Get ready to be bombarded with offers to upgrade their services for wheel cleaning and a supposedly chipped windshield. I kept saying no and they kept trying to push me, which really pissed me off. I said no to most of their offers except I gave in to the wheel cleaning. What a big mistake!!! $33 for a SUV wash (inside and out) and wheel cleaning. It took almost an hour and my SUV still looked dirty. I would NEVER go back. I was in a rush, so I said screw it. It just cost me $33, but for them, I hope it costs them more for such crappy service.

When Showtime car wash has their car bays operating, it's great! When there are broken hoses and piles of mud and water sitting around with a plugged drai and you don't realize it until you deposit your quarters and are ready start washing.....it SUCKS. although they do honor your investment. You just move to another bay. Hopefully one that is empty and works.

Very disappointed with the service., very tricky fooling people and ripping off customer. Come and get the early bird special, after everything done, the crew told me to keep the receipt for the rain check, just in case it will rain , you got 48 hours for rain check, 6 hours later it was rain, and the next day I come back for the rain check, but I got different answer, we don't do rain check for early bird special, $11.95, even though early bird special it was said full service car wash, but actually nothing better than you wash with the machine for $6, body of the car still have a lot of dirt that not wipe out, it was so terrible and plus did not do rain check it was really unacceptable.

My wife paid$85 towards a $170 detail job on my truck as a gift to me. A couple months ago, ihave the receipt the card they gave her with the hand written note that it was 1/2 paid detail job ..i call today And am told they are still Showtime car wash but they have a new owner so they will not stand behind the receipt or honor it in any way. THEY ARE JUST GOING TO KEEP THE$85 and i get nothing SO IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF GO AHEAD AND GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OF NOT AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. LIKE. $85 RIP OFF COST. ps they won't/ can't give me the owners name # or any other info......... do you and me a favor take your business anywhere else

Very dishonest and rude service. Treat Groupon customers like 3rd class citizens! I took my car there with my Groupon knowing it was going to rain the next day, and asked and was told NO PROBLEM, we honor rain-checks within 48 hours. I drove out there to redeem it two days later, and a very rude individual told me no rain-checks for Groupon customers. Where does it say this? I pleaded with the guy, who wasn't even very busy to please just give me an exterior wash, but he refused and wouldn't even express any regret. He seemed to be enjoying himself. Two separate employees had told me I could have the rain-check, so evidently this guy just makes up policies on the spot. I went straight out and found a different car wash and paid them good money after very bad. Why offer a Groupon if you're just going to alienate people and want them never to go back there? I would have been a customer for life!

I came here very week. But it got to the point I prefer to give it to any other car wash and not to them. The result is not good! Ever! They will try to clean quick and get to the next one...if you complain they will clean it again. But you will be there all day...be, don't go there

Don't trust this place. As soon as I pulled up Justin insisted that I need to have my windshield fixed and was a major chip and would spread. I brought my car over to Safelight Glass to have them take a look. They told me it is a surface rock chip and it was fine. There wasn't anything wrong with the chip and it would be fine because there wasn't an air bubble. Also, they add $.06 per gallon to the cost of the gas because of "increased credit card fees". Definitely won't be going back to this place. Would rather push my car then stop here.

I’ve been residing Nevada for about five years. This is totally the worst customer service ever in general, not just car wash. The vehicle was washed and cleaned ok. When I went to pick it up they had lost my key and took them a few minutes to find it. Once I jumped in the car wouldn’t start. Battery was dead. Kinda awkward. My car is fairly new and there were absolutely no signs of the battery going bad. After I was given a jump start the speakers exploded. The tuner was all the way up. That made me believe that someone was enjoying the music out loud while working and while the engine was off. That must’ve drained the battery out. Mr Armando (the man who was the manager on duty) was smiling and totally negligent to the story I told him. Didn’t take me seriously and insisted that it was all just my absurd point of view. The vehicle started the next few times I drove it. So the battery didn’t “Just die like that”(Armando). Someone was very unprofessional over this car wash and abused the stereo. I would rate them zero stars if possible.

Self service carwash sucks! The vacuums do not work! Either they are off and don't turn on, or the suction is not enough to clean. The scrub brushes leak through the hoses and the place is just dirty. I don't recommend.

Not sure if all of the chemicals work in each of the different functions. Like I don't think there's wax in the wax function. Most of the time things works great. Sometimes it takes your quarters. But my biggest concern is whether or not they have chemicals that are proper inside each of the things that we're paying for,

Took a groupon for a "Platinum Plus Interior & Exterior Wash". I'm severely disappointed. Not only was the front bumper area of the car not cleaned in the slightest, by my trunk & backseat looked as if they weren't even touched. Despite it being a "deal", I still paid for the most "deluxe" quick service available. Also, one of the washers was extremely rude in shooing me away as soon as I entered my car. Give me a few moments, please? The guy and gal that directly spoke with me are chill, which is why this isn't a one star review. And don't advertise interior wash if it's not going to happen. Never going back.

