Made an 11 year old SUV look almost new. These guys got dog hair our of the carpets that no one else could. They are meticulous! Only complaint is communication - dropped the car off around 8am and was to get it around 5pm. Car wasn't ready until almost 8pm! If they'd have told me that I could/would have made other arrangements. But for this, would have given 5 stars.

These guys did an excellent job on my car, listened to me and handled everything exactly the way I needed. It’s worth noting that I have two cars, and this was very much the older and more worn of the two. Nonetheless they took care of it like a luxury car, and I’ll be bringing my “real” car back to them for sure.

Perfection 1 did an excellent job detailing my SUV. I had really let it go over the course of a year and they made it look immaculate! The paint on the hood of my vehicle looked like it was fading and was very dull before going to Perfection 1. I thought I was going to need a new paint job. Anthony informed me about how a buff could help restore it. Sure enough to my surprise it was restored and the color was vibrant again! The customer service also by the Perfection 1 staff was excellent. I appreciate all that they did for me.

This has to have been the worst service I have ever had. Not only did I have to give them the vehicle for the Whole Day, I had to return the next day for them to redo the service because of areas that were missed. I get home and realize that the floor mats are ALL missing. I call them in the morning and after having to convince them that I wasn’t lying about it. That’s when they agree to replace the mats and that they would order them for me. Now after dealing with multiple calls and visits to get this straightened out, they still haven’t gotten this resolved after almost 2 months. As a disabled vet it is too difficult to get around which is the reason I went there to begin with. I would never recommend their services again.

Brought my Cadillac escalade for the works inside and out. I was in a hurry so o was not able to ask a lot of questions but when o returned to pic up my truck I was amazed to see that not only did they steam my whole truck they buffed and waxed it as well. As I walked around the truck í noticed that they restored my headlights to like new condition. Thank you and ill be back soon.

Anthony and Carlos went above and beyond to make my experience with them wonderful. I recently moved to NM and had been needing a good car detailing. I dropped my car off with them and due to some unexpected rain they had to keep my car a little longer. I didn't mind they reassured me my car would be safe in the shop and I could pick it up the next day so they could finish. I had class/work that day and could not pick it up so the owner came and dropped it off for me. Very accommodating and not to mention my SUV looked brand new! I was told by both Anthony and Carlos if there was anything I saw that I didn't like or satisfied with not to hesitate to take it back.. I will be recommending them and taking my SUV back to them. Gave these guys a tough job...was driving from Durango to ABQ to get a recall service done. Our Mini Cooper was very dirty..mud, dog hair, etc and I have very limited time. Great response time on my inquiries and then they rocked the job....it's like a different car...I know it would have gone to even another level if I had more time to give them to work on it..they take great pride in their work...it was very refreshing. This is the place to go!

We went in for last minute detailing in the afternoon and they were able to fit us in no problem. They dropped us off at a local movie theater while the car was being done which was really nice, but ended up being a bit of a pain. They gave us an awesome deal and did an amazing job considering we have a husky and his hairs were EVERYWHERE. The car looked and smelled brand new which we really loved. The owner was very nice and explained the whole detailing process and even gave us tips for caring for our vehicle in the future. The only problem was communication. Once our movie was over, we were stranded so we needed to know whether to buy another ticket or if our car was almost done. We called twice and texted without reaching anyone so we sat in the lobby and waited. It took them 40min to update us saying they were only halfway done. Uber’s were all far away and expensive so we called a family friend to come pick us up. Some more communication errors led to our car being dropped off at our hotel even though we weren’t there because we were still waiting to hear if they were going to drop it off there and instead of letting us know, they just did it when we were on the other side of town. We finally got our car very late into the evening, however we were very pleased with the results so any past frustrations were quickly appeased. The car looked amazing inside and out. The engine was sparkling, the inside was gorgeous, and it smelled lovely. Besides the communication and confusion, we really enjoyed our experience with 1 perfection auto spa detailing.
