My car was nice and clean! I wish the drying process was a little slower because I have a lot of water spot residue. Honestly though I've never been to a car wash that has that part down yet anyway. The vacuum stalls are high powered and worked really well. The spacing between the next car and you is well designed, I never felt uncomfortable or awkward manuevering around. They also have a 4 day rain check, in the case that it rains you can come back, scan your receipt and go through the wash again. Even if it doesn't rain you can still redeem it! Added bonus.

Great car wash. The subscriptions are a bit pricey, but I still love it. People who work at the SouthWest location (haven’t been to other locations) are extremely nice and helpful. Good job!

The guy that’s suppose to be “directing “ your car does one movement and watches me hit my brand new rim on the metal and then notices then just directs me again after he seen me hit it .Then I get off to tell the manager on site he seem to not really care. Honestly bad service at this point this had happen a couple days ago still haven’t even called me about the situation. If I can give a 0 star I would ! Then I also noticed I started getting all these scuff marks on my side mirrors

Great customer service but not enough supplies to clean your car for $29.99 at month and probably you gon wash your car 2 or 3 times at month and they give you a tiny wipe and one car deodorant that last 3 or 4 days.. I'm still a monthly member but they need to pay attention at those small issues..

Very nice service. I really appreciated the smiling faces and information on how to use the wash. I used the $9 wash. It was decent better than any other car wash that I have used in town and frankly it was better than the Fabulous Freddy's that you pay $40. For $9 you get the outside wash no inside but you can do it yourself. Freddy's I always have to go and make them redo the car because they leave it dirty and you pay a lot more. I will definitely return to w o w

Complete garbage car wash might be ok for a car but for a truck it missed almost half of it and it's a small Tacoma costumer service is good they gave me a second run through and upgraded still dirty and it was just dust not mud. I have had cheaper brushless washes do way better

I recently bought a new car and it's red I took it through the $19 wash and my car came out amazing very sparkly shine was beautiful the tire cleaner was very nice and also comes with a complimentary area for you to vacuum your car and wipe it down plenty of space for your car during busy times they have a four day rain check and if you come back within 7 days the next car wash you receive is $10(with proof of receipt)

Very good Car wash for usual regular clening. The machine, however, is not powerful enough to handle anything more than that. It will not clean mud, bug splatters, bird poop, or any other stains on your car. Your car will need to be run through the machine several times. The Vacuum and cleaning area makes up for it though.

I like Wow carwash it get the job done. A few package deals you can choose from paying a membership monthly. I like going here I can take my time and never feel rushed to clean my SUV. The vacuums are great the carwash is super. In case you forget your car cleaning supplies - they have you covered. A vending machine has all you need and at a reasonable price. Don't forget ya cleaning supplies next time lol. Drive away feeling happy and you have a clean vehicle.

Long story short I will NEVER GO BACK after 30 minutes and 2 washes , one time they actually did the prescrub like they should have the first time my car is still dirty still have bugs on it and my windows are still filthy. 15$ and this is what I get a smeered bug dirty car... guaranteed spot free my butt. I'll pay a private owner to wash my car from now on. Very disappointed WOW

Nice new wash. Kinda slow conveyor so it has long lines on busy days. Very clean lot and wash. Wash quality was pretty good and dry. Free vacuum area was very nice and clean. Includes a free air freshener with the top wash.

The WOW Carwash - Lake Mead is the best vehicle wash around the zone. It was my first time to visit WOW Carwash - Lake Mead at any rate was not bewildered by the connection they gave. After the staggering precipitation, my vehicle got uncommonly disordered that is I why I have to visit a vehicle wash that day. I have been seeking after down a common vehicle wash around town. Satisfying thing I discovered WOW Carwash - Lake Mead. Unfathomable alliance. The vehicle was sparkling clean to the eyes. Additionally, personality you the rate was moderate. The parlor for the clients was perfect and clean. Nothing pointlessly rich. It was key at any rate is standard to the eyes. I am for no circumstance got exhausted in light of how the alliance was quick. The alliance store up looked incredibly skilled. The proceeding with administrator was even brilliant and kind. I like that. Will return to WOW Carwash - Lake Mead again if at whatever point my vehicle should be cleaned once more. Astoundingly proposed.

Never again! I went there with my boyfriend with his car for the first time a couple of moths ago, and everything turned out fine, so I went back just recently, and it messed up my gradnma’s car. After the car wash, I started driving on the road and had to change lane to the right when I noticed the right mirror was strangely turned to the point I could not see the mirror at all and I panicked. I tried to adjust it with the buttons, and it didn’t work. I had to pulled over and fix it myself, checked if it worked again and it did. But then I noticed that the back of the mirror wasn’t silver anymore like the rest of the car. It literally turned white.

Simply the best customer service in town. I've been using the Lake Mead location for the last 6 months. Every single time I have been greeted with a friendly smile. I really like the ala cart menu and self service vacuums. My old work truck always comes out clean no matter the level of wash. I've tried other similar establishments and their customer service standards pale in comparison to WOW! You have earned my continued repeat business.

The Sam's Club is a way better choice of carwash. For $7 they leave it super clean. I got the most expensive wash here and I left with bird poop still on my car. It was like 20 something, can't imagine the $6 one. I do not recommend.

Not the best car wash of this type. Have you ever washed your car and though I need to wash my at again because all the spots that were missed this is that place. Good in a rush but look around pay a bit more get a better car wash. Not going back. Also the attendee did not give freshener and wipe like they do at similar places. Please Note I did the $14.99 One.

$20 for the full wash and doesn't even come with a interior wipe. Doesn't get car dry and there isn't any towels or anyone with one to allow you to wipe the water off car. Missed wheel wells and for $20 only exterior I would expect something better. Can pay $25-30 elsewhere and get fully done car hand dried with interior service. The air freshener smells like a cologne Pauly D would wear.. I will say it's fast but you don't get anything close to quality just bare bones spray off.

I'm disappointed in the WOW Carwash on Lake Mead because it bent my license plate, didn't clean my car well and the line stopped 4-5 times before I could leave the grounds. This place needs an employee to pre-scrub the vehicles before they enter the carwash. This is my second visit to this location. I'll try another place in the future.

Bug wash doesnt actually get bugs off. My advice is to skip the $12 option, car came out with the same bugs it had on it after the cheaper wash.

bad service. They didn't honor voucher from Ford. They let my car going through the spinning brushes but not washing, only the ones in front and behind my car. The attendant didn't help but shouted to tell me to exit???

I came to this car wash for the first time today. I usually go to Terrible's but this is around the corner from where I reside so I figured I'd give it a shot. Initially I was happy I was getting a free car wash. Went through the wash, pulled into the vacuum area. I noticed there was still a little grime still left on the car, no problem. Began drying the rest of the water off, got to my passenger side, side mirror casing had fallen off! Also noticed a bunch of scrapes and scuffs that wasn't there before. I just wanted a clean car not anew scratches and for my mirror casing to fall off. Went to the office to get the casing, they brought it to me. I popped it back on, it's also all scratched and scuffed now. I like to keep the appearance of my vehicle up to par, always have. This is unacceptable. I trusted this establishment to take care of my car and unfortunately they did not. I filled out an incident report as well.