The Early bird special is a great price. 11.95 inside and out expect to wait 30 minutes but it's worth it! Staff is grest. I do not like the hard sell on problems with my windows, the car was 2 weeks old. I don't like the hard sell and neither of the customers waiting hated it!!!

This place did not wash my car very thoroughly. When I came out to pick up my vehicle, I asked the guy to borrow his tag to wipe off one of the smudges on the side of my car and he said "oh yeah, it's just tar." Furthermore, when I got in my car to drive away, there were streaks on all of my windows and smudges. I would not recommend using this place to get your car washed. Not even worth it through Groupon.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! WORST SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS!!!! I paid $100 for a full detail wash & wax. They did a horrible job on my truck. Still had dirt on the outside. They didn't wipe down the door jams. They didn't vacuum the carpet very well. Even too lazy to put my floor mats back, they were just thrown in the truck. I told the manager on duty and he told me that I got what I paid for and that's it, there's nothing else he can do about it. I got a $20 wash for $100. This place is a rip off! You've been warned people. Whatever you do people, DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!

I was having a horrible day dealing with an error from a vendor that was damn near irreparable when I pulled into the car wash. Jorge immediately greeted me and listened to me gripe for second after he asked how I was doing that day. I needed a little more than just a wash as my car hadn't been detailed in quite some time. I was told about their express detail which was exactly what I needed. I asked how long it would take as I had a 2:30 appointment, he told me it would take about 45 minutes and it did. Was very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely return and recommend this place.

They had 1 job to clean the exterior because i already did the interior myself. Told them not to touch the insides. Their towels left lint all over the windows inside. If that wasnt bad enough they didnt clean the outside and there are water marks on the glass... i did half their job for them and they cant finish the other half? There are still dirty marks on the outside of the exterior wash also. I went out and wiped a few off myself. The best way to clean glass is with old newspaper... it doesnt leave lint.

I bought a Groupon for $17 for the same car wash I usually get, so they say, for $35. You may as well go in and purchase the $15 carwash instaed of trying to save money on the Groupon becasue they do a half ass job for Groupon holders. They did not put the usual dressing on my tires or interior, the vaccum job was horrible and the back seat was not wiped down. They were done in 10 minutes on what usually takes them 45 minutes when I pay the $35 without the Groupon. Very disappointing. Don't say you are offering a discounted price on a service if it's not the actual service being described.

Considering the fact that more than 45 mins was spent on my car, I expected better results. There is still dirt all over my car, still crumbs on the floor, they didn't completely clean the rims. Not to mention the spots of bird poop still on my car. It doesn't help that they kept bugging about the chip in my windshield. It would have been nice I'd they told us that you had to have full coverage insurance for it to be a free fix. The "kid" cleaning my car also had his pants down below his ass. You know, nice and professional. Just what I wanted to see... I won't be going back again.

Went to the location on rainbow. I usually come here to get a car was and realized that there was a Groupon for it so I was very happy! Then I get to the place 10 minutes later my car was ready, then I was confused... if I'm supposed to be getting a deluxe ultra with complete interior and exterior why so fast? Anyways I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the results were awful the car literally looked like it was only vacuumed and washed on the outside the inside windows are very dirty and I definitely don't plan on returning.

For a “1hr express detail” their should not be signs they didn’t even move the floor mats. The interior looked like a three year old vacuumed it, while eating cereal. The floor looked worse cause they just moved the dirt from under the trim around the whole floor. The wheels had tire shine, but they didn’t clean the rims. They did an okay job with the wash, and applied the wax evenly but it should have been cleaned better in the first place. Also, their “expert” window chip repair is just them taking your insurance money so you use up your claim and can’t go somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. Also the disrespect to my car when I can hear, and see you revving my engine.

I found out about this place through groupon. Not a bad deal considering $17 for them to wash and wax and clean the interior. I would just suggest to walk around the car before leaving. Sometimes they over look places they haven't wiped down. But, overall the service was done and the car is always cleaned properly.

Great place for a full service car wash. Not the cheapest you can find but the quality of their work is exceptional. They pay attention to details like cleaning between the seats, taking time to ensure the inside of your windshield is streak free. Wheels are always spotless (I have custom wheels). They take their time with the hand waxing, not rushed like other places I've been.

I took my convertible Mustang to be washed today and when I picked it up the top was still dirty. You could even see lines from where their pressure washer sprayed part of it but not the whole thing. I brought it to their attention and they told me that I would either have to buy a $60 detail to get the top clean or have it run through the car wash again but wanted to charge me for another wash! They were rude to me and didn’t have any manager on duty either. This place is a joke I would not take my car there if it were the last car wash in the world!

