Self serve has no pressure. Foam brush doesn't work. This place is a complete rip off. Worst car wash I've ever been to.

One star for the incomplete full $200 detail job they did on my car; I had to ask them to clean the rims and reclean snow salt from the driver's floor mat. Four negative stars for (1) detaching my rearview mirror (which their staff admitted to me to being too rough in cleaning it), which I had to go to the dealer to reattach, and (2) denying that they caused a ding that I hadn't notice until I inspected their work at pick-up, and refusing to show me the video footage of the detailing job but instead insisted that I spend 5+ hours to sit and view the video in their "office" at the carwash (instead of sharing the video online or something). In responding to my objecting to sit-and-view for 5+ hours, the owner referred me to their insurer, who denied responsibility and refused to show me the video and basically invited me to sue to prove my claim. I repeatedly asked the owner to share the video and to resolve any damage amicably. But I guess I have to take them to court and use discovery to compel them to share the video. I'm sure the owner will respond to this spinning it every which way. I wouldn't go to this place if I were you. Take your car elsewhere unless you want a big headache.

This is a phenomenal car wash, best in the state by far. The customer service alone is worth the money. The interior cleaning is as outstanding as the car wash itself. I’d put this in the best of New Hampshire for their yearly best places!

Bad interior cleaning from them. Paid almost $200 dollars for a full detailing service that included interior. My car looked the the same when I went to pick it up. All they did was smear some oily substance and hang an air refresher and call it a day. The detailing was ok (weak ok). They are not getting a dime from me again.

One of the only places in Manchester to get a decent wash. We tried all the "touchless" washes in town and found them to be a huge waste of money. There's a readily available coupon for the VIP plus wash which puts it in affordable territory!!

Really liked this place for being a tunnel wash. Just try not to go at 5:55-5:59 if you think you'll be cutting it close or running late because you won't get a wash. Depending on which guy is working, he likes to close up a bit early even though it's not 6pm yet, typical Yankee fan (his hat). If you're advertising a closing time of 6, then we expect to be able get a wash up until just before the clock changes to 6:01. Some of us work late and rely on those last few minutes not to be turned away at 5:55-5:59. Especially a frequent long time customer. Work on that and I'll bump the stars back up. Thank you.

I'll spare the gross details, after my wife gave birth on the side of RT 101 in Bedford, they did such an amazing job making it look like it never happened! Made the seat look brand new! Highly recommended!

Got the vacuum and Windows done for $20 - best $20 I spent in a while! They even took everything out of my trunk and folded blankets!!! I wouldn't have left my trunk such a mess if I had known they would vacuum that too. Great job!

There details package for 25 sucked.. my windows are worse the I went in.. on my way home the streaky windows made it difficult to see, specially with the sun ..and my dash wasn't clear of dust. I could of done a better job and I suck..

First time using car detailing and OMG, they did a great job to our 12-year old car with two small kids (had milk, juice, cookies, candies, gums and anything you could think of). My wife and I were very impressed how thoroughly they cleaned the inside of our car. For so many hours they spent on the car and the result (YES, now the car inside looks like the day I bought it brand-new!) is just amazing with very reasonable price. I will recommend anyone who has similar situation to give them a shot. Of course, you don't have to do this every year but at some point (by the times you kids no longer do crazy things inside the car), they could bring your car back to LIFE! Love the carwash itself, but I pay for the top notch wash and you're supposed to get a vaccum token. I never get the token which is bad because I would need to come back to use it anyway, as the machines are generally all taken by the time my wash is done

The guys at Infinity are the best in the biz. Friendly service, affordable pricing and a well maintained facility. Always honest when you ask about the upcoming weather and what they think you need. Along with that, the complementary drying cloths and vacuums are an added bonus. Don’t waste your time or money on a “touch-free” wash, go see the guys at Infinity.

I love the old school hand held wand sprayers. They do a much better job than the automated doubly bubbly not so scrubbly wash that is prevalent today. I didn't give a 5 because the price was excessive for what this is

Best car wash in manchester. Every wash includes a vacuum token and they have drying towels for self-service detailing when your wash is done. Well-run local business. We have also taken advantage of their quick detailing as well and that service is excellent and affordable.

My car looks great after a wash here. They offer towels to dry the little bit of water left on your car. They give you a token for a free vacuum with every wash. They offer great full car cleaning services too.

They always do a better job than most doing the prewash, with sometimes as many as three guys prepping the vehicle for the automated portion of the car wash. And the free vacuum token, combined with the free wash every ten times you go, is great.
