Downloading their app gets you a free car wash, FYI. The free wash includes everything except the spray on wax in the tire shine I believe. Carwash itself is not bad, technology is pretty interesting. No touch washes are never perfect but this one did a pretty good job in my opinion. Not sure it's worth the full price though, as I have a similar carwash nearby that costs less. They do offer monthly plans that will save you money if you wash your car a lot.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not happy at all with the touchless wash. Dirt and film still left on both sides of car. Won't use this car wash again. Waste of money. This was our first time using Mint with this vehicle. ☹

If you get the most expensive ($20) wash, the car wash does a great job. My car comes out looking beautiful and sparkling. Any of the less expensive washes do an average job and leave some dirt behind (I think they're $16, $13, and $10). I am giving this 3 stars because while the wash is good, the wait is AWFUL. The wait is often 30-45 min +. I pay for a membership that is only worth it if I can go 3x per month. I'm thinking of cancelling because I don't have time to wait that long. I also try going sometimes at 5:30 or 5:45 but they're closed when their hours say they should be open. This is very frustrating. Don't get the membership, it's not worth it because you won't be able to use it unless you have an hour to spend between driving there and waiting every week.

Touch free car wash is pretty standard. Washed my car as well as can be expected for a touch free. The prices however, are abhorrent. I get the same wash for seven dollars less in Brattleboro. The new facility looks nice, unfortunately the customers are footing the bill for a polished aesthetic.

I just went here a few minutes ago, I did the soft touch wash and after getting rinsed and dried I did my usual walk around inspection and there were soap suds and mushy debris on the roof and side of my car, I believe it’s the only Carwash that does soft touch In Keene so I will continue to go, I just hope they make the rinse cycle longer.

My car is sparkling every time!! I live on a dirt road and my car is generally quite dirty, I have never been disappointed with the washes here. Friendly attentive staff, very well kept and clean facility. Highly recommend it!

Prices are okay. For some reason the right rear quarter of my vehicles never get dried. Very tight space makes making the turn into the touchless a 3 point turn.

I went to Mint for the first time today after having some bad experiences at Key Rd where my brand new car got scratched and they refused to listen. I decided I would give Mint a try and they did not disappoint. I talked to the attendant there tonight, when I pulled up basically at close (oops), and he was very nice and helpful, I asked about their monthly wash package options and he explained them to me, I told him I was going to pay for a single wash and if I was happy with that I would buy a monthly package. After telling him that he put me through for a free Mint (highest level) wash. THAT IS HOW YOU EARN CUSTOMERS!!!! 10/10 will be back, will recommend to everyone. My car looks beautiful, not a drop of soap or dirt left on it anywhere (issues I had every time at KR with their highest level wash) Also I got the touchless wash.

I think it is very poorly set up. Waiting in line for the first time, you will never know your wait is at least 3 minutes per car. One car is washed completely before the line moves. You also can’t leave, you are stuck in line. I waited over 45 minutes to get a car wash. Very dissatisfied.

Out of all the local Keene carwashes this is the best one. Trouble is that it honestly doesn't do a good job. The front and back is still dirty and it leaves a streaky film all over the vehicle. Not good. Its because of that fact I wash mine at home.