A good place to get your car washed, fuel up, do DMV business, and get a snack. They even have guys to fix your windshield and make it very easy by helping you with your insurance company. They have a few slot machines you can play while you wait and everyone is friendly. The only down side is prepare for a wait, they are usually busy and could use a few more workers.

This great little car wash is awesome! Make sure you have enough time planned to let them do a terrific job/ don't be in a rush. I drive around town all day long. This is my favorite place to come to get my happy little car looking good. Very kind staff. I like to tip a drink or a few bucks. Nice comfy sofas and a fantastic massage chair located in the waiting area. It does require money :)

The female employee and the manager are vile, hate mongers who assume because of ethnicity that you are worse off then them and must live in there trashy ass parking lot. They up charged all this stuff so my total was almost $20 and then didn't do what they said - such as bug removal From the windshield . The windshield is still covered in bugs . They do an alright job, usually leave some wax on the car and the cashiers there aren't help at all, said they'd fix my chip on my windshield and didn't. I'll stick to self washes, but not there's. Majority of the equipment that allows you to go around the car to wash it needs to be fixed, kinda sketchy it might fall on your car and they're not held responsible for any damages...

Need one of these back in Houston. Passing through and decided to get the bugs out of the grill after driving 3000 miles. Got way more than I paid for or expected for a basic wax and detail. I had originally went to Windy city but they threw me off freaking about the bugs and sort of seemed snobby, explaining most of their customers have exotics... Okay I spent the same money here with but with open arms and a warm smile.

They cracked my windshield, and instead of telling me, they parked my car and left it. No one ever came to get me. At nearly two hours I asked if my car was ready, and after a bit of confusion someone came back and said my car had been ready for a while. They said they had called out my name. That was not true. I was sitting directly next to the door. I heard every customer’s name called. Mine was not one of them. I was offered a free car wash for the mishap. I was given my keys back; No one walked me out to show me how good of a job they had done, as had always always been the procedure. I walk far across the lot and sit down in my driver’s seat. As soon as I look up I notice a giant crack across the bottom of my windshield. The least the could have done was be honest and go about it the right way. I was met with disrespectful attitudes and reprimands. I was told that they had already given me a free car wash (for them not telling me my car was ready) and that they weren’t going to do anything else for me. Do not go here. If you decline their window chip insurance scam or if they simply don’t like you they will damage your vehicle and blame you. Please believe the reviews.

This is my second time I got my car washed here. Fixed dings on my windshield. My insurance covered for free. Jeffery cleaned my car today, October 22,2017. Jeffery was very detailed. Great gas prices. $3.29 if you use debit or credit card. There is a 6 cent increase for price of gas. Sign posted on pump. Saying Bank fees. I would nit use a debit card or credit card at the pump. Best to go in prepaid. Very nice convenient store clean rest room. Friendly staff a must go to get gas off the strip.

Nov. 4, 2017. Bought the $17 Groupon for the $35 Platinum Plus Interior and Exterior Car Wash. Was expecting to write a great review but, sadly, not very impressed. Interior not thoroughly vacuumed. There was a tiny pebble in the center console cup holder. LOL! Smudges on the bottom part of the inside driver's door not cleaned. Also, smudge on the center of the exterior back windshield. Well, okay, the guy was as short as I was, so probably couldn't reach. LOL! But as I always do, I gave a tip. It's not easy doing the task.

Chris did an excellent job detailing my car.. very professional, he takes pride in his work and makes your car look marvelous. I highly recommend him doing your detail. The entire staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. They even took care of a few Nick's in my windshield.

I've read other people's bad reviews and I have to agree. Mostly for those 2 cashiers,omg. I was talking to her and I was asking if she can brake a 20 ,she ignored me completely and said sign your full name here. Now let's talk about prices and Groupon offers. I used my Groupon, that one for 2 complete exterior car washes and I went at the spot to purchase the full service one for $12 (50%off). So I stopped and went out to check their prices that they're written on the boards. They have no $24 car wash. They have $15.95 exterior and interior and the next price was $18.95 for deluxe. What do we have here? The offers are not 50%off. Got my lesson. Now the guy that wiped my car dry was very good and worked like 25 minutes just for the exterior. I don't know how that happened but I just saw that my review that I'm writing on 03/29/2016 05:40 pm got posted as last weeks. R u serious?

This place is great place to wash your car. The managers are very friendly and polite. The people who wash the cars work very fast and hard to give you the best car wash experience. when you drive out of that place, your car looks so clean and shiny, it makes feel like you just bought a new car!

Absolutely the worst experience in my life! Spent 60 dollars on the interior and exterior detail. Took 2 hours after I came back the exterior still had bug stains and the interior wasn't even vacuumed. They wouldn't give me a refund and just kept me waiting and waiting. Another hour went by I came by and they some how forgot to vacuum the right side of the car. My 2016 M4 that is completely new and always clean. This is the worst experience stay away at all cost.

