I went as the snow had just melted...big mistake! It took 30 minutes to get in the driveway, but because of how it was designed, I could not regret the decision and leave. Thus, I missed my next appointment! That said, the wash was good. Not $3. Yet, the free vacuums are amazing, plentiful, and you can use them as long as you need!

I like it here, i always get the $15 Lava shield and wax Special with 5 day free rewash. I noticed that the car do look shiny compared to just the standard do-it-yourself car washes for which you also spend just as much. My tires looks shiny too , its $15 well spent imho when you avail for the free rewash within 5 days. They also sell giftcards with promotional discounts, $11 for a $20 giftcard. Good deal.

Left streaks all across my car because of poor dryers. But most of all the attendant was completely rude yelling and swearing because I couldn't understand his inaudible grunts and unhelpful hand gestures. So I lowered my window to hear him swearing and whining about how I couldn't "brake". Maybe next time he should clearly say "step on your brakes" instead of making confusing hand gestures then swearing at the customer. I would rather take my car to a quality car wash to get the job done right the first time than deal with low-class service and disrespect. Just to be clear I've had both the $3 wash and the $10 one with a few of the upgrades. Came out with the same streaks. There are a lot of nicer places if your gonna pay for $3-$10 for a nice wash than this place.

My go to spot for price and quality. Not saying the car wash doesn't break down, and vacuums not functioning properly at times. But for the price you can't beat it. Vacuums are free. Mixed bag of customers generally nice. Easy to strike up a conversation with your fellow car washer while you park and clean the inside. Look for corner vacuum with flat nozzle to get between seats.

Some of the vacuums dont work, but it's a good quick wash that's really cheap for a dirty car. If you can find a working vacuum then it's awesome. They also have trashcans to get rid of all the junk in the car.

I bought the $10 package just because it came with the tire shine. When I got home and got out of my car, I noticed it still had bugs all over the hood and throughout the body. That was a whatever type thing to me. But the tires.... my tires had not a sparkle of shine to them! It’s an excellent quick serve car wash and with affordable prices. Particularly the early bird or evening specials in which I take advantage and always get their best wash (lava) for a nice discount and get a another free lava wash to use within 5 days. So the $1 increase on the basic wash is not a big deal to me. FREE vacuums in the lot. The staff there seem pretty chill and well trained. Honestly, I have no complaints!

Quick in and out washing, they serve as fast as they can even when it is busy. Nice early bird deals too. Vacuum is sometimes not working. Person guiding you MOSTLY does not spray/prep your car before it goes in, there were times they did. I hope it becomes their SOP to do these. Not sure if the equipment gets cleaned very often throughout the day too, haven't gotten any paint damage yet since 2017 but wouldn't want to get any from here. I usually come here once or twice every week.

This particular car wash is not only fast, they really do a thorough job, inside and out. Very hard working staff. Prices do vary according to what package you choose. I would give it five stars, however, the entrance to car wash is rather tricky and traffic during rush hours is challenging at best.

Sometimes they hose down my car as I enter, mostly they don't. Sometimes they tape down my back wiper blade. They point my tires in the right direction as I enter, that's helpful. The vacuum is free and garbage cans are plentiful though getting in and out can be difficult at busy times, like Saturday mornings and right after work.

Seems to do a good job on my car with the $10 wash. As others are saying, the light wash options, $3 and $10 don't get your car very clean as they kind of skimp on the soap. The $15 adds some kind of spray on wax that looks good for a few days and that's about it. The wax option can smudge and require removal, so the added value is questionable. The $15 option also prints out a code for another wash within 5 days, so it may be economical if you want to come through with another car or plan on making a mess and needing to wash the car again very soon. The vacuums are free, but always busy. It says not to turn left and head straight into the vacuum area, but people do it, and it's dangerous with cars coming out of the wash that way. Also, Ridge can get backed up and not let anyone out, so I was nervous a time or two about this causing a pile up.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went here wanting to just get a basic wash to get all of the bird poop off my car. I went in the automatic car wash with my bumper on my car, and came out with it ripped off! Yes, you read that right. My back bumper was ripped off my car in this car wash! I've never heard of this happening. The process has been so ridiculous. I had to track down the manager, Doug, which I didn't get any call from for two days after the incident occurred and even then I had to keep calling to get him. Of course, they will say it's not their fault and have since put up a new sign about not being responsible for the damage their machines do to cars, so users be ware! Another customer also posted on their facebook page in the beginning of the year about their wash damaging cars. My insurance is now going after them to recoup the costs of the damage because they can tell from their investigation that my bumper was forcefully ripped off in the wash. What a joke of a company!

Got there at closing time and still let me through. For an automatic wash, I think it's great. It's long, the grit on edges of my windshield that's usually still there at smaller auto washes was gone, and the tire shine looked good.

Not a bad place but don’t waste your money on the mud removal and such, I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never had the bugs and mud removed. Most of the time I’m wiping off dirt with the water while trying to dry my car. Manager was supposed to come and see me but never showed. Pretty disappointed Review update: stopped at the store while I was in town, come out to see scratches all over my can. So not only does it not get your car clean but gives you scratches as well! I’m saying it down to one star now, WOW!!!

