I am a regular customer at ProWash and I am always happy with any wash I select - from a quick pass-thru to all the bells & whistles. Yesterday I brought my car in for a wash, and Doug the Enthusiastic, Friendly and Courteous Attendant called to my attention the Platinum Package deal - a premier wash combined with interior detailing while you wait - for $35!! This service was not only performed quickly and professionally by two capable young men, but it saved me an hour's worth of work that afternoon. The shop is neat and clean, the staff is courteous and professional and above all, customer-oriented. I always recommend ProWash to my friends as the best facility in the area, and now I'm going to highly suggest taking advantage of these detailing services as well. Next visit will include a while-you-wait waxing!

I got the full interior detail package on my wife's 2010 Subaru Outback and I am amazed with the results. We have an 8 year old and well.....you get the idea, kids + crayons + food + tan interior = Disaster. The folks at Pro-Wash are super friendly and far exceeded my expectations.

I went to Pro wash to clean my car for my Mom's funeral the following day; there was a closed sign on the entrance door. Desperate, I went in a side door and was greeted by Doug; if wrong on name or title I apologize. When I told him why I wanted my car washed, he said he needed a minute or two to re-start the wash system. This person had (most likely) worked a full day and just wanted to get home to his family. Instead, he showed great character and compassion helping a stranger in a time of need. We'd travelled 1200 + miles to make final arrangements and our car was filthy. When Doug was done cleaning our car, we could not have been more satisfied....just a great job! Thank you Prowash for a great service and (more importantly) having a professional and compassionate employee like Doug!

I am a fan of doing things right, the first time, so when my daughter was sick in my car, I knew that I needed professional help! The manager at Pro Wash was friendly over the phone and got me in for the next day. Her technician came out while I was removing the car seat, and knew my name before I even checked in to the office. I showed him the situation, and what needed to be cleaned. He not only cleaned the area I was sure was dirty, but restored the whole seat and floor to it's fresh from the dealership state! I will be back to do the whole car when the weather is more permitting! Thank you Pro Wash for your speed and excellence of service, all while being courteous and friendly. Melissa at the North Hampton location was a great help to me. My elderly mother, who no longer drives, has two cars we needed to prepare for sale. I don't live in the area, but Melissa arranged to have the cars picked up (at two different locations), detailed and returned to my mother's garage. The cars look great. Many thanks!

Really wanted the convenience of being in and out for an interior cleaning. I wanted washed mats, full vacuum, window cleaning as well as wipe down everything inside and make it seem new. I did not want to dress the leather - just wanted it wiped down. ProWash's $60 service accomplished all of this and I didn't make an appointment (although I'd recommend an appointment). They also gave me a free voucher for their touchless wash which I didn't immediately use as there was a 4 car line for the wash. Another great experience here. It does appear that they don't tolerate slackers working their detail shop. The people there are hard working and seem to have an attention to detail (no pun intended). Will definitely be back! Thanks!

If you don't want to sell propane fine..but you have a sign by the road advertising it. Stood outside by the propane for 15 minutes and rang the buzzer numerous times. Customer service is always important when running a business and if you don't keep up with it soon you'll be out of business.

Took my car here and added the wheel package. Guy says they can't get the stain off the rims but still charged me for it. Took the car home and ran my finger along the inside of the back door....had major dust/film still on the door. Looked like a quick vacuum and wiped the front. I later found a spray solution at Walmart for the rims and it took the stains right off. Will NEVER go here again

Went in for an interior cleaning. Had to wait and they did an immaculate job in a short amount of time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was the first time I've been here and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here if you want your car professionally cleaned.

I called about the car wash shutting off halfway through and was told I would receive a free wash. After requesting my money be refunded instead I was told I had to come down and speak with the owner. I asked for the owner to call me instead, and after taking my number I was hung up on. When I called back and asked for the address and who to speak with to get my money back I was told that wouldn’t happen and that the person on the phone was too busy to deal with me and hung up on me again. Very poor customer service for an issue that could be handled very simply. I won’t return and as a professional in the auto industry I will be sure to pass on my negative experience.

I brought my high-end vehicle here specifically for the touch free car wash. This was the worse car wash I've ever used. The soap left behind an oily film that you could clearly see over the dark paint and windows. It almost looked similar to that of dried salt water on a vehicle during the winter months. I decided to go to another car wash down the road and spend half the cost using a self wash and the difference was night and day. I'm not sure about about their other services, but their touch free car wash does not work well and not worth the cost.

$130 for a car wash and interior vacuum and because management didn’t write on my slip wash, they argued about washing the exterior of the car. the exterior no drying no buffing no wax barely adequate interior it’s a pick up truck I’m not picky but after leaving the car for 4 hours that’s horrible. Once and never again