I've been here twice once with my grand am and once with my explorer. I paid $20 with tax the first time and $30 today, the explorer had grease spots on the exterior that I wanted off and they assured me that it would take it off for $30. Sat around for an hour while they did their thing, was given my keys and came home now doing a full walk around. All the grease spots are still there but now they are just faded as if they didn't even try just used the machine to clean it then all they did was dry it and send me on my way I'm NEVER coming back here I believe in second chances but thats all I'm giving it.

I would've given it one star, but they TRIED to make it right so they get two. I took it there and was told it would take 45 minutes, took twice that. When they got called my name that my truck was ready, I was immediately unimpressed. There were entire patches of the truck that were untouched, all over, I was able to wipe dirt off! I got the package that had the tire shine, but they weren't, I pointed it out to the guy and he said I was mistaken, My package didn't come with that. I pointed out how dirty it was, and he said to show him where, I walked all around and kept pointing at spots, he just wiped them off with a rag, that's not cleaning it! Finally I left, and as I drove away I looked at the interior, the only thing they did was vacuum, the dash was still covered in dust! I turned around and went back and told the girl that my truck wasn't cleaned inside, she completely agreed and got the manager, he had a bit take it back over to do the inside. When I finally left, I was still not impressed, I could've done equally as well with a cloth by myself, I didn't go back and never will.

Don't come here! Very inconsistent. One day it's decent another day is very bad. You pay good money expecting service you got last time then surprise! You get crappy service with excuses and lies about how they tried their best. And the supervisor "Will" needs to be re-trained on customer satisfaction. I've dealt with him before and decided to let it go because everyone has a bad day, but this guy is horrible as a supervisor. He does not support quality service and makes only excuses unsatisfactory work. I'm not here to vent and I don't usually post like this but, this deserves it. Check out the other low star ratings it's pretty accurate. They always want to fix your windshield and charge your insurance. I kid you not, it's the same script each time. I dont even know how they manage to find somthing every time. It wasn't always like this. I've had great service in the past with different supervisors and crews, but I've had bad ones and this tops it. I'm never coming back. I dont want to feel like I'm playing the lottery when I get my car detailed. If you decide to go, go in the morning or when "Will" is not in-charge. There are other supervisor that will double check work with a white glove. Very disappointed, now I have to find another detail service.

Both Tropicana and Rainbow locations STAY AWAY FROM THEM Don't take your business to this company take it from a ex-employee they cut every corner possible to save themselves money you think your getting more than you really are all the washes are the same dont get the wax its the cheapest wax I've ever used it has no protection at all.and if your thinking about shampoo don't its s foam cleaner that's put on your carpet to make it look good for a very short period i was a detailer here many times I was told by upper management to just Mickey Mouse it and get it out of there.Stay Away from this company there are a lot better carwashes out there that will give you what you pay for And for the Windsheild repair they tell the same thing to every customer 90 percent of the windshields do not need a repair they are commission employees and your insurance will get billed multiple times which will make insurance rates go up There is no such thing as a free repair so beware especially if there not a safe light authorized representative..

Last time I was here they missed some.dirt by the front wheel well. The excuse for not removing it when pointed out was, if they touch it, it will damage then paint... I bent down and wiped it off.

2 out of 2 machines broken at self car wash. Pipe to brush burst and looked corroded. Went to front desk. No help. $5.00 wasted as the time ran out. Second machine another 5 bucks. The pipe wasnt broken to brush or pressure wash. The brush connection was messed up and foam sprayed all over. My eyes got chemicals and foam in them and now my eye is bothering me. I said im done! And gave up. Worst run business I've ever seen.

Tell me why I have brought three separate cars here and they told me I had the same exact windshield crack on all three cars? It will be free to fix but they want to run my insurance? Which means it wasn't free. They just want to run my insurance. They need to shut this place down for ripping people off. They are committing insurance fraud. I feel bad for the people they won over on that lie.

BLUF. Bad customer service. Not honest. Took my car to get it cleaned. Came back with dirty spots on it. I paid $21.95 and was greatly disappointed. Manager called two days later saying he would make things right. He said for me to bring my vehicle back in but I had already taken it elsewhere to get it cleaned. He offered to clean my other vehicle which is a truck. I agreed and took it in and he , George, refused to clean it saying it was too big! Really? It’s a 3/4 ton truck with a short bed! Poor customer service. I will never go back!

it was my first time to try showtime carwash. And didn't like the results of the work they did. Didn't vacuumed my car well enough, didn't wipe the interior well, trunk still full of dirt because they forget to clean it and vacuum it, paid $45 for carwash and wax. And I felt like $45 is not worth paying for the quality of work they did to my car. After the carwash I still need to wipe some spots they missed. I will never come back.