Big trucks beware even if you are clearance level. We’ve been through a couple times with our same truck and this time it ripped our whole windshield visor off. Not good and they don’t care. Girls that were working just kept on working and one girl stated owners don’t care and don’t cover anything. Bad for business I would say even if you have it posted in minute print. Clearly your machine had a problem since we’ve been through it 4 times prior with our rig. Three free washes don’t come close, not even a phone call or apology. The short story is the wash scrubber broke my passenger side mirror. I noticed when vacuuming and went to the employee to ask about it. He literally handed me my mirror that had broken off and went on about what he was doing. After asking him who I needed to speak with to make sure it is repaired multiple times, he eventually handed me a form and says to fill it out. After filling it out, I asked when would I hear back and he said if his manager deemed the damage occurred in the car wash I would get called back. Let me remind you that he handed me my broken mirror from the wash after it broke off. I asked the employee for his name so when his manager called I would tell him to whom I spoke. Instead of giving me his name, the employee simply said have a nice day, walked away from me and closed the door. Obviously, I never received a call from the manager. BE AWARE THAT THIS CHEAP CARWASH COULD BECOME ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CAR REPAIRS!!!!

Totally automatic, very organized with on-site personnel to assist with any difficulties (which I've yet to encounter). Spacious lot and efficient setup. Upon entering, two lanes with fully automated touch screen kiosks provide drivers with cash and credit card payment options, wash add-ons, short waiting times and ease of operation. A driver's-side mirrored wall let's you check out your sparkling vehicle as you exit the carwash bay. After forced-air drying, you can then either pull out on to the street or turn in to their 20 car capacity inside-vehicle cleaning lot - where free, individual car vacs are provided for your use. Onsite employees continually monitor and keep the area tidy and free of clutter/debris. The end result? A shiny, freshly washed set of wheels and a hassle/headache-free carwash experience that's surprisingly reasonably priced.

Updated review: they fixed their vacuums. There are many options for washing your car. Everything is fine except VACUUMS. Most of them are broken or not working. They close at 8:00 PM but they turn off VACUUMS at 7:30. DON'T GO AFTER 7:00 PM if you NEED VACUUM.

I have been a customer here for 6 months, and its no difference than any other carwash. The price is good for the type of wash you get. But this time their machine broke-off the rear window wiper. I then filled out the required paper work that the employees instructed me to do, and was advised that I would later get a phone call to rectify the situation. I left and no-one called. I came back a week later and met with the manager. The manager proceeds to let me know that it is not their problem and shows me all the signs that mentioned “they are no responsible for: x,y,z.” Before anyone else complains about any damage done to your vehicle caused by the machines, know that they are not responsible.

For a quick car wash, this place is pretty good - car is definitely a lot cleaner and shiny. I haven't done the $3 rinse, but I suppose if I wasn't looking to get a wash but needed their complimentary vacuum's then I would. I usually have a few spots on my car, but nothing major (windows usually), so I wish that going through the drier lasted longer. Don't expect for it to completely remove caked on bugs, so if you might want to pre-treat those areas if you've been on a road trip, otherwise take your car to a hand wash service with detailing.

Quick and easy. Free vacuums. Gets busy, especially on the weekends and some of the vacuums don't have great suction. But it is easily accessible and the price for the wash is reasonable. They give free rewash within 5 days when you buy the $15 wash. Sometimes the receipt paper is out, though. Make sure you mention it to the wash attendant and they will give you a pass.

Yes- there is always a line, HOWEVER, the line moves quickly. VERY good value on the wash. (True, there are a couple spots afterwards, but I'm super pleased with it for a $3 budget wash) I'd highly suggest the extra $2 tire-shine upgrade. (I'm still always impressed how good my rims look afterwards) Bonus: they have free vacuums after the wash.

Easy access in and out, super friendly staff very helpful if you have any problems. Excellent car wash, car gets really clean. Vacuums are awesome, love the air hose as well. Great touch to helping you get your interior cleaned! Highly recommend!!

Definitely convenient, good for price and free vacuums. I went in the afternoon, you will think due to the long lines you will be here waiting for long but staff manages to really have an express car wash. Always have went here and happy with my washes. staff at night time seems to be improving :) There is a new guy who is really attentive and with nice matters, Finally!

Car wash works good.But I bought a membership a Monthly Membership on 6-14 on 7-12 I get charged for another month on 8-8 another charge I dont get how they say monthly but charge before 30 days or 28 days i dont see any reason for this.

This place is just great, does a great job a washing the vehicles and working vacuums with excellent parking and clean towels to finish up. Staff knows their place and extremely helpful when you need help plus if you need the restrooms THEY HAVE SOME and they work and they are clean also. I’m glad to support this in our small business community.

One of the best automated car washes I've been to. If you buy a $15 wash you can come back within 5 days and enter the code on your receipt for another $15 wash. The free vacuums alone is worth a wash. The people complaining about scratches probably shouldn't be taking their car to any automated car wash. If you have an expensive car that you want to keep pristine, you should only hand wash!

DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all, i had a really bad car wash, the “high power wash” didn’t do much and my car was almost the same before the wash so they do not do a good job with the wash at all. The tire shine machine does not work properly and does not apply tire shine evenly and it looks really bad. I asked a worker if i can get some more tire shine applied and a supervisor comes up to me and automatically starts yelling at me and was being EXTREMELY rude and was arguing with me and yelling at me really lould just because I asked to get more tire shine on. He was being extremely disrespectful and very inhumane. For my first time coming to the car wash, i did not deserve to get the poor service and absolutely rediculous behavior from the supervisor and no customer should get that coming from a business. This place is horrible and they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and have no sense of good customer service and have a hard time just being polite.
