Went to the car wash and had the premium. The prep work by Artie and his colleague was very thorough. Upon exiting the machine, I noticed some unusual 'water' spots on the hood. I mentioned this to Artie and he had no problem offering me another wash (he did mention that it may not have been due to the wash). Upon exiting, same spots BUT it was not the car wash. Artie was outstanding and taking time explaining what could be the cause and a possible solution to the problem. OUTSTANDING customer service was given and I would recommend this car wash for both the quality of the wash and the excellent customer service given. Thank you

This place is more than just a car wash, it is a great place for routine maintenance and vehicle inspections. Mike is awesome! He has also helped diagnose and repair more complicated issues with our Subaru. I won't go anywhere else before I go here. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and fair pricing.

I went there for an inspection with my two little ones. They were super quick and efficient. They even put the stickers on my license plate (which is a first for me). Very polite and went out of their way to hold open the door for me so it was easier with my little ones.

Employee tightened metal valve caps down with an impact and ruined all four tpms sensors after a tire rotation. Owner claims he doesn't do tire work and proceeded to hang up on me. Stuck with 4 flat tires and nothing to show for it, shoddy workmanship and poor ownership. Never go back here again.

Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Original wash had left some dirt that was easily removed at home with a towel. After management saw my review they contacted me and made it right. Didn't argue didn't say come give us another chance. They stepped up and said sorry please come get your car wash again on us. That's a stand up business. Most business now don't take responsibility and try to blame others but not this one. Thank you management at Allan's.

Gone here for quite a few car washes. Good service and I love the towels they provide to dry your car afterwards. Not a huge difference between the top wash and second to top, so I would opt for the cheaper one!

Had a coupon for $2 so I paid like $18 for the ultimate, top $ wash. I also gave the attendant $5 figuring he would clean my wheels nicer. Went through the wash and over to the towels to dry my windows. To my surprise looked like I had just wet my rig with a garden hose. Wheels and tires were still full of break dust, bugs still all over the front of the SUV, and windows still dirty, wiped everything down with the complimentary white towels Wich turned black! Next time I think I will spend the extra and go to Derry or just do it myself. Very dissatisfied with this car wash, I'm staying away!☹️

I was recommended to this business however - Car was In for safety in June 2014 -Lots of banging (2/5llb hammer) by guy inspecting plus another guy on the front right wheel area whilst I was standing out side - guy inspecting returns stating it passed but he had to adjust the wheel bearing for free (this is a 20 year old car that has never had any issues with wheel bearings track rod ends were replaced previous year etc 4 months later tires that have been on the car for 5 years with on tracking issues the tracking is so far out that the tire on the front right has worn to the material core on the very inside and the left front inside has major wear. car only gets about 2-4k miles a year - I have NEVER adjuster a wheel bearing with a hammer - BEWARE

I get my truck washed here all the time. They have a guy that does prep work to clean the wheels and tires before your vehicle enters the automatic part of the wash. This makes all the difference in my opinion. My truck always looks great after.

These guys are a great deal for an oil change service. They're fast and will answer your questions if you've got 'em. I'm in and out in a flash. I had asked about a rear bearing issue I figured I had (much rear road noise). The gentleman who was changing my oil displayed that one rear wheel spun as I expected and the other continued to spin abnormally long. He did not see fault, but I did, later checking that wheel. It had a slight rock or "see-saw" effect to it, the bearing was worn. I had my guy from across town fix it. Road noise was gone immediately following.

The best car wash in the state. These guys do a great job every single time. They always go above and beyond to make sure that there customers are happy. Come here every Sunday and drive 20 minutes just to come here. If you want your car washed right with out worrying about your car getting scratched this is the place.
