehicle was stopped. My windows were left very dirty.

Make sure to take your antenna off before driving through. What really had me sold in this place was the compressed air they HAD at each vacuum station, it made cleaning a breeze. I look at it as a service I paid for and not as free, so if you take away that service the value seems a little less worth the purchase.

This place is a ripoff. Website says $5 dollar wash but it doesn't come up when you're going to pay. You have to pay $7 bucks and can't escape. All the vacuums do not work. Cheap skates- - invest in your business, then maybe I'll go back.

The car/truck detail shop is veteran owned and run. It's a local business. These guys are super conscientious and their prices are good. They stayed late one night finishing my truck and waited for me to come pick it up before they left for the night so that it would not be outside overnight. They love trucks and cars. Friendly, knowledgeable, fun folks.

Great place to get a car wash and free vacuuming. Be careful to either take your antenna off or retract the antenna before going in. If you have rims, I would say that's a 50 50 chance of you scratching them or brushing them. Of course they don't cover damage so that's all on you. I been going since they opened. I've been given great service but I would have to say I been given horrible service more often. That would be my reason for the rating. I always tip the guy that would come out and dry the car after I came out of the car wash. Hope this helps.

The people here are always friendly, reasonably priced, and does a good quick clean. If you are military, there is a tiny discount. Easy to get in and out of makes it even better.

Been here multiple times, the first time I came was sometime early 2017 on a busy day I was greeted by what I assumed was either the manager or owner. He was super courteous and friendly, caught a conversation with him about his prior service and my current service in the Air Force and me being from the northwest. Wish I could have caught his name. As I approached the wash I was greeted by another man who noticed the insect graveyard on the front of my Mini. He scrubbed the front before I entered the automated wash service and even offered a free second wash if my car didn't come out 100% clean. Over two years later their customer service and quality still holds up, plus veteran operated? This is a definite five stars. Best car wash I've been to anywhere, not just Albuquerque.

Been here a few times and received a decent car wash for $10 along with a towel to use to dry my car or buff out any spots not taken care of by the wash itself. Took about 5 minutes to complete, including the wait time for the cars in front of me. The free vacuum service was nice, I just wish there was a front desk I could use to buy amenities like an air freshener from, instead having to buy from the Family Dollar next door.

When you need a quick exterior wash, a good place to go. In Responce to the owner: I gave 4 out of 5 stars because perfection was not achieved, when I pay hard earned money for a $12.00 exterior wash, I expect it will be done without incident, as your aware, it took 2 days after for the re-imbursment for $20.00 above the wash price for ruined cabin air filters, a reputable company would have re-imbursmed the full $32.00 for the trouble so I think I've been way more forgiving to give 4 stars rather than the 2 it deserved. The extra 2 stars was because your manager dug into his own pocket for $20.00. So was crying about not getting 5 stars worth receiving this explanation?

Good value. $6.00 for a car wash. They have team members that scrub your vehicle with brushes to make sure it is clean before you go through the machine wash. They have "happy hour" pricing where you can get a car was for $4.00. I think it is from 2 to 4pm. You have to vacuum your own car, but the vacuums are free with purchase.

the only reason why it was good was because of a few people. Not the damn managers, Not the damn boss. He's not professional at all. I went there to get my car washed and one guy didn't even wash all of my car. So another guy cleaned it and this time it came out like new. He got a tip for doing his job and having customer service. Best car wash in town, hands down! Very friendly staff, clean lot, many self serve vacuums which are free with purchase of any car wash package. They scrub your car before it goes through the wash, strong blowers practically dry your entire car, you just have to wipe away the runners. I ran my car through the wash and left the interior for the on-site detailer. Awesome place.

Was cleaning my car out before I got a wash Employee comes over and starts yelling at me about it. Never had an issue before cleaning the car out before then get a wash. Then the employee tells me I can't wash my car. Horrible service and very racist towards females in hijabs.

The short: Best priced, sparkling clean, free vacuums, monthly unlimited wash plans, and the dryers at the end actually work!!! I'm a bit of a car fanatic so I judge car washes harshly. Probably the best car wash facility I've been too out of the three states I've lived in. Living in an apartment means I always have to go somewhere to get the car washed; and I'm so lucky to have found this place. Also, $25 a month gets you the best wash an unlimited amount of times (you only have to go three times in a month and it's paid for itself)!!!!!!

A partly automated car wash that has a discount for military and veterans. They also have a detailing center and they also give shammys to you when you get the twelve dollar car wash. There are vaccums for after you get a car wash but they are not very powerful.

I went through this carwash and had to go through again because it did a poor job of cleaning my wheels. The employee explained why, something about having sand blast dust on the concrete bla bla bla. The second time got them cleaner but not clean. I used the free vacuumed and left . I went down the street and cleaned them first time through.

Let's be honest, none of these places do a thorough job. But at least I know nobody's gonna steal my stuff outta my car here. The vacuums suc-- well, no, they don't really suck and that's exactly what I want them to do. But at least they're included in your wash cost. The price is fair, I have no anxiety going here, the people are friendly and hey, I can use my own vacuum for the finer details.

This place is very well cared for and you can get a free vacuum with your purchase of a car wash. The problem I ran into was that I only wanted a vacuum, and the only way to get one is to purchase and Armor All towel at for a dollar, but I didn't have cash so I had to go down the street to the other car wash.

I have a Ram 3500 dually and wanted a hand wash on the truck. I called Air Force One Carwash and they said thy could wash it. Dave did an excellent job on the truck. There were absolutely no water spots on the truck when he was done, and the door jams were cleared. I would highly reccomend this Carwash. 100% Satisfied.

Great car wash, cleaned the tires better than any other automatic car wash I've been to and free vacuums. I ended up buying the monthly car wash sticker. I love the fact that they scrub your car before you go into the actual wash. I used to love that when I went to the Clean Machine before Mister ruined it and bought them out. So now, this is my go to place. Very nice people!

Ok, but not super impressed. $12 for the top wash and $16 if you have lots of mud buildup. And there is a nice old man how helps guide you through the pay machine. The reason why I'm not all that impressed is because half of the brushes are spinning and the tri-foam is more liquidy then it is foamy and the vacuums don't suck trash up that much.

Avoid unless you’re willing to buff out the scratches and streaks in your car afterwards. The man who was lining the vehicles to the tracks does not need to try and scrape the paint off before before send the cars through the wash.

Update to the review I left a month ago: I still haven’t gotten a call back from the message I left in May. I left two more today because the monthly scan isn’t working for me (again). I sat out there for about 20 minutes in the heat. I honked (three different times) as instructed by multiple signs and was ignored. I drove around to the office door and it’s locked. I can’t even say it was terrible service because I didn’t receive any service at all! Most of the time I like this place. Today I got there at 5:55pm and was told they were closed. I told him I Googled it and it said 7:00. He said in Sundays they close at 6:00. I screenshot where it says 7:00. Either way, it wasn’t 6:00 yet and I drove out of my way to not be allowed to wash my car. So much for keeping the monthly membership.

Very friendly!!! When I said hello I got a reply followed by how are you. The first time my car went through the wash it turned out pretty good. There was one spot that looked like tar left on the car. I talked to a rep he had me drive through one more time. My SUV looked liked the first day I drove it off the showroom floor (it had two miles at the time vs 100,000)
