I have come here a lot of times over the years to wash my car. Every time I go there to wash my car it’s still dirty afterwards. This time and the last time I have paid $12 to wash my car, Thinking maybe that if I spend more money my car will come out cleaner. I was wrong on that because when I left there today their is still birdshit on my car. Before I left I had some on my passenger window and I pointed it out to one of the employees and he looked at me like I was an idiot. This is no shock to me because every time I come there the employees are never nice or smiling and they look like they hate their job. Not only that but the people who scrub your car, before it goes through the building to be washed, talk to each other and are so focused on the conversations that they miss the birdshit on the car. I pay $12 for An overly priced car wash and I still have birdshit on my car. I am never coming back again.

I was an frequent customer at this place. Up until the new ownership couple years ago, the employees were very hard workers and very throughly. I would pay the top dollar wash, pay the car dryers $20-$50 tip. Unfortunately, the last couple of years under the new ownership, the employees come across very rude and very lazy. Even for the top dollar wash and big tips. They would just tap the tire shine on rather than wipe it good and evenly. They don't touch the wheels and let the spots dry on to the wheels rather than to dry them. They didn't dry the tailgate and rear bumper and to skip it and walk away. This morning in July 30th, 2019, I went in (given the chance to see if they improved), still the same lazy results. I asked if they could dry my wheels, they only did one wheel on the front driver side and thank you, have a great day and walked away. This time, , I only gave $5 tip. Unfortunately, I've decided to stop using Grand Prix Car Wash. Will be giving business elsewhere who does the job throughly and appreciates their jobs.

Excellent place top get your vehicle washed. The staff seem to like their job and it shows in their work. There are free self serve vacuums to use for inside vehicle cleaning. The $12 wash gets a dirty vehicle clean and they even hand dry your vehicle at the end.
