Going to car wash and if you wanna vacuum and cleaning window you have to pay $15.00 extra this place doesn’t even have a vacuum for customers never ever go to this car wash

I recently moved to the area and received a coupon in the mail so I decided to try them out. Very friendly staff and very affordable! When I pulled up I could see they were very busy. They were both honest and accurate about the wait time which I appreciate. So happy I decided to try them out! It was worth the wait for sure! I will definitely be coming back.

Typing this as i wait for my car to be vacuumed, paid $25.99 for the VIP package, no hot wax just a simple shampoo and water, when i asked the guy, he told me the hot wax was first, who would put hot wax before the wash ?? These are scammers stay away..

First time visiting this car wash and, well, I was disappointed. Extremely rude service and a terrible wash and dry job. The gentlemen who is supposed to greet you and ask what you want did not say a word to me and then was very annoyed I did not start talking right away. When I handed him my credit card, he mumbled something under his breath. I heard him say "card" so - thinking he was asking if I had a rewards card as many places do - I replied "No, I don't have one." He immediately flipped out yelling at me "I told you to put the car in neutral! I didn't ask you a question!! Why are you saying no?! Put the car in neutral!" Completely uncalled for and unnecessary, not to mention unnerving. He handed me my credit card back and said, "Now. Very simple. Get your hands off the wheel and DO NOT touch the brakes AT All. The car better be in neutral, because I already said to do that." again, half yelling at me, talking down to me, and just being unnecessarily rude. I get done with the wash and go home and see a terrible wash job. Water spots all over. Wheels still dirty and with streaky tire shine. Bugs still all over my front bumper. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid like the plague.

Today was the first and last time I will ever patronize this establishment. I I pulled into the line, with cars behind me. Was told the wait was 30 minutes plus. I could not leave. I waited and waited and waited for the interior wash.....finally I had to leave.. Other car wash establishments can do the interior and exterior in far less time. This was from Bruce not Hayley

I’ve been going to this car wash for YEARS. Never had an issue until today. I scheduled an appt. to have my car detailed since yesterday they were booked. They told me to come today early in the morning so it’ll get done right away. I show up on time for my “appt.” and they take it upon themselves to be closed today since it’s suppose to rain. I get that. BUT what I don’t get is why no one called me to tell me that. What company just doesn’t open their doors and assumes I’m supposed to know that their closed. I drove 35 mins for nothing and sick to my stomach. I’m to be selling my car tomorrow and because of their unprofessionism this messes everything up for me and wastes my time and gas coming here. So much idiocy in this world. Never going there again as they didn’t resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. Shocked at how I’m being treated after going to their car wash for 10+ years.

Honestly, it's one of the most valuable and affordable places I have ever brought my car to.
