Great place to take my truck. It is not touch less, but I don't mind as they use chamois instead of brushes. The start of their monthly membership is a plus. I'm definitely getting my moneys worth.

Recent rain caused mud on county roads. Went in for a wash and they wanted $8 extra on top of the $15 I already paid. Attendant was a complete jerk. When I asked why the extra fee for minimal mud he just waived me out of line and the manager came over. Received a refund and went to soapy springs. Their machine removed eveything. Point of the story, "don't be a jerk if a customer questions an additional fee".

The kids that wiped down your car after you go through a carwash don't always stamp or punch your wash card every time you give it to them. Also I went through there last week and one of the kids that was wiping down my car removed the rear wiper arm cover off my car.

I have an unlimited membership. They do an AWESOME job, some do, others try. The hard workers are the guys that wipe down your car on VERY COLD DAYS. I love the vacuum areas where there are enough hoses to vacuum your car & there is a vacuum mat washer/dryer I haven't used BUT wil DEFINITELY!!

Only place i have found in town to fit 13.5 in wide tires. Prices are reasonable. Only downside is the car wash doesn't get the tailgate of my truck. I have the center 2-3 ft of it still dirty. The rest of the truck shines.

Their car wash tore the bumper off my car! The machine caught a seam around the fender and then just tore the entire rear bumper clean off! After going back and forth with them for months they finally agreed to pay for the repair to be done but only at a shop of their choosing. Three months after the bumper was torn off my car was in the shop and being repaired. Now here we are 5 months later and the bumper is falling off again... All in all to do the job right I'll be out of pocket about $1,000.

We used to be regular customers and had a monthly subscription but the brushes were scratching and dulling the paint on our car so we paid for paint restoration and ceramic coating, and only went through on an occasional basis. One time, in Nov of 18, my wife went through the wash behind a truck. His tires jumped the track and he got stuck in the wash, while my wife's car was pulled into the truck causing a low speed collision, and two small gouges in the front bumper of our car. The manager, Richard, took photos of the damage and statements from both drivers and promised to call us back after talking to the owners of the wash. After about a month and no word we called but Richard had some personal issues and hadn't taken care of the accident yet. Later we called and went in but he wasn't available so we left our number and were promised a call back. Needless to say we haven't heard anything back. At this point we have concluded that Richard has no interest or intention of making it right, so hopefully the A-Key owners read social media reviews and can hold him accountable. Update 15 Aug. following the above review the owners reached out and had the manger call us to apologize. after getting 2 quotes for repairs, they wrote a check for the damage caused to the front bumper. While the whole episode has been unnecessarily complicated and stressful, the owners and management were able to satisfy us as customers. If you have a bad experience in the future I would not hesitate to message the A key owners on Facebook to get a proper resolution.

Well, I've been waiting to review this place. Not sure exactly why. It's a good car wash. Gets the job done. The dryers in the machine and hand dryers not the greatest. But, my car is washed. I love that the finally got their unlimited wash plan up and running!

My car didn't get cleaned. I paid $13 for the "Total Clean" wash, which included bottom of my car, including the $2 hand towel dry. I wasn't happy with the wash, which was hardly basic. They wouldn't dry my car. I told the manager I wasn't happy and would like a refund. He said no, finally said half he could do.

I use these guys way too often, but am so glad they're prices make it easy on my wallet and location make it easy in and out. Did I mention they're friendly and fun too!!! I had taken a drive to Tucumcari which resulted in more than a few bug carcasses covering my truck, but these guys took the extra time and you'd never know now how many bugs I annihilated.
